Johanna walked outside on the grounds of the academy. It was a bright sunny day which was good for the winter weather,it had been raining for the past few days but now the sun had come back and this put Johanna in a good mood. She had all her homework done and she was now planning on enjoying the fin weather. It had been few stressful weeks studying for all the tests but now that was all done and Johanna could relax and look forward to going home again. She missed her home in Nice and her mother and dog.It was always hard leaving them but she had gotten more used to it as the years had gone on.

She walked over to a big tree and sat down on the warm grass. It had tried early in the morning due to the heat of the sun.She watched people playing on the grass. When she was tired of looking she took out one of her books an started to read.

OOCOut of Character:
Sorry its not very good

Brad was very disappointed knowing that it wasn't snowing, what the heck? He thought as he walked down the corridors which was filled by students. There were a lot of them, including the veelas, well Beauxbaton was a home of the veelas so there should be a lot of those pretty girls out there. But Brad was so much more interested in snowboarding than girls and of course, muggle inventions as well. What the boy should be doing was sneaking out with Vivian and snowboard. But since it wasn't snowing, he couldn't. He really wished that it would snow soon. It had been raining lately instead of snowing. "Daaaanggg" He muttered and finally made his way to the open air.

Thankfully there weren't many students there, a lot of them were preparing for the exam so the library should be a jungle instead of this place. As he walked a little further, he notice a tree and a girl sitting on the grass all alone. He placed his bag on the grass and climbed up to the tree, sitting on it as his eyes started to roam around. "Are you not tired of reading?" He asked the girl, of course he wasn't minding his own business but he didn't mean to be rude. Most of the time he couldn't control himself from wanting to know other people's business.

Johanna was enjoying her book and she was at a rather exciting bit when a voice from the tree spoke to her.She did a little jump as it was not everyday you heard something from a tree. She looked up and saw a boy in the tree. She wasn't sure what age he was as the branches were hiding his face but she would answer anyway. "No,I actually like reading"She said placing her book beside her.She found it a bit rude that he had asked her a question without saying at least a hello first but she didn't really mind. She stood up and tried to get a better view of the boy. "Why are you in a tree?"She asked puzzled as to why anyone would just randomly climb up one.

"To get a better view" Brad shrugged and jumped down, putting several leaves in the middle of a book and closed it tightly, putting it back to his bag. "Well hello" He smiled innocently as he sat on the grass, putting his bag in front of him and took out his wand and put it back to his pocket. "Oh, I'm Brad by the way" He said introducing himself as he gave her a hand to shook. A lot of girls dislike him because he was too carefree and if this girl was like those girls then she would definitely hate him. Brad never play by the rule, he made up his own rule. He got up late and slept early, he sneak out of the school when he had an exam, and he pull pranks to the professors when they weren't in their best mood. He was just insane.

Johanna raised her eyebrows at the boy who introduced himself as Brad. She wasn't sure what to think of him but since he had disturbed her peaceful reading time she decided to get to know him maybe a small bit better. She shook his hand "Johanna"She said smiling. There was a somewhat rebelious atmosphere coming from Brad.He didn't exactly seem like a good influence but who was she to judge? She hardly knew him anyway,no point judging a book by its cover. Now that he was down from the tree she had a better view he seemed to be around the same age as her but she wasn't sure. "What year are you in"She asked sitting back down beside the tree again.

Brad was sure that he had seen her around, probably in his classes? Or was it someone else? "Sixth" He said as he now wondered about the girl's age, but he didn't even bother to ask her. "Don't you think it's odd that it's not yet snowing?" He looked up to the sky which was very clear. It was getting colder everyday and the wind was blowing so hard that he could see some of the papers belonged to the students flew.

Johanna thought he looked vaguely familiar. She was sure she had seen him before, but where she didn't know. But when he answered her question that settled it. "Same"She said even though he didn't ask.Johanna was surprised by the next question "I'm not sure."She said looking around her.It certainly was windy and cold but that didn't seem like the weather for snow. The closest they got to snow was sleetly rain and that wasn't exactly nice. "I suppose we will just have to wait"She said absent-mindedly.The weather wasn't exactly important to her.she didn't even really like the snow. She preferred the hot climate. She didn't mind the snow for maybe one or two days but after that it just became a nuisance.Where as with the sun,Johanna never got tired of. "What do you like so much about the snow"She asked wrapping her coat around her more tightly.

It seemed that the girl wasn't a big fan of winter, the best part of winter was when it snowed, at least for Brad. "Do you know what snowboarding is?" If the girl was a pureblood then she shouldn't know what on earth it was except if she had a lot of muggleborn friends or muggle friends just like Brad. "So we get to stand on a board and slide down from the mountain but since it's not snowing we can't do that. This is disappointing" He frowned thinking about it. "Do you not like snow? That's the best part of winter!" He grinned as he looked at the sky and felt the wind brushed to his skin. He was thinking about going to the quidditch field and fly but since the wind was blowing hard then the professors would give him detention if they caught him. "By the way, am I disturbing you?" Well she was reading before and Brad didn't want to disturb her. If he was then he would just leave her alone and find Vivian and hang out with her.
