What the Future Holds

Sybil just had her father healed her broken arm for the tenth time due to her argument and fight with her cousin Kerryn. And because she had broken it so many times, her bones couldn't be fixed perfectly. With a cast covering her left arm, Sybil went to the city of Dunedin to meet an acquaintance of hers, Wynter Mckenna. Lycus promised her that he would steal a rare herb from Hogwarts garden and he had accomplished his so called promise. He couldn't make it to meet Sybil in person so Wynter was going to deliver the tiny bag of herbs for him. "Son of a" Sybil cursed under her breath as a young boy accidentally bumped on the ten years old. She removed him by sliding the boy to the side with her left foot. Sybil saw the boy crying and decided to ignore him and moved on. Her eyes spotted on the designated meeting point which was a deserted alley. The brown eyed girl walked toward a bench and sat on it as she glared at the cat meowing for food. The little creature came toward Sybil and this disgusted the young girl. She kicked the cat and saw it flying to the bench across.

Wynter was on a super important errand. She'd promised her friend Lycus that she would deliver a present to his sister. She'd never really gotten to know Sybil, but that was okay, she knew what the girl looked like thankfully. Turning many corners, Wynter finally spotted the deserted alley they were supposed to meet and a girl sitting on one of the benches. She couldn't see from this far, but she thought it was probably Sybil, because she had no reason to believe it to be anyone else. Siddling up to the girl, she sat next to her, the bag of herbs nestled gently in her lap. "Sybil! How are you?" She asked, looking happily at Lycus' sister.
