Walk or trip

Indigo heard her mumbling and sighed. He turned again and wandered over. "What?" he said. If she was feeling lonley he could help, but not if she was just going to give him attitude.
 
She looked at him in surprised. "what?" she said sounding a little sad but not much and no attitude was detected any time soon.
 
Rose looked at him. "San antonio, California" she said smiling and missing the sun and the beach.
 
Indigo nodded, "I'm from New Jersey" Not caring if she didn't want to know. "What about siblings?" he asked.
 
Rose smiled. "no i'm a single child" she said.
 
Indigo nodded, "Same here. We're lucky. Our attention doesn't get split" he smiled. He knew someone with fsix siblings, how he managed he didn't know.
 
Rose shrugged. "yeah but i miss home because i lived on the beach." she said.
 
Rose was confused. "what do you mean?" she asked.
