Artemis laughed when Maddiiee offered her help. "Thank 'ye, but I'd doubt ye'd want to pick me up. I'm sure there's a step ladder around here, isn't there?" said Art as she address Alex in the last sentence. Suddenly one of the horses whinnied loudly, and Art nearly jumped out of her skin. She'd involuntarily shuffled against Maddiee in fright, and she now let go of her arm, embarrassed. "Yeah, I knew they did that..." she mumbled as she looked into the straw on the ground. Alex introduced each horse soon. Apparently the one whose nose she had patted was named Carla.
Art was slightly nervous in fact. How on earth was she to ride on of these creatures? The closest she got was a centaur (and only once). Despite her previous embarrassment, she still moved closer to Maddiiee. "So... shall we get riding, then?" said Art to everyone in a sudden bout of enthusiasm.
