Valentines Day wasn't anything special to Daisy, but the thing that made it special at Hogwarts was the rose deliveries. She tried to sign up to delivery every year; she got to meet new people, and give them a bit of happiness.
Daisy was on to her last rose, and she was happy to see another familiar name. Sure, she had known who Elysia was, but Xavier was easily more approachable than the Ravenclaw girl. Daisy still had a bit of the day left, so she wasn't too stressed about time and finding Xavier straight away. She walked down the stairs and out the castle, asking people here and there if they had seen him, and it seemed she was heading in the right direction. Daisy loved the fresh smell of outside, and she was happy for an excuse to get out of the castle for a bit. She crunched her bare feet on the grass as she stepped onto the Lawn, before seeing Xavier. Her face lit up and she ran to the boy, giving him a hug from behind. "Xavier! I have something for you!" Daisy exclaimed, releasing him and holding out the red rose.
