It wasn't as if Andrea Kallos had anything better to do on a thursday evening, in fact it was almost night, she was sure. However the abandoned classroom shed little light and at that, the light was obstructed by cobwebs, clinging to the windows, thick as string. The thought entered her head of what size spider must have spun such a web not that she was one of those kids who would keep it as a pet, Andrea just wanted to watch it. Watching creatures in their natural habitats was a lot better than capturing them and shoving them into a cage, thats why she released the caterpillar, the three small spiders and the grass hopper from their boxes kept on the nature table of her class. There was no mystery about it, all of her fellow classmates knew it was her who released them, sure there was always 'something odd about Andrea Kallos'. They were right though, the fairly odd Andrea Kallos was now sitting in an abandoned classroom in a Wizarding School. Sitting perched on the old professors desk, Andrea brought her knees to her chest while her slender fingers stroked her oak wand. Being suddenly plucked out of her own 'normal' world and dropped into this one full of magic and wizards and wands, it still left her rather dumbstruck by it. She couldn't exactly say she felt like she belonged, because she didn't. Students all around her were born into this, this life, they were the ones who from the young age of four could fly a broomstick, they were the ones who highly anticipated their eleventh year so they could attend a school like this. Like picking a name out of a hat, Andrea on the other was flung head first into this madness.

With a swish and a flick of her cold wand bearing hand, Andrea levitated one of the old chairs lying about the room. The chair hovered high in the air at the command of her wand, wobbling slightly, before plunging to the floor as Andie dropped it. Even though being quite new to magic, Andrea Kallos did manage to do quite well in her charms class. The loud splintering smash echoed around the otherwise silent room as the chair hit the marble floor. Knowing that the noise she was creating would most likely get her into trouble, Andrea casted the levitation spell once more on the beat up chair before dropping it from a great height once again. She quite enjoyed destroying the old chair yet her face remained emotionless, empty. Her eyes simply watching the chair as it continuously wobbled into the air and as it fell, uncontrollably to the floor. She did notice a few wooden splinters sprayed on the floor, shattered from the many bashes of the chair. It only egged Andrea on, to see how far she could go with damaging this old piece of junk. "Wingardium Leviosa", Came the scathed mumble from Andrea's lips, the chair was cast across the room and crashed loudly into the wall before tumbling to the floor. The monotonous action never seemed to bore the twelve year old and she wondered to herself why she hadn't thought of doing something like this before. Seeing as she was cast so visciously into this world of magic, she figured she may aswell get some fun out of it.

Oscar was the type to scull around the dark corners of any place. Even as a first year desparate to make friends, he much preferred being alone most of the time than constantly surrounded, he found this slightly annoying at times, but was never really able to shift how he felt about being alone. Most of the time Oscar put it down to just the fact that he was so used to being alone. At dance school and at home. Oscar however was not lurking around the corners on the Thursday Evening. He was just walking around, wondering what to do with himself. He could not think of something that was productive. But nothing sprung to mind, not even the homework he had. For a ravenclaw, Oscar was pretty bad at being one. He barely did his homework and almost never went to class. Something he also assumed was from habit. But even though his first year was almost over, Oscar didn't feel different like he had wanted to. He had thought at the very beginning of the year, that everything would change and he would become the opposite of what he had been at dance school. Oscar was even prepared to admit that things had been better at the Dance school. Yes he had been bullied and beaten up at his old school. But here at Hogwarts he was just as alone, and just as distant from the world. Just without the bullying. Oscar knew he came across to most as a super relaxed guy, as he did come across like that, in his lose fitting t-shirt and jean trousers. When he wore his uniform his tie was small, and lose, and his shirt was worn scruffily. Oscar had never really had a set style, he was the type to just wake up in the morning and put on the first thing his fingers could find. Something his sister hated him doing, even though they didn't even talk.

As he passed the abondoned (but not really) classroom, he could hear a crashing. Being a Ravenclaw and a curious fellow, Oscar walked up to the door and placed his ear against it. Crashing from within again. Wondering what on earth was going on the first year opened the door wide, and then walked inside, somewhat slamming the door as he walked in. The first he noticed was the splinters on the floor. The second thing he noticed was his friend, Andie. Someone he'd met before schools, and since arriving at Hogwarts would call her one of his closes friends. But this wasn't hard, as he had few close friends. Oscar watched her for a second, before realising that she was in fact making chairs crash upon the floor. "Andie!" he said with a smile, hoping to get her attention from where he stood in the opposite end of the room. Not often did he see Andie however. As he was a Ravenclaw and her a Gryffindor. It didn't affect them, he thought, they had stayed the same, as much as he had really wanted to be in the same house. But you couldn't get everything and as long as they stayed Friends Oscar would be happy. He didn't need a huge group of friends. He was the type to prefer a small group of close people, who were comfortable around each other. And he was comfortable around his gryffindor friend.

