Slytherin Quidditch Practice Y51 S1

Zeke retrieved the quaffle again and wondered if he should be a team player and pass to a different chaser. He looked around to see who was open.
 
Gaia yawned, wondering if this time Zeke would be able to keep hold of the Quaffle long enough to even attempt to score.
 
Zeke couldn't see any chasers around so he turned back to take a shot instead. Somehow the two choices he had merged in his head and he threw the quaffle to Gaia like it was a pass rather than an attempt at scoring.
Man Zeke sucks! x_x
 
Gaia watched, fully expecting to see Zeke fumble the Quaffle again, but to her surprise he actually held it long enough to throw. Only imagine the double surprise when he just threw it at her instead of the hoops, as though she was a Chaser he was passing it off to. "The hoops are behind me!" The Keeper called out as she grabbed the Quaffle and threw it back into play with a shake of her head.
 
Here it came. The bludger came straight for the second year, and Luke gave it a fruitful whack towards the hoops. He wasn't entirely sure what happened however, as it seemed to curve through the air, heading for @Ignatius Wolffort instead.
 
Zeke knew he could do better, he was getting frustrated with his terrible play. “I know where the hoops are,” he called back defensively. He caught the quaffle when it was thrown back and this time he was determined to show Gaia and score a goal.
 
Gaia wasn’t all that sure Zeke actually knew that, but she just gave a shrug and readied herself for the Chasers next attempt.
 
Zeke immediately fumbled the quaffle and dropped it again.
 
Reyna was hanging back letting the older boy try his hand at playing. She flew forward and grabbed the quaffle when it was tossed back out and began heading towards the hoops.
 
Zeke really seemed to be just hopeless with the Quaffle. Gaia retrieved and threw it back into play, watching as their first year Chaser took possession.
 
Reyna was hit with a bludger almost immediately after having caught the quaffle. she swore at the beater under her breath but was thankfully close enough to the hoops and tossed the quaffle, very pleased when she did actually manage to score.
 
It annoyed Zeke that the younger chaser came out of nowhere and score when he'd been hopelessly unlucky again and again. "Beginners luck" he muttered, swooping forward and taking the quaffle again. He wondered if he would have more luck scoring the hoops at the other end of the pitch.
 
As Luke finished spinning, he spotted another bludger coming straight for him. He lined up a shot, giving it a good crack as it flew for the Keeper @Gaia Athanasiou.
 
Gaia hadn’t been able to block the first years throw which was a little awkward. Throwing the Quaffle back in she soon felt a smack on her side. Taking a deep breath in the third year tried not to start yelling at the second year. She was fairly certain she’d been hit the most diring this practice! AND FOR WHAT! Hit the seekers! Hit the chasers! Why her constantly. Luke was lucky she did not have a bat of her own.

Zeke threw the quaffle, it wasn't a very good throw but the keeper must've been distracted or something because of went through a hoop anyway. "Yes! Take that Gaia!" Zeke was just happy to score.
 
Gaia resisted the urge to roll her eyes as she mumbled under her breath. "Barely." She then retrieved the Quaffle and threw it back to play. "Was about time you got yourself on the board, Zeke!" She called out back to him.
 
James kept looking for the snitch.
