((red for Blake Irons))

This rose made Kiara feel so full of emotions. First, she had to give it to Blake Irons. Champion and the best Quidditch Player in the school. Second, it wasn't a doubt who it was from and it made everything even cuter. And it made her think of the roses that she had sent to her friends. "I have a rose for you," Kiara approached Blake as she noticed him and cheerfully smiled. Of course, she knew what he looked like, who didn't?

Blake was actually excited for his last Valentines at Hogwarts. Far from the fear he had held for the holiday in the past, he was actually looking forward to getting roses. And even moreso, looking forward to the dance. It had been two years now, since he had first come out to Lars. Two years since he had taken the first step to change his life forever, and Blake was looking forward to celebrating the anniversary with one last dance with his boyfriend before graduation. But before that there were deliveries to enjoy, and Blake couldn't help the bright smile that crept across his face as a girl with a basket of roses approached him. "Awesome!" Blake said brightly, accepting the rose from her.

Kiara suddenly felt overloaded with joy as she saw Blake's smile, the best part of the delivering was seeing everyone so happy when she approached them. "Here is rose and note," she took them out of the basket and handed it out. "By the way, you and Lars look perfect together!" Kia let out that in the same moment as she gave the rose.

Instead of a note, it's a drawing of two hands clasped inside a heart. Underneath is written: 'I love you'

Blake couldn't help a small flinch when she mentioned his relationship with Lars, still conditioned to fear by years of living with his family. "Uh... thanks." He said gruffly, trying hard not to think about some girl he had never met paying attention to him and Lars. Carrying the weight of his early years was a balancing act, one he couldn't ever get used to. He wasn't ashamed anymore, or he tried not to be, but... wanting to be proud and wanting to be watched were two different feelings. He pocketed the note without looking at it and brushed past her, waiting until he was alone and calmer to actually read it. He was familiar enough with Lars' art style now to know his boyfriend had put a lot of time and effort into this, and the result was beautiful enough to make his heart soar. He felt a little bad for his badly spelled, rambling note to Lars, but it was too late now. He pocketed the note again carefully and set about his day with the rose tucked in the pocket of his robes, a reminder to himself.

Kiara smiled at him, but she was surprised when he brushed past her. "Happy Valentine's day!" she called out and then started to rethink. What did she do wrong? She wasn't supposed to mention Lars? She wasn't watching them particularly, but she saw them in the game and she was living in the same dorm with Iris, but she just hoped that Blake was fine and all the other deliveries will go better than this one. She tried to focus on other upcoming things and not her mistake, just decided to not be this familiar with people she hadn't talked to before.
