Here is the area for invited guests, staff, professors and prefects to post while at the graduation. Please be reminded that you are also invited to start separate RPs that take place after the graduation ceremony has concluded.

If there was one good thing about being a prefect, it was that Mikael could be at Elio’s graduation. He wouldn’t have been able to otherwise and he would have probably regretted not seeing it happen. It was so silly. Because there was only a small moment for each graduate. Except the Head Boy and Head Girl which he hardly paid attention to. But there was barely a minute between each of graduate as they were called up, got their diploma, and went back to their seat. So silly. And yet his heart was pounding as he heard Elio’s name called and he watched him as he walked up those steps, pride filling him at what Elio has accomplished. He was only there for a moment, but like everything that he does, Elio had made it count as he looked at everyone in the Great Hall, gave a small wave - whether in hello or goodbye didn’t nearly as matter as much as seeing his boyfriend smile so wide and happily - and clutched the diploma he’d worked hard for. He may have been just there, watching stoically for most of the graduation through the speeches and graduate roll until the very end when Terror was called - who he will probably congratulate at some point - but for that one moment Elio had been on stage, he knew there had been a smile on his face.

It felt strange for Kelsey to be back in Hogwarts after so long and she hadn’t stepped foot here since she’d graduated. She would come to all of her children’s graduations now, because of course she would, and so she held Bryce’s hand as she watched her son walk across that stage and get his diploma. She clapped for everyone, but cheered harder for the kids who didn’t seem to have anyone. She hadn’t had anyone at her graduation, so she knew what that feeling was like. She didn’t want anyone to feel left out. When she saw him head down from the podium and walk towards the exit, she looked at Bryce and nodded, letting him know they were okay to follow him now.
