Open What is Quidditch?

It had been a couple of weeks since Valencia had arrived at Hogwarts. Let just say, she has had a confusing experience so far. She was on the fence with this whole situation about this magical world. She had guessed that maybe it was real, but at the same time, she highly disliked magic. It was just very overwhelming for her. However, Valencia decided to take another trip to one of her favourite places, which was the library. She had heard lots of people around her, mentioning this Quidditch. The only few things she knew about so far, was that it was a wizarding sport and that you fly on brooms and such. Valencia made her way to the section where she felt like the book which had all the information about Quidditch would be there, which luckily she did find. She made her way to the table and had started reading the book. From what she had read so far, it there was many different balls and positions and each position keeps an eye on a certain ball. "Excuse me" Lenny whispers to the person next to her, as she taps the person on the shoulder. "Would you happen to know what this 'Quidditch' thing is?"

Julien had now in the time he was at Hogwarts found out which places he liked to be and where he could observe things, people and just work in silence. And one of those places was the library. Julien liked reading books, but not about every subject. Mostly about Astronomy or detectives and stuff. But he had to make homework for the classes ofcourse, so he had to. And today he was gonna work at Astronomy. He first had to find an book he needed so he walked through some books and than found the section about Astronomy. Finding his book easily, more quick than he figured it would be. He walked further but than someone tapped him on the shoulder. And Julien was kind of nervous directly. He didn't liked it when he didn't had control and sight of persons. This was behind his back. But he slowly turned to the girl who apparently did it. But thank god it was just an question and the girl seemed familliar, he had seen the face before in his house and in class. But he didn't knew her name yet. He hold the book to his body and than smiled shortly to the girl. '' Quidditch?!'' He than asked the girl. But than figured ofcourse that not everbody was raised with magic. So he nodded to the girl. '' I do. Quidditch is an magical sport, which is very popular and played here at Hogwarts also.'' Julien than told the girl. He was usually a bit shy, but if he could help people ,and this girl seemed kind he would want to help. '' It's played on brooms. And you have different positions to be played. '' Julien than told the girl and waited for an moment, to see if she all got it so far. He didn't knew what she all wanted to know, but figured this was kinf od the basic introduction.​

Valencia nods as the boy explains what Quidditch is. She had heard all about the facts of this game a million times. She knew the basics of the game. However, she wanted to learn more about the game. She thought that flying on a broom made no sense and was totally unsafe. Valencia knew that she wasn't going to play the magical sport anytime soon due to her fear of heights. "How many positions are there? How many positions are there? I heard that they have different types of balls for the different positions, is that true?" Valencia asks as she bombarded the boy with questions. She then blushed a bit of red with embarrassment when she had realised that she had asked too many questions. "Sorry. I know that was a lot of questions"

Julien watched the girl as he answered, one good skill he had was observing people and the girl really seemed to be curious about more information. She asked a lot of others and he didn't mind answering them. '' Well. You've got one seeker, one keeper, two beaters and three chasers. Those are the names of the positions also.'' He than told the girl and looked at the book he was holding. He would continue reading Astronomy later on. He was also curious to meet people here. And it was interesting to see, people had never heard of Quidditch before. For him it was the sport in the magical world. He would not play himself that quickly he figured, but watching was cool. '' That's true. You heard well.'' He than answered with an small smile. He than grinned and nodded. '' That's okay. Are you not from the magical world?'' He than now asked her an question back. ​
