Hades Lutrov the Second had been on the Quidditch team for about two years now, since he was a third year, and he had his Animagus training just getting worse. At least he doesn't have to put up with Professor Davershire as much anymore. But now, he was informed that he had been named Co-Captain. He would have been happier, if he did not hate every freaking person on the team. Even his Co-Captain which he thought was amazing that she was still alive with all the crap that she went through. Hades had complained already to Mylie, and while he was getting to know her more, while he was letting her know him. There were so many changes already. He didn't mind some of them. Hades held his streak next to him, his Hufflepuff Quidditch robes the only color that he was wearing. He notified the Hufflepuff house about Quidditch, and he would love to place a bludger upside some of the heads. He waited patiently for everyone else to arrive, and his expression was cold as ice. He didn't like it here, and he didn't appreciate what was going on in his life. Once everyone arrived, immediately, Hades took charge. His voice was cold, but it showed that he had leadership qualities, "So, here is what you will do. State your name and the position you are trying out for. Then, Chasers, grab a quaffle and practice practicing and throwing them into the hoops. Keepers, take to the hoops and guard. Beaters, there are bludgers flying around so guard the team. Finally, seekers, there are golden snitches flying around, so seek them out. Now get to it. We will be judging down here." Hades looked up at the team that would soon be trying out. This was just going to be boring. At least he did not have to try out.
OOCOut of Character: Instructions
All you have to do is post once, post your arrival and your try out. That's it. The longer and more creative it is, the better your chances would be to get on the team.

Kate was dressed in her quidditch robes ready for the try-outs today. She was exited to be the co-captain.She had been on the quidditch team for two years this would be her third. Before fourth year she had never seen a Quidditch match. She hadn't really been interested but she had needed some way to exercise and Quidditch seemed like the best option. She had been surprised that she had been chosen for the team but once she had played she had really loved it.She She was looking forward to choosing the new team and seeing what kind of talent they would have this. She wanted to make sure they had a good team this year and that hopefully they wouldn't get trashed like last year. She wasn't sure how things were going to be between herself and the other co-captain.They had never really spoken and she didn't think they'd get along very well. She arrived a few minutes after Hades. She had her broom. She would be chaser this year again,it was her favorite position and her best.Hades would be the person in charge today she was just going to observe and watch everyone who tried out.She stood beside Hades and waited for the everyone to arrive. When the arrived she had a big smile on her face, eager to see the people trying out.She had a friendly look on her face and made sure every person felt welcome. She didn't think she needed to add anything after Hades. She took down everyones name etc."Good Luck everyone"She said before everyone went to try out.

Jordan Vanderhol arrived on the field, excited for the chance to do something new and exciting. He hadn't ever tried out for the team believing his flying skills weren't the best. However over the summer break his two older sisters one on a Professional team and the other who used to be on the team helped him out a lot. They trained him hard and gave him plenty of encouragement and so he decided to try out for the Hufflepuff with his newly found skills honed in. It gave him a lot of confidence the things his sisters told him. Like Serena telling him that Kat wasn't much of a good flyer when she first started out, but now she's on a Pro team. Looking at the people around him he started focusing on the two Captains as the male one began to speak. Katalina trained him as a Chaser so he figured it'd be the best spot to try out for. "Uh, Jordan Vanderhol, Chaser," he stated to the two Captains before moving off to the side to pick up a Quaffle. Mounting his broom he took to the air. His mind was reeling with excitement and he made sure to focus on what he was doing as well as pretend that it was just his sister at the hoops and his sister at his side. He passed the Quaffle off to another chaser and veered around a loose bludger. Somewhere in all the passing and veering around things he realized that he was close to the hoops he made a throw at it and it made it through to hoops.

Jordan was so exicted he gave the other chasers high-fives as they regrouped to chase down the others and tried to get the Quaffle back to make another score. He flew along the chaser that was apart of the opposing set and waited as the persons teammates passed back and forth. Dropping down he let the others believe that he had created an opening for his matchup to catch the Quaffle and as the pass made it's way towards the target he flew back up and caught the ball in one hand and turned his broom around towards the hoops he needed to score at. He passed the Quaffle off to another chaser for the shot. He wasn't the type that needed to make every shot and shine all the time.

Ai had been slowly getting over depression. But it still didn't change the fact that she and her brother were rivals. Or worse, enemies. During vacation they had a fight and it decreased the possibility of them making up. It was a challenge she would have to face. She may have regretted the fight but there's no turning back now. And in her mind, she thought that being in the Quidditch Team might not be such a bad idea to help her in coming over her sadness. So today, she decided that this would be the year she would try out for the team. She was young and she was ready. She left her room ready for try out, her broom in her hand.

