🌹 Rose Giving Yellow for a merperson

Bailey wasn't one to judge, all creatures deserved love and affection but she was still surprised to find a rose for a merperson included in her delivery list. There was only one place they could be found so she headed down to the lake, took off her shoes and socks and waded into the water. "Hello? Galaxias?"

So busy in the air - four arms everywhere! Noise, chaos, swimming back and forth, shouting strange noises. And air weed - so different to lake weed - beautiful to look and see. Holding gentle, gentle - sharp pricks on stem. Gentle. Should go back now - hide air weed and join the shoal. But so much movement on shore, just keep peeking. No danger before - just keep peeking, eyes above water. Another four arms! In the water! Shouting again, strange sounds, four arm language. Air weed again? Gentle, closer, just eyes peeking out, see the four arms careful...

"I have a rose for you, do I...put it in the water?" She asked unsure how to go about handing it over to him. Bailey hadn't interacted much with merpeople and she really wasn't sure how to go about it.
