Yew Wand 14" Essence of Fairy Dust
Maria made her way to the spot where she was meeting Max. She wore a blue sweater, white tank top, black skinny jeans, and black boots. It was always a little chilly by the ocean these days. Maria tied her hair back and sat on the edge of the cliff overlooking miles and miles of the beautiful ocean. She really enjoyed spending time with Max and last night seemed more like a dream than reality.
 
Max came up running when he realized Maria was probably waiting for him at the cliffs and flipped"Great" Max thought"Here I am and I am probably keeping Maria waiting what a great thing to do, why couldn't I have just got this blazer on right today?"He hated the fact he was gonna be late and all because he couldn't find his blazer then when he did he was in such a rush that he couldn't put it on right. As he came up he saw Maria sitting down and said"Sorry if I am late." he panted"I tried getting he as fast as I could." He then sat down next to maria and hoped he wasn't late or anything.
 
' You're not late.' Maria said then turned to look at him and started laughing. ' Did you get dressed in the dark today or is this a new style?' Maria asked trying motto laugh. Max was wearing his blazer backwards and was completely unaware.
 
Max looked and saw his blazer backwards"Great after all that and it is still not on right." He then fixed it and looked down his face completely red from embarrassment.
 
' Done worry about it. If I got dressed on my way I would mess it up too.' said Maria to make him feel better.
 
Max looked up and then said"Thanks, I needed that." He then hugged her and said"So hows the view today?"
 
' It never gets old.' Maria said looking at the ocean. ' The wind is nice tootoday, not too much but just right.' Maria sAid. She really liked the way Max dressed. It was very sharp
 
Max smiled and said"Well that is good then I love good views. It always makes me happy. What about you?" Then then pulled out a guitar pic that he had be carving and started doing it again accept it wasn't for him it was for Maria and he wasn't gonna tell her until it was complete.
 
' When I was growing up, I live in. Nice house in front of a river which streatched for many many miles. So that's why I think I enjoy the outdoors.' Mari replied. Maria turned and say that Max was carving something. ' What is that.' Maria asked gesturing towards the object in his hand.
 
Max looked at her and said"Well that sounds cool and o this its nothing really." Max didn't want Maria to know what he was carving and he especially didn't want her to know it was for her because it was a gift he was making for her.
 
' It s awfully small.' Maria commented. Max was up to something but she didn't know just what. ' Did you get back to your common room without being caught last night?'Maria asked. She didn't want him to get in trouble because of her.
 
Max laughed and said"Well with a few place ninja skills I was not caught." He then realized Maria knew he was up to something and said"Go ahead and take a guess of what you think I am up to, I can tell you think I am which I am." Max teased.
 
'Hmmm what could it be?' She said out loud. Maria thought of a few things but they could be this small. ' The closest I canthink of is a necklace pendant.' Maria replied. She watched Max carve away still confused of what it could be.
 
Max looked at her and thought"Actually that would be a good idea." then he said"nope sorry." while teasing her then finished it and gave it to her. It was a guitar pic he had been working on since he got back to his common room last night.
 
' You made it for me?' Maria asked astonished. He was so good to her that at times it didn't seem real. Maria took the pick from him and looked at it. It was small but carved with great care and accuracy.
 
Max looked at her and said"Yup,I sure did make it for you. Might have gotten cut a little doing it but I got it done and looking pretty good if I do say so myself." He smiled at her then asked."Do you like it?"
 
' I love it!' Maria said with a smile. She placed it in her cardigan pocket maligned sure there was no way it would slip out. ' Thank you.' Maria said and gave him a kiss onthe cheek. They both now sat looking at the ocean
 
Max looked out on the ocean view it calmed him to see very beautiful things and now here he was enjoying the view with a beautiful girl who he hoped he would never screw up with. The last thing he hoped to happen was to lose Maria but he knew that as of right now that possibility was no where in sight. So Max grabbed Maria's hand and held it as he looked on wondering what would his future hold besides the thing he already knew.
 
Maria felt Max hold her hand. ' Max, do you think I should have waited a bit aftr Hamza and I broke up?' Maria asked. Even though she didn't find it wrong shefelt that Hamza probably thinks of her differently now with lack of respect.
 
Max looked at her and thought"Is she feeling something for him?" then said"Well that would have been up to you actually. Do you think he felt anything when you guys broke up? cause if not its like you guys were just friends with some benefits." He then looked down he was real worried Maria was gonna leave him.
 
' I felt nothing when we broke up and even now I don't have romantic feelings for him. I just don't want people looking at me in a different way because we got together so quickly.' Maria replied. She had feelings for Max that were not for Hamza but she dent want others judging her
 
Max looked on and thought he wasn't sure what to do, but he knew he wanted Maria happy so he said" Well do what you feel is best for you. I want whats best for you."
 
' I know I can't stop people from talking but they have to get over it eventually. If they think I was just using Hamza that's their fault. I don't want to lose you because of rumors.' Maria replied. She was really happy with Max and she hadn't felt that in a whole. He treated her like a gem and she cared for him too.
 
Max was happy to hear what she said and decided to say"Well if people take it too far believe me I am sure I can get it to stop." Max said while he flexed and laughed. He was strong but he would not hurt anyone unless they hurt her and that was that. He looked at her then and kissed he on the cheek and said" Don't worry ill make sure you are treated the way you deserve." He smiled.
 
' I don't want you hurting people.' Maria said with a little laugh. When he said that he ll treat her like she deserves Maria could have melted. He was so sweet to her it was unbelievable. She put her arms around him and said ' I know you will.'