Arriving the Pitch it seemed that there were already a couple of people. Two were unfamiliar but the third one was Kate. Ai had met her and she was really a big help. "Ai Edogawa. Seeker or Keeper." she said with a little smile. The Seeker position was what she really was aiming, but from experience, she knew that being a Keeper wasn't so bad either. So, she decided to try both, and whatever the result might be, she was willing to accept.

Trying out for the Keeper's position was a bit easy since she already had quite an experience from last year's Christmas Quidditch Match. She had fun and now was the time to see if she had improved or not. Mounting her broom she kicked and was up in the air in no time. She positioned herself at the front of the hoops, waiting for the chasers to make their move. It was not long before she spotted a quaffle at her right. She didn't have the time to sit back and relax, she flew and caught the quaffle immediately throwing it to the direction of the nearest Chaser. Then the quaffle went back, farther to her left. "Oh, great." she thought to herself as she caught the quaffle again and threw it back to the Chasers.

Seeker's position was not as easy as the younger girl thought. Snitches were scattered around and they were wicked fast. "A little game of tag might be fun," she whispered as she held on tightly to her broom and started to chase a snitch that passed by. She flew around the pitch, passing the other players and going near and far from the hoops. Desperately chasing for that one snitch. As she was slowly, closing in, she let go of one hand and began to slowly reach out for the snitch. And when the time was right, she swung her arm, almost losing balance. And in her closed hand, she felt a tiny little ball. Without opening her hand for a second she got back down to the ground and waited for other students to finish their try-out.

JazzyMae Smile arrived at the Pitch wearing her clothes for Quidditch. Her previous year she was a an alternate beater on the team. This time she wanted that to change. She had her gloves on and at bat in hand resting on her shoulder. In the other hand she had her broom. She had flown it a lot during her time at home. It had been the way she got out of the awkward environment she had at the house. "JazzyMae Smile, trying out for Beater." she made sure to introduce herself to to the co-captains. She mounted her broom and took off into the sky. Her bat was at her side. For awhile she just flew around the Pitch watching out for Bludgers. She still had yet to get hit by one. She did not know what it was like, and that kind of irritated her.

She flew down to Ai and hit a Bludger out of her way. She had managed to move around it, but JazzyMae wanted to make sure it was not a problem again. She flew up higher. She found it easier to spot them from above. JazzyMae found hitting Bludgers as a way to get rid of stress and nervousness. She found it to be very fun. She saw another Bludger heading towards a Chaser. She zoomed down, and she hit the Bludger away from the Chaser. It had been a close one. She decided to stay closer to the action. She wanted to be able to get to the Chaser quickly. She felt someone quickly fly past her. She must have been trying out for two spots because she had just saw her being a Keeper. JazzyMae flew around the Pitch a bit more. She made sure to look around so that no Bludgers were coming towards her.

Once more, JazzyMae veered down so she could keep a Bludger out of a players way. She was focused on getting to the player. She did not see a Bludger behind her, heading straight for her side. JazzyMae felt something hard make contact with her body. It was like the wind had been knocked out of her. The Bludger flew past her and out of sight. She was too busy trying to breath while spiraling down towards the ground. She pulled her broom up and ignored the pain in her side. She cold get it checked out later. She had a feeling she had completely bombed her try-out, but she was still going to try her best. She had wanted know what it was like to have a Bludger hit her, now she knew. She flew back up and clutched her bat in her hand. She saw another Bludger fly towards her, but she hit it away from her and the other players. If she had a free hand, she would have been holding her aching side, but the pain went away as she flew to hit another Bludger out of a another players way.

