Scarlet had been glad that she was able to keep up with all her Hogwarts classes and lessons. At first, she was quite nervous that she wouldn't at all do well with anything considering that she was just plain and not worth any notice but then it seemed that she was quite capable of handling herself within the castle. She only had one problem all in all. Socializing. It seemed that the people in Hogwarts were much more gentle and much more tolerable in comparison to those who were in her muggle school. So far, there had been no one who dared to bully her instead most of the boys seemed to be gentle towards her and she had experienced no sort of violence since she entered Hogwarts and from there she was starting to realize that perhaps there was nothing to be afraid of whilst she stayed in the said magic school.

It was already approaching Halloween season and that meant that the first semester had been halfway through and the Hufflepuff was thankful for that. It meant that she would be having a break though it meant that she would also be spending her first Christmas away from her brothers since she had decided after all to only come back to France for winter vacation since she couldn't bear to be a burden to her brothers by going to France and back to New Zealand every vacation. It was too expensive! Scarlet shook those thoughts out of her head as she had decided to get out of bed and spend her time in the Student Lounge. Without a second thought, Scarlet had fixed her bed and gotten herself a book to read so she could spend her time meaningfully and hopefully, productively within the Lounge. And so she dressed herself up before readily getting our of her dormitory and common room and to the Student Lounge.

Scarlet entered the Student Lounge and found herself a vacant three-seat couch. It seemed comfortable enough, so, she had seated herself upon it. Besides, there were little to no people present at the time and if there were, they were always in groups so she was sure that no one would dare approach her. Or at least she hoped. The Hufflepuff then began reading the book she had brought, actually grateful for the peace that the Lounge was currently offering to all the current inhabitants of the place and Scar could only hope that the peace would last until the day ends.

Luca was bored. Plainly bored. In totality, he had a lot of things to do, and he was just bored to do anything else. He often wondered why is that. Most of the time he would just hang out in the common room or in the courtyard and there were times when he would stay outdoors. Girls were frequent there after all. Though, being in the common room was probably always the hardest to socialize with girls. Most girls in Slytherin were stuck-ups and too feisty for his taste that he would sometimes just sigh and leave them alone. For a moment. He wasn't the type to just give up after all, it was such a shame though that no one seemed to like his confidence, boldness and charms. He wondered what he had to do to get a girlfriend. He might be young in age but in no terms was he going to slow down with everything thanks to the life his parents had given him.

Luca had finally decided to get the hell out of his room and so he had thrown random clothes upon himself that he deemed to be decent and when he was ready he was out of the dormitory and the common room in no time at all. The Slytherin boy had decided to head his way to the Student Lounge since it seemed to be the perfect place to relax and probably look for a girl he could spend his time with. Girls seemed much more fun to be with after all and he much more preferred to compliment them and spend time with them than to spend his whole afternoon alone. It wasn't long before he reached the fourth floor of the castle and finally entered the Student Lounge. There weren't many whom were within the place and mostly they were in groups as well. Except for one lone girl. Perfect, he thought as he smirked at his luck. Hands in his pocket, he casually strode up to the girl and seated himself at her right. "You're alone. You don't mind if I sit with a pretty girl like you, do you?" he said with a smile as she tried to get a better view of her face. She was pretty, that much he was sure of and he was very willing to spend the rest of the day with her.

Armin Nightray was bored, and that could never be a good thing. The eleven year old Gryffindor groaned in frustration as he tossed away another book. He had never been one to just sit around and spend his whole day reading. That would be his brother. Armin had never been one to just stay still without doing anything. Boredom kills him, and when he's bored, trouble usually follows. He stretch his arms and rolled around on his bed, pouting and complaining about his brother being too stuck-up and stuffy for deciding to spend his day reading and locked up in his room. If they were at their manor, Armin would have have dragged his away from his books and forced the younger to play with him. But they weren't. They were currently attending school now, and to his luck, they were sorted into different houses. He had initially thought that it would be fine. He thought it would be fun, after all, as far as he could remember, they ha always shared the same things. Same clothes, same toys, same room. Being sorted into different houses would be a nice change. But no. Because right now, though he wanted to sneak into his twin's room, he couldn't. And that irritates him so. He tried to invite Rivaille to hang out with him, but the latter was too absorbed in his book to pay him any attention. "Stupid Riv. Forget it, i'll look for Aria instead." Still annoyed at his brother, he jumped off his bed and proceeded to look for his cousin, but to his luck, she was no where to be found. Which wasn't that surprising. The girl was really good at hiding especially when it was him who she was hiding from, which he couldn't understand. He liked his cousin, and he did love to play with her. Her reactions were pretty amusing, though he must admit, sometimes he would go overboard. But it was fun, and if it was fun, it should be good too, right?

"Seriously, why is everyone hiding from me today?," he complained, his arms behind his head as he walked around the hall, looking for something to do. But there was none. Most of the students were already huddled in the corners, talking in whispers about Merlin knows what. He didn't like those type of persons. While extremely talkative, he wasn't one to talk about useless and trivial things. He rounded another corner mumbling more complaints under his breath. He then passed by the student lounge, a room which he had never paid attention to before. He wasn't one to enjoy staying indoors after all. He much preferred to run around and play outside. But having nothing else to do, he decided to give the room a chance. He casually entered the area, skipping as he peak into what the other kids were doing. He was still bored though, and finally, as if luck had finally decided to play good with him, he found a familiar face in the middle of the crowd. A smirk then made its way to his face before it was immediately replaced by a frown as a boy, probably their age, approached the said girl. While he didn't have any relationship with the said girl, he could hardly call her a friend, he barely knew her and he doesn't even know her name, he couldn't help but get a little irritated at the boy. Armin was quite possessive, and he wasn't one to share what's his, no matter if said thing was not rightfully his in the first place. He was bored and the girl could be his only source of entertainment at the moment. He wouldn't let the stupid looking boy ruin his day. With an irritatingly smug look on his face, he walked towards the two, sitting on the girl's left side. "Princess! I'm bored. Entertain me." he told her casually, smiling at the said girl and intentionally ignoring her companion.
