A Walk 1am

(woah..nice one :p )

Libbys head turned and her mouth turned into a smile, as Kate helped her out. It was true, she had been ill over the last few days, and Kate had done a great job of looking after her. She looked back over to Laris, she had better have a good excuse herself she thought. Suddenly Kate went into a coughing fit, Libby turned and went over to her in alarm. Sitting down next to her, she asked "Are you alright?" and put her hand on her shoulder. Kate turned slightly paler than normal, and Libby was worried she would faint. "Lean against the wall" she said, now ignoring the others.
 
Larissa stared for a moment. I wouldn't mind going to see Professor Manteia, actually.. Larissa grinned in the darkness, her teeth sparkling.
Still, Larissa said nothing. She stepped from the darkness and beamed at Zinc.
She had no idea why but she couldn't stop smiling.
"Go on, then," Larissa said, eyes fixed on Zinc, "Throw me in detention."
 
(haha.lol. u got in troubles. nice going caretaker. congrats by the way. :p :cool: )

Slytherin definetely, she thought. 'Unfortunately, that is not up to me to decide. I will contact him in the morning. It seems ery unfair to have to wake him up this early in the morning.' Zinc slipped her wand out her sleeve and smiled. 'Now, I'll escort you to your dorms. Your HoHs will be contacted later on in the day. 'Shall we begon?'she asked them, lighting her wand silently and gesturing them to walk in the direction of the Hufflepuff droms.
 
Larissa followed in the wandlight. They were heading for the Hufflepuff common room first.
Larissa's eyes were darker. Her mood had changed and something in the wandlight gave her the urge to explore.
Had Zinc not been as near, Larissa would have snuck off.

Kate shook her head as she tried to get rid of the thumping in it. "Um, Professor. I really don't think that Libby should get into trouble. I will be happy to explain to Professor Weiss. It was my fault for not forcing her to go to the hospital wing and therefore it was probably not her choice to come here at this early hour. I will take the blame if it means that she doesn't get in a ny trouble." She said bravely and placed an arm on Libby's. Standing up shakily she glanced over to the Slytherin who seemed almost desperate to see her head of house. "Thank you for the advise with Libby. I will force her to go there next time even if i have to use magic!" She said with a wink at Libby. Kate also knew the terrifyingness of the hospital wing of having spent a whole week in there needing mentoring after the incident with Professor Barker.

She had been knocked out and ascorted to the hospital wing where Sidney Coogan had cared for her day and night. The odd bad nightmare still came to her but the thought of Sidney's warm hands holding her own soothed her. Watching as they approached the Hufflepuff house she turned to the Professor. "Thank you for finding us Professor and reminding us of the rules. Libby and I are both sorry for the time we have cause you in being with us. I hope you understand our medical incidents and if Libby's illness does not go by the morning i promise you hand on heart that i will got to the hospital wing with her. Thank you and sorry once again. Goodnight." She said quickly, not wanting Libby to have to bail her out.

Opening the door with a muttered password that would have been impossible to hear she turned around and watched Libby go through. "Good night and sorry." She added once again and entered the common room, shutting the door behind her. Guiding Libby upstairs, she made sure she got to her room before laying on her own bed and wondering what type of trouble would she get into for getting a drink at midnight. Expelled? Banished? Cleaning out a room? The thought drifted in and out her head until she fell fast asleep with dreams of the kidnapping of Professor Barker once again.

Zinc walked with them, making sure they didn't scarper. She held her wand high, her arm feeling slightly tired by the time they got to the Hufflepuff common room. She smiled to the girls. Kate surely did want her freinds staying out of trouble. 'No problem girls. I will let you off this time. Let this be a warning to you though. If I catch you again, you won't be so lucky'Zinc told them looking at them seriously. She stopped Kate and too her bottle silently filling it back up with water to the top before letting them be off. 'Right, off we go. Slytherin common room, yeah?'Zinc said before yawning. 'Oh sorry about that'Zinc apologized smiling. She allowed her arm to remain lowered as she started to walking to the Slytherin common room, keeping an eye on the girl. She noticed she wasn't so cheery anymore though, that was for sure. 'SO how have you been finding school?'she asked hoping not to get into the bad books of anyone.
 
Larissa was surprised by this sudden politeness.
"Fine," She said briefly but decided to say more, "Except for the fact that me and my best friend are now enemies.. Oh, and that I suck at Potions." Larissa seemed half cheerful half full of sarcasm at her cheerfullness.

Zinc smiled before laughing a t at her comment on potions. 'Don't worry about Potions. One of my freinds were crap with it as well but it slowly came to them, in about 4th year but still,'Zinc reassured her. 'Best friends just won't leave your side, there had to be a reason'Zinc told her before thinking 'Or else they weren't your best freind in the first place'
