Ravenclaw Quidditch Practice Y49 S1

Maggie decided to take the last bit of practice and try to get as many hits in as possible. She flew after a blung and swung but watched as it sailed off, hitting no one.
 
Lilith was vaguely aware of a bludger sailing past her, luckily she dodged it though still keeping her eyes on the snitch hoping that one of these days she'd catch it.
 
Maggie frowned when the bludger didn't hit anyone and flew up close to another one to try to get a hit in.
 
Lilith watched the snitch disappear and she looked to a frowning Maggie, returning the face and giving her a shrug. Not the first time their year Ravenclaws had bad luck during practice.
 
Lilith tried to find the snitch again.
 
Pausing her search for a moment Lilith stretched her neck and took a look around the pitch.
 
After her stretch was done Lilith started looking around again because what else was she going to do? Take a nap? Nope.
 
Maggie swung at another bludger while practice was winding down and missed again. If she were one to curse, she probably would have muttered something under her breath at that moment.
 
Lilith too would have cursed right now if she were one for such language.
 
Maggie started flying towards another bludger.
 
Lilith decided to fly to the other side of the pitch in search of the snitch and to avoid any bludgers Maggie might find.
 
Seeing no one else was going for it, Lucy seized the quaffle and made her way to one side of the pitch.
 
Lilith saw a glimmer in the distance and began trailing it in hopes of catching it..... [X]
 
Maggie swung again, missing.
 
Theodore quickly followed the other chaser
 
Lucy threw the quaffle through the hoop, scoring once more.
 
Maggie twirled her bat, making sure it was still in her hand, before going after another bludger
 
Maggie kept flying towards the bludger, almost within reach.
 
Lilith suddenly remembered she hadn't been looking for the snitch for a bit so she looked around a bit more.... :r
 
Maggie attempted to hit a bludger and missed... again.
 
Lilith thought she saw a glimmer in the distance but it was a bludger which she dodged before trying to find the snitch again.
 
Lucy did a lap, giving the other chasers a chance with the quaffle.
 
Lilith (faye) definitely wasn't trying her luck to catch the snitch after the loss and failing.
