All the girls in the house where now asleep and her dearest Zeal was just getting down to be. The old manor groaned with age or maybe with something more than that. Dympna wasn't bothered though. She doubted her girls where either. She had taught them not to fear anything in the house. In fact if there was anything in the house it should be afraid of them. If Dympna did her job right, they would be the most powerful, deadly witches in this world would know. Her thoughts made her smile some as she sat down and started to write to the irresponsible mother that had given her two of her perfect little girls.

Dear Abathyn,

The girls miss you dearly. They are alright here though. Zeal and Naomi really love having them in the house. The will not be lonely even without them because there will be three more girls coming into the house. It's sad to see so many abandoned. I'm very happy to know that there are two here with a mother that looks out for them as you do. They are learning well. Jaimee is even starting to learn how to read. Of course she far from the higher standers but she's a bright girl so it won't take long. Her sister of course if following right behind her.

Keep in touch dearie,

Dympna Cleopatra Bella-Donna

Abathyn had been having a particularly difficult day, having come down with the flu. Pining for her two, seemingly lost children took it's toll on Abby, and not knowing where to send the owl to she couldn't get in contact with them. She really missed her girls, but was ready for them to return. They had been safe where they were, and now it was safe for them to be at home again. Half their toys still littered their bedroom, now dusty and lonely. As Abathyn tiptoed past the door labelled 'Jaimee and Laani' on bright pink, she felt a familiar twang as her fragile heart broke in two again. But stronger now, Abby moved on to the lounge and picked up the letters on the bench. An owl had delivered them that morning, but exhausted she had dumped them and returned to bed. Now she picked them up again, and gave a stiff grin at the name at the end. Accio quill, she murmured, before writing her cool reply.

Dear Dympna.

I had been planning my letter for months, but it would seem that I didn't have anywhere to owl it to you. It's good to hear that the girls are doing well, although I have to admit I'm surprised Jay would sit down long enough to learn to read. She had actually been counting and reciting the alphabet before I had to put her into hiding, so I know she's a bright girl.

And that brings me to another matter. Now that things are safe again at my home for Jaimee and Laani, I must insist that I bring them back home. It's been hard without them and I'm sure you of all people would understand that. My family have been concerned that I've been unable to make contact with you on this matter; the address I previously had did not seem to get letters to you.

Enough now, I have a million and one things to sort out for my cousin.

Sincerely, Abathyn Dalmoir.
