When Clarissa had shared with him that she wished to run for Minister, Aaron had been a little shocked to say the least. He had always known his wife to be ambitious, but this was something that would definitely change the way the country would view them and their family. He didn't know how he felt about the fame, but he would live with it if it was what Clarissa really wanted. With Patrick as an auror, and two of their daughters also part of the Ministry, it was definitely something that Aaron knew would be a big step towards their future, but the man would still be happy to support his wife.
Aaron knew that after the debate, Clarissa would be feeling a little stressed. That night he had planned to order some takeout for Patrick, Ana and the twins, so that he could take Clarissa out somewhere nice. The man dressed as nicely as he could, without it being too formal, with a nice buttoned up shirt and trousers. Holding Clarissa's hand, they walked down the street to a small restaurant and he held the door open for her. He then sat down at one of the tables. "How are you feeling, darling?" he asked, keen to know how she felt after everything that had happened so far.
