Wandering Around

[Collin Cambridge]

It was Collin's first week here in Durmstrang and everything seems great. Even though he didn't had many friends. Collin just finished eating breakfast so he decided to explore the castle. He knew he had to enjoy the Durmstrang Institute since he'll be transferring next year to Hogwarts New Zealand which he'll go as a second year and his younger sister, Annicole will go as a freshman. His parents thought it would be nicer for the two to go in the same school so his parents enrolled him into Durmstrang first so that when his sister turns 11, they will both go to the same school. Collin looked around as he walked across the corridors. His friend, Michael, who is a HNZ graduate, said that the Hogwarts' castle was much bigger than Durmstrang's. Collin smirked at the thought of this. He was glad that Hogwarts' castle was bigger since he knew that the bigger the castle the more adventures are waiting right inside it. Speaking of adventures, the thought of the subject puffed quickly right inside Collin's mind. He smiled and nodded, giving himself a pat on the back for a job well done of finding something useful to do.

The Durmstrang's castle wasn't very crowded because it's Thursday and classes are currently going on. The reason Collin was out here alone wandering around is that he's a freshman and freshmen doesn't have classes on Thursday. Collin grinned at the thought of this. "What a wonderful day to look for adventures and clues", he told himself, "Maybe I could find a hidden passageway or a mystery to solve", he uttered again. Collin reached the Third Floor Corridor and stopped. He looked around the corridor to see if anybody was in the corridor except him. Seeing no one, he began looking intensely at the walls to look for clues so he can start his adventure.

Victoria was a third year and normally all third years tried to catch up on their homework during free periods but victoria wasn't really into studies.An average grade satisfied her easily and she didn't bother to put much work into homework and taking notes.During her free periods Victoria liked to take long walks around the castle.Victoria knew every part of the castle because she always took her walks and every time she visited her favourite spots like the Western Tower,The Owlery in the east,The Dungeons and of course the grounds where the lake side was her favourite spot to sit.

As Victoria was walking down the Third floor corridor she wondered where she would go today since she wasn't in the mood of being all by herself.She turned a corner and caught a younger boy staring intensely at a wall.She wondered what he was looking at or looking for because the wall was pretty blank and normal like all other walls in this castle.But the boy looked like he could be a first year and Victoria knew that a first year could easily be lost and looking for a class."Hey there!"she called to him striding down the hall with a welcoming smile on her face.She stopped upon reaching the boy and decided that he was definitely a freshman."Can I help you with some thing?" she asked him tapping the prefects badge on her breast pocket.

Collin really haven't found anything remotely close into finding a hidden room whatsoever. The bricks were pressed firmly beneath the rocks and doesn't contain at least a clue of leading into a hidden room. But still, Collin tried hard and leaned his finger closely into the firm wall while walking slowly as he slide her finger upon the walls. While doing so, strands of his blonde hair fell across his eyes so he blew them and rolled his eyes. When he's focusing he would definitely suggest not to bother him or it's going to be moody time. Later on, as Collin struggled into finding a clue, he put down his finger. Maybe his finger was covering some part of the walls that he cannot see so he decided to remove it. Instead, he used his eyes into observing the wall. Not too far from that, a voice spoke which indignantly startled Collin. He almost jumped. He looked back at the girl and stared at her. Collin just shrugged and told himself not to be too moody. He hold back himself and tried to flash the familiar girl a smile. "Uh, hi! I was just...uh, looking for a hidden....clue into something" He said awkwardly while standing still and observing the girl's features. So, she was a prefect? Judging by the prefect badge on her breast pocket.
