Taylor sat in the tattoo shop and sighed. She didn't have anything to do, there weren't many customers on a sunday but they stayed open just in case. She began to swivel her chair, it was something to do after all. She continued to spin until she heard the bell at the top of the door go, signifying someone had entered.

Taylor stopped the chair and, after a second to refocus her eyesight, realised that the chair was facing the back and not the counter where the customer would be. She swiveled once more and smoothed down her top before standing up and, after steadying herself, looked at the customer.

Standing before her was a blonde, pixish looking, woman whose image just screamed out that she was going to be getting a girly tattoo. Taylor didn't mind them s=but she got bored of doing the little stars on the wrist or a flower on the ankle, even the tramp stamps were better than that. Ultimately, she preferred the bikers, they always wanted something challenging and she loved it.

Taylor put on her professional voice, despite what her clothes were showing, and spoke to the customer. "Hi there, what can I help you with today?" She wondered if this would be one of the rare girls that was actually very rebellious and got something interesting done, they were fun but extremely rare. Not many girls used a permanent piece of ink as a rebellion, they were generally smarter than that.

Saphire had made up her mind, she was getting this done. She had thought about getting it done for a while now and under the circumstances, she felt no guilt or shame what so ever in doing it!

She apparated to the front of the tattoo parlour and pushed the door open with a shaky hand. Although she knew she could just use magic to ease the pain, it was still quite a worrying prospect. She had her tattoo in mind and hand draw a detailed picture of it and had it ready to hand over.

As she entered she saw a woman spinning on her chair, which gave her even more discomfort in getting it done! But when she spoke, she saw some maturity in the woman. No matter whether magic was involved or not, she would not be inked by an amateur. She had heard good reviews about this place though.

"Hi, ummm, I'd like this tattooed here please?" Handing over the piece of paper and lifting up her top slightly, drawing a circle on her hip with her finger. She thought about how it would look finished, and smiled. "I was going to ask for like, a phoenix or something like that up my back, but I dunno...." She killed her nervous talk as soon as it arrived, she would not allow it to overcome her 'braveness'!

Taylor looked at the picture and hummed in approval. At least it wasn't something boring, this was actually kind of cool. "Yeah, I can do that for you." Her professional demeanor left her immediately when she heard about the plan for a phoenix. "Dude! That sounds cool, do it!" She almost said it wouldn't even hurt with magic but, once again, forced herself to remember this was also a muggle shop, no matter how many magical folk entered.

Taylor had come up with her own little way of seeing who was who in the whole magical aspect of things. "Are you planning on getting them done with the Muggle package or otherwise?" A magical person would, well should, understand and let her know they knew the word or whatever. A muggle themselves, would be confused and she would just brush it off as a made up word. The owner of the place was magical as well so he was fine with the whole thing.

While she waited for the reply, Taylor weighed the pro's and con's of getting a phoenix tattoo on her somewhere. She could do it herself and it wouldn't hurt her but she'd have to find a place for it. She did already have her sshoulder one and her hip one. She would think it over later. Taylor found the best thing about being a witch was, if she didn't like something she did or if she went wrong or even just got bored of a tattoo, she could get rid of it in less that five minutes.

Saphire giggled nervously and thought about the phoenix tattoo, it would represent the fact there is always hope, no matter what happens. It may sound a bit petty, but it meant a lot to her. She made an expression of thought and almost agreement.

"Muggle? I'm not a muggle.... hang on, are you...." she broke off just in case, then realising there was now very little chance of her not being a witch "No wonder you've been getting such good reviews then!" She leant forward onto the desk, feeling so much more relaxed now, knowing someone with magical ability would be tattooing her! "That is a relief I must say!" She giggled and smiled again. "I take it thats your way of sorting out magic folk from muggles then, pretty cool." She realised she was still a little nervous from the amount she was talking now, even though it wasn't nearly as much as when she came into the shop!

Taylor smiled, glad this girl wasn't a muggle. Its not that she had anything against them, it was just easier to do pain relief with magical folk. "Yeah, I had to figure out some way of doing it. I get a mixture of customer and, well, you don't want to say the wrong thing to someone and get busted." She grinned and shrugged, she had never had that problem. Taylor was good with keeping the secret.

The woman leant on the desk, ideas already forming in her head for the phoenix tattoo. "You should totally get the phoenix though. I can have it done for you in about a half hour with magic, pain free. That best bit? If you don't like it after, I can just vanish it." Taylor was also good with persuasion. "You got nothing to lose."
