Wondering

"Thanks!" she said and smiled at Kiera, it was good to have someone to support her. "Do you think we should be getting back to the common room now?" she asked gazing out of one of the many windows. Tears still streaming down her face.
 
"Thanks Kiera!" she said and began walking off. She wouldn't go to dinner, she wasn't hungry at all. In fact it had been a few days since she had actually eaten a proper meal.
 
Kiera guessed that Harriet hadnt eaten. Grief did that to you. Kiera linked her arm through Harri's so that she had to come with her. "Good. I heard there is a special treat for dessert tonight." Kiera said excitedly. She led Harriet to the Great Hall determined to get some food in her.
 
Harri hadn't planned to go to dinner but when Kiera linked her arm and pulled her to the great hall she put a fake smile on her face and said "Great!"