[Mehh, sorry it sucks and took me a while to reply]

She couldn't help but allow the tiniest of smirks crawl it's way onto her lips as one of the back legs of the chair finally shattered off. It didn't stop her from beating the chair to a pulp, it simply enticed the Gryffindor to continue. She released the chair from her control and as it tumbled to the floor it droned out the sound of the door closing, or merely blended in with it. So it wasn't until Andrea heard her name being spoken that she was aware of her best friend's presence in the room. She spun her head around towards him, lifting her gaze off of the old piece of furniture and stared at her friend. "Oscar." Was all that came from her lips, her lips that turned upwards hinting at a small smile. Andrea stared at Oscar with a tilted head, blinking in the silence for just a couple of seconds, before parting her cracked lips to speak once more, "Hi." Her grey irises flickered briefly to the broken chair before bringing her gaze back to her friend. Her only friend.

It was the only one who she dared mingle with but the fact that Andrea was regarded as a bit of a loner amongst her fellow gaggling Gryffindors, suited her perfectly. She never had to tell them to leave her alone nor did she have suffer through their attempts at small talk. The day when she picked a separate dorm room to the rest of her classmates instantly outcasted her. By luck, she seemed to have befriended Oscar, other than that she knew she would have no one, it didn't scare her or anything, simply because she didn't know any different. "Why are you here?" She asked the boy, her usual scathy voice falling from her lips. It never occured to her that Oscar would be the type to lurk abandoned classrooms. Which made her realise that although Oscar was her only friend in the entire castle, she didn't know many things about him. Simple things like what his favourite sport was, what type of music he liked, what his family was like, wheter or not he stalked old classrooms. Not that this particularly worried her, she wasn't going anywhere and as far as she knew neither was Oscar. There was a time and a place for all of these things, it was only their first year and although that managed to zip by pretty quickly, she knew she would get all her answers out of him at some point.

Oscar just watched his friend, who stared at him. He took out a seat and sat down. He was a little bit away from Andie, but this was a fine distance for them. Oscar didn't want to invade Andie's space. He had dichiered a few things about Andie. One, that she did not care much for school property, and two, she didn't seem like the type to easily open up to anyone else. Well, that was how Oscar saw it. He didn't know much about Andie. He knew her name, her house, but not much else. For good friends, he knew he knew little about her and him about her, which wasn't usually the term for good friends. But it didn't matter to Oscar how close they were. He wouldn't care if Andie turned out to be a lunatic, he was glad of there friendship. "Why am I here. I don't really know. I was wondering around the castle and ended up here." Oscar said, looking up at the ceiling of the classroom. He knew he'd just been walking, and been curious about the abandoned room. He was aware that the term abandoned was used lightly around the school, as was the term secret and forbidden. Not at all like the dance school. It wasn't widely known that Oscar had been the victim of harsh bullies. That they had made his life a living hell, for 5 long years. All because of how bad he was at dance. It was why he'd taken to just running off. Running for hours, away from the school. Hoping that he wouldn't have to turn back and face them once more. He wondered if Andie had ever been bullied. It was odd thing to think, but she was as shut off, as he was. And he generally asscioted this with being bullied. He wasn't even sure if Andie had been to school before hogwarts. If she had said, Oscar had forgotten. Which he knew made him seem like a bad friend. And Oscar didn't want to be a bad friend to one of his only friends.

"What about you? Why are you smashing school furniture?" Oscar asked, moving his gaze from the ceiling to the floor and then to Andie. "I can't imagine the professors being too pleased. But I'm sure they could fix it." Oscar continued, his light Kiwi accent, joined with his usual low and quite tone of voice. He smiled at his friend. Wondering what her reasons would be for wanting to destroy the furniture. It was a very odd thing to be doing. Epsically since, as far as Oscar knew she didn't know how to fix it.

There was nothing much to say to Oscar as he explained his reason to why he wounded up in the abandoned classroom on a late Thursday evening. She just simply nodded in acceptance of his answer and without further reactions, took a quick glance at the chair as if it were a magnet to her eyes, like it called her again to cast her levitation spell upon it and send it crashing to the ground. But her friend was present and she didn't mind stalling her destruction for a little bit longer. Andrea bent over, stretching her arm so that her fingers could grip her patterned cotton socks and pulled them up over her boots. It was only then that her bony shoulders shrugged in return to Oscar's question, there was no particular reason for destroying school property other than the small fact that it entertained her. "I just like to come here.." she trailed off as her grey irises met Oscar's. She just liked the old room and the fact that most students were repulsed by the thick cobwebs and the remaining spiders.

"Smashing school furniture is fun, Oscar, you should try it." She continued and slowly her eyebrow began to arch. It probably was an odd thing to do but the young Gryffindor didn't seem to care that she was destroying something that didn't belong to her. With that her wand hand pointed to the chair in the corner and with another mutter of the two worded incantation caused the beat up chair to wobble towards the ceiling. Subconsciously tilting her head to the side as she watched the floating chair she spoke again, "Well let's hope the professor's don't catch me then." Suddenly directing her wand to the floor, the chair followed and crashed to the floor. To her own disappointment, little damage seemed to be done to the chair. "What's your favorite colour?" She inquired out of the blue, starting the process of getting to know her only friend that much better. She glanced at the Ravenclaw one more time before casting the levitation spell once more on the wooden chair.
