We Meet Again

[Star Moon]

Star was lying on the grass basking in the sunshine whilst reading a book. She had her sunglasses on and there was a light breeze coming from the cliffs but the heat from the sun was just bearable for Star to lie comfortably on the grass and not having the sweat pouring out of her. She was reading a particularly exciting book. Her arm was starting to get sore from the way she was reading but Star was too interested in the book to care about her arm. She had started reading it yesterday. She had been reading a lot lately , keeping out of public eye. People liked making fun of her name. But it was getting old school. Thank God it was. She had been basically hiding for the past few weeks. She hated any sort of attention and though her mention had been small it had been enough to send her back into the shadows which she had slowly been crawling out of for the past two years. Now she was back to lurking around the edges. The only time she came out was during her prefect duties. That and classes was the only time she interacted with anyone else in the school. One other exception being Sammy and her family. They were they only people she spoke to, had the guts to talk to.

After a few more minutes she was finished the book. She closed it and lay it beside her. She lay on the grass and closed her eyes. She really should have out some sun-cream on. The sun was beating down on her skin but it was nice to just lay there in the quietness.She couldn't help but feel a pang of loneliness. She wished Sammy was here. He could always make her feel better. He was just so happy and his mood always affected hers. Sighing she kept her eyes closed and let her mind drift.

 

[Samual Kaster]

Samual was wearing a huge grin on his face. Lately he had been attacked by a particularly bad strain of the cold, and it was just downright horrible. Samual couldn't live with having a cold, all the sneezing and watery eyes and blurred vision just made him sad, which made him feel worse. Being one to despise potions, he tried to ignore the cold, until it just got too much and he took a silly potion. Now he felt amazing, after a huge cold, he was ready to run outside and absorb as much sunlight as he possibly could. He had his regular robes on, since he couldn't be bothered searching around his part of the room in the hunt for suitable clothes, he just wanted to get out and run around as soon as possible. He left the Gryffindor Common Room and ran out of the castle, it was time to have some fun.

His first place was the lawn, since it was wide and open. A lovely breeze came and cooled him down a little. He frowned slightly when it went away, he wanted it back! The Gryffindor looked around, searching for a nice and particularly breezy place to walk around, but something else caught his eyes, well, someone. Star Moon. His smile brightened, he liked her, she was fun to be around and things just got even more fantabulous with her being a prefect like him, it was just a marvelous stroke of luck that his friends were prefects, just like he was! He ran to the cliffs and smiled down at Star. "Hey Star!" He sat down beside the blonde and stretched out his limbs. He liked Star mostly because she was really nice, but a little quiet-he didn't mind that because he was a talkative person, chances are he could talk enough for both of them. He noticed that she was ready a book, and his smiled turned more meek than happy. "I'm not interrupting and ruining your peace, am I?"
