Hair Color: Blonde or dirty-blonde
Hair Style: Loose and free, often messy, the messier the better for her. It is naturally straight but she may curl it on occasion just for fun.
Eye color: Pale ice blue
Height: Extremely short! About 4'8"
Other distinguishing details: Unlike Isabella, Wendy is perfectly comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt. She'll only dress up for a very special occasion. Unfortunately, Isabella's style soon starts to wear off on Wendy when Bella goes through a phase and gives her all her clothes.

FAMILY:
Father: Charles Zacharius Chaos
Charles is Pureblood, born in Italy, but raised in Bulgaria for the majority of his school life. He is a former Durmstrang student and was the only one of his family to go there; everyone else went to Hogwarts where they were sorted into Slytherin. When he was younger, his parents were going through a nasty divorce and he had to go live with his grandparents in Bulgaria, hence Durmstrang. He loved Durmstrang but hated Bulgaria so when he graduated from school he moved back to Italy on his own and got a job in the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office at the Italian Ministry of Magic. Three years later he met Daphne at a restaurant because she was his waitress and they fell in love from there. They got married in 2008 and had Isabella. A year later, while he was still working in the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office, he got called down to New Zealand for a huge case and met Charlotte Scott, a Muggle police officer. They had a brief one-night affair which resulted in Wendy but he didn't know about her until she received her letter to HNZ. Currently he is an Unspeakable for the Italian Ministry of Magic alongside his wife.

Mother: Charlotte Scott
Charlotte is a Muggle who had a one-time affair with wizard Charles Chaos. She was born and raised in New Zealand and raised Wendy there by herself. She works as a police officer which is how she met Charles when they had to band together to work on a huge case involving flying cars, etc in 2009. She never spoke of Wendy's father and never planned to, until Wendy got her letter to Hogwarts. Charlotte had seen signs of her magical abilities when she was little but never questioned it.

Siblings (names and descriptions):
Isabella Chaos, 12. Isabella is Wendy's half-sister whom she doesn't get along too well with. Isabella dislikes Wendy more than Wendy dislikes Isabella. The main reason for that is because Isabella grew up thinking she was an only child and was spoiled all her life, suddenly she found out she had a sister, from someone that wasn't her mother, so natrually she didn't take the news well. Wendy continues to try to get Isabella to like her and secretly likes the overdramatic scenes Bella likes to cause and she believes one day she'll succeed in befriending her.

Wendy also has two newer half siblings; twins Valentina Chaos and Capulet Chaos

Other key family members: Pamela "Pammy" Macey is the Chaos' maid and Isabella's caretaker. She took Wendy under her wing when she had to go live with them for a year and treated her nicely while Daphne Chaos treated her bad.
