Maddox narrowed his eyes as Leia frowned at him, as though he had just done something wrong or said something stupid but he was confident in himself that that wasn't the case. The second year was more than happy though to show a younger student a bit of magic, and besides maybe it would give...
Maddox had just tried to throw the Quaffle back into the hoop for a fourth time when a bludger came barrelling into the side of him, pushing him out of the way and causing the Quaffle to miss he hoop by miles. It was what had happened to the other Chaser just moments before and Maddox had been...
The other chasers were not having much luck as the older boy went for the goal but managed to get hit by a bludger at the last moment. They did know they were meant to be on the lookout for bludgers too, didn’t they? Maddox moved forward to grab the ball, hoping to get a fourth goal before...
Maddox wasted no time heading to the hoops, hoping Jasper wasn't about to intercept him once more, and threw it neatly into the hoop yet again. Apparently their Keeper needed practise too.

Maddox was one of the most patient people, although seeing a chance to steal the Quaffle, he couldn’t resist trying. He moved up behind Jasper, jolting it straight out of his arm and tucking it under his own before darting off in a different direction.
Maddox glared when the Quaffle was stolen off him, although at least the other Chasers were doing more now than just flying around aimlessly. Maddox waited for the boy to fail again, because he'd yet to show Maddox that he was any good.
Maddox flew round the pitch just for the sake of it. He knew he had the Quaffle more than anyone else really so maybe it would be practise for them to nick it off him too.
Another older boy tried to score and also failed, and Maddox had to wonder why they weren’t as good as he was. He flew forwards and grabbed the Quaffle again, tucking it under his arm. He didn’t need to pass it this time.
Maddox flew around the hoops a few times, trying to get a lead on the Keeper when he suddenly threw it over his shoulder. Part of him thought it wouldn’t go through, but sure enough it sailed straight in. How was he already better than the other chasers on his team???
Maddox had already begun to prove himself and felt no desire to fail a second shot, passing the Quaffle to @Jasper Night as he was closest, and probably needed the practise.
Maddox realised he was the only Chaser near the goal. How had he got so far ahead of the other chasers? He lent forward on his broom and caught the Quaffle again.

FIRST KISS...
The new girl decided that apparently waving was the best thing to do, and Maddox looked at her questioningly given their distance. He turned then to Leia, who was closing her books in front of her. He couldn't help but think he had interrupted something as it certainly didn't look to him as...