William had no idea what possessed him to try out today. He usually didn't take any heed to what his twin told him to do, but he figured he enjoyed Quidditch. He would normally play Keeper, and on occasion, seeker whilst playing against his brother when they were younger. He wasn't as good as his brother, but he was fairly decent. His brother had also convinced him to spend a large amount of his money on a broom, a Streak he remembered. Will held the broom in his left hand, marching towards the pitch. He felt a bunch of nerves flying around his stomach, the young Hufflepuff scared to try-out. As he approached the pitch, his eyes fell on an intimidating boy, and a sweet looking girl. He introduced himself to them, before hearing another girl try-out for the same two positions he was thinking of. He wasn't entirely sure which one he was going to go for, but if she were trying out for both, then he might as well too. "William Aria, I'll be trying out for Keeper and Seeker." He smiled nervously.
William took off on his broom, noticing the girl named Ai taking to the hoops. Deciding to focus on the snitch first, Will's eyes scanned the pitch hoping to spot one of the snitches flying around. It wasn't long before his eyes locked onto a speedy gold ball zooming around the pitch. Leaning forward, Will chased after it, dodging the other team members and bludgers shot at him. He surprised himself at his ability to dodge everything so quickly, but supposed that was why he usually was a good seeker in his one on one games with Chad. His eyes didn't move from the little ball as he gained on it, it becoming more possible for him to grab it. There wasn't much room left between the two of them before Will reached out his hand, securely closing it around the snitch; it was still fluttering hard, trying to escape. He was proud of himself, and flew back down to the ground, returning the snitch back to the Captains, unsure what to do with it.
After that, he took off again, flying towards the hoops. He was feeling more confident, and extremely excited. He loved the adrenaline that was pumping through his veins. He was sure love must feel this amazing too. This time, his eyes were constantly scanning the pitch, watching the chasers. Before he knew it, a red ball went zooming past him, into the hoop behind. He silently cursed, and made sure to concentrate more. This time he was ready for the chaser. It was as if time slowed, and Will knew exactly where the Quaffle was heading. He easily blocked the next attempt, before throwing the Quaffle back to the chasers, proud of himself. The Try-Outs continued the same way before he heard that they were over. Thinking he did a pretty good job, Will flew back down to the ground with the rest of the hopefuls.

Mylie wasn't sure what brought her to do this. To actually go out for Quidditch. Mylie hated Quidditch with a burning passion. Yet here she was, broom in hand as she headed toward the Quidditch pitch. "I blame Hades for this." Mylie thought to herself. It was him that made her stupid enough to consider the position. It was because he was on the team. Mylie wanted to be closer to him so she was going to do what she could to be closer to him. if that meant lowering her standards and playing Quidditch she was fine with that. Mylie would even take an alternate position if that was all she could be given, she just wanted to be on the team. It wasn't like she was bad at Quidditch either. Mylie was fairly decent. She just hated playing the game sometimes. Mylie hated it even more to sit there and watch the game. It was awful. Especially when the players had no idea how to play. Which sometimes they didn't. "Last year the team was a mess. Mylie thought to herself as she approached the pitch. Whoever lead the team last year didn't do a very good job. Hufflepuff couldn't even score once. Finally Mylie reached the two people she assumed to be captain and smirked. Hades was not only Prefect but Captain too? Mylie could admit that she was easily impressed. But she looked over and saw who the other co-captain was. Mylie's lips immediately curled into a frown. Kate Moon? How the f*ck did she get a co-captain position? She barely knew how to play last year. Not to mention that Mylie guessed she could barely lead a pack of kittens let alone an actual team. Thank god for Hades being here. "Congrats on getting prefect. Catch up with me later and we can celebrate." Mylie smirked at Hades II wondering if he would take up on her offer or not. He seemed to be enamored with her so she was pretty sure he might. She had something she wanted to give him. Mylie then took her bat into one hand and mounted her broomstick. "Anyways, I'm Mylie Thoreau and I'm trying out for Beater. Or whatever." Mylie rolled her eyes at her last comment and mounted her broomstick.

Once she was on she kicked off the ground hard and started to breeze up into the air. She was honestly only doing this for Hades. He liked Quidditch and he played it often. Perhaps it would even ease her dad. He might be proud to see her playing. But once again, this was mostly for the benefit of Hades. Mylie had to take some time to locate a bludger. For some reason they seemed to be having much more fun chasing after people who could care less about them at this moment. Mylie sighed and leaned forward so she could fly over to the gremlin-like ball. It was speedy so she had to chase after it quickly. Mylie mentally thanked her father for possessing her with some natural talent to play. Mylie pulled back her arm once she was close enough to hit the bludger and swung away. Loudly the bludger flew away from her and into another direction. Mylie nearly smirked. But she had to keep going to show her skills off. Mylie turned herself around and started off in another direction. Her cocoa brown eyes could see a bludger off in the distance. This one was hers for the kill. Or whatever it was called. Mylie once again pulled back her arm and swung away. This one didn't go as far. So she would try one more time to make sure her skills were shown. Mylie didn't care if she got alternate or not. Just so long as she was on the team in some way, shape, or form. Mylie located one last bludger and flew over to it. Then she pulled her arms back one final time and hit it with all the strength she could muster. Which did kind of hurt her arms. After that was done and over with Mylie lowered herself to the ground. She wanted to look at both the captains but she refused to do so. Especially because she didn't want to see Hades' expression.
