Open after Marga post with Hinata

The early weeks at Hogwarts always seemed to be a bit quieter, and Alicia had a free period. Unfortunately, the fifth years didn't, so she couldn't hang out with her girlfriend. It also felt a little silly to head all the way up to the tower when she had a class on the first floor later. So Alicia had decided to go hang out in the courtyard for a bit. She jumped on a short ledge around some plants and balanced on it for a bit, before hopping off. She then sat down on a bench with a small sigh. Maybe she should get some reading done before her next class. But as she looked to the side, she noticed someone else was already sitting on the bench. Someone who was in her classes. She gave her a friendly smile. "Hi, Hinata right?" She asked, though she was pretty certain. It would be weird if she didn't know the names of people she'd had classes with for a year.

While classes were supposed to be harder this semester, Hinata couldn't help but feel that this year was still quieter than the last. Perhaps it was because no life-changing exams were awaiting at the end of the school year. Somehow, even with the prefect badge now pinned to her robes and the additional responsibilities, she felt a little more grounded. Perhaps it was because she was slowly finding her way. She still haven't told her parents, or any of her siblings of her career plans. In fact, the only people who knew were her friends, Mikael included. He and the other Slytherins had taken to beating her up in duelling to prepare her for the future and they were brutal. She was thankful that at least today, they had other things they needed to attend to which meant that she was free to relax in the courtyard to read in peace and relatively pain-free. She did look up at the mention of her name, blinking at the unfamiliar voice that had called her. She was sure that the girl was in her classes and it was embarrassing how long it was taking Hina to remember her name that she blushed, her gaze moving down to the girl's feet. "Y-yes! A-and y-you're uhm.... Richelieu-san?" The girl had transferred just last year and she was pretty sure Elio had talked about her. They'd just never had reason to interact before.

Alicia hadn't stopped to think about Hinata a lot, but she hadn't expected her to be this shy. She was fairly sure she usually saw her with other people. Maybe she was just nervous with people she didn't know that well? She smiled at the girl. "You can call me Alicia." She said with a small shrug. "Do you have Charms later as well?"

Hinata wasn't really used to talking to people outside of her immediate circle. When she'd entered Hogwarts, she only had Mikael. It certainly didn't help that both she and him weren't very good with meeting or getting along with people - for different reasons. Still, the pair of them had somehow managed to get along with one of their respective roommates. And since she and Mikael hung around a lot it was hard to not eventually get the hang of being in Horror's presence. Hanging around with the two Slytherins more often than with Bailey - because Bailey had Quidditch and Heta Omega and had more classes than Hinata which meant her roommate tended to be busier than the Slytherins - meant that people tended to avoid their vicinity. Neither Mikael nor Horror, and eventually Terror, didn't really have the most welcoming dispositions in the school. "It's nice to meet you Alicia-san," she said with a small bow before she winced, remembering that the girl had just said what to call her. "A-Alicia," she amended awkwardly. "F-force of habit," Hinata explained as she straightened though tended to avoid the girl's gaze still. When the girl asked about classes, Hinata gave an affirmative immediately, "Hai." She probably should contribute more to this conversation though so she decided to ask, "H-how have you been finding Hogwarts so far?" She knew that Elio had a bit of an adjustment, but he'd also come from being homeschooled. She wasn't sure if Alicia was the same but it probably couldn't hurt to ask.
