What's Buzzin', Cousin?

Vanessa sighed. She had never written to her cousin, Hyacin, before. But she decided to now. They had met a few times, but they weren't extremely close. She put the handwritten letter in the container on an owl's leg and watch the owl fly away, sending her message to her cousin.

Dear Hyacin,
This is your cousin, Vanessa. I know we haven't been really close and have only met a few times but I think we should get to know each other better. You know, cousins and friends at the same time.

So, how have you been? I've been okay. Just a little drama here and there. The usual stuff. I wrote a poem recently because I love to write. Here it is:

Friendship
Friendship is the best ship.
Sailing in a happy way.
It keeps on sailing,
Sailing, sailing,
To get to Niceness Bay

It's fuel is compliments,
It crushes every mean thing,
And we're the captains
So we come back to Niceness Bay,
Our friendship we bring.​
