A new friend to lift the mood

Mark gasped when water wen tall over him. He burst out laughing and gave her a head start when she ran out of the room, it was only polite to do so. After about a minute he began at a steady jog around the school to try and look for her. " Sarah. Come out come out where ever you are. I promise you i wont throw water at you." He said smiling. He had something e;se to do in mind.

Sarah covered her mouth, afraid that she would start laughing and make herself notice. She stayed hidden for about ten minutes, when she felt as though Mark had gone searching some place else, Sarah came out of her hiding spot. It was fun hanging out with Mark, even if he felt slightly depressed kind of guy. She started making her way towards the nearest staircase, humming a song since no one was around to hear her. She wasn't good at singing, so she didn't take the chance of singing out loud.

Mark was sat on a window ledge by the stairs thinking to himself, something very dangerous for him to do. He was twidling his hands sadly as he thought. He had gotten the impression that Sarah had left him and gone somewhere else, this would not have surprised him much though. He looked up when he heard someone humming. He peered around the corner and smiled widely when he saw that it saw Sarah. He stood up and waited until she got closer. He jumped off the ledge and onto the stairs right in front of her and laughed. " Boo."

Sarah jumped and pushed Mark, "Man! You almost got me" she said feeling her heart race out of her chest. Sarah glared at Mark and laughed right after. "Thanks for the day Mark" she said smiling. "I really had a blast, its been a while for me" she admitted. "You shouldn't feel down, just cause you made me feel welcome" Sarah said slowly. "Would like to hang out whenever, but I'm sure your busy... Or need to be going somewhere tonight?"

Mark laughed when she jumped. He shrugged. " Dont worry about it. As a matter of fact i dont have anything planned for the rest of the day pr night unless you want to hang out." He smiled at her. He liked spending time with her. She was really fun to be around and he didnt want it to end just yet

"Maybe I'll meet you later than Mark.." she smiled stepping up towards the stairs. "you know we could hang out and stuff but I really need to fo freshen up" she smiled. "Hope you don't mind?" that was a stupid question, but she was just being nice for now.

(Lame sorry)

Mark watched her go and shook his head. " Of course i dont mind. I will meet you by the cliffs again in about four hours if you like." He said with a smile. He didnt want to seem to eager by meeting so soon so he acted as if it was no bug deal. After all they had only just met and everything

"Later Mark" Sarah called out disappearing up towards the staircase. Sarah wasn't sure if she should be excited or not to see Mark again. She had a lot to think about, but for the time being she blocked it from her thoughts. She didn't want to be boy crazy or anything like that. It wouldn't be Sarah to be so, she wonder if her sister was like that. If she was not crazy but secretly, it didn't seem like it so Sarah laugh just thinking about it.
