Victor always loved the Dark Arts and was a muggle-hater and believed fully in following ways the Dark-Lord had set for the wizarding community. Therefore two years after graduating from Hogwarts England, Victor step foot in New Zealand and joined the Death Eater. It pleased and delighted him beyond anything one could imagine. However as that wouldn’t be a proper job, he decided to take over the famous Three Broomsticks restaurant.

Appearance
Hair: Short, dark brown hair, standing on his head in the spikes fashion and usually applied with gel.

Eyes: Victor, like his mother has big ,dark brown eyes. Yet as he has made himself, they are cold and empty and unlike many other eyes found on the planet, one could not easily make out emotions from them.

Height: Victor is tall, easily spotted in crowd due to his height. He is currently 5.7feet

Style: Victor usually wears designer clothes, not fancy, elegant and unique in their own way. Usually seen in dark shade of robes like navy blue, brown, blood red, black or emerald green, Victor does not buy robes from any riff-raff store but orders them to be the way he wants, his dominating feature coming in at all times. Victor always carries a wizarding pocket watch, wears his hair in same style almost every day for two years.

<COLOR color="#ee4a2d">Victor is dominating, evil, arrogant, rich and handsome. He was always taught by his mother to be the one with power, to hate muggles, mudbloods and blood traitors.
He will not show mercy or sympathy towards anything, not even his mother. He won’t help one in pain, instead make fun of them or leave them the way they are to be.​

History:

Childhood
Victor was born on 28th April 2002 in Sydney, Australia. Being rich with pureblood running through his veins, as a child he was given all that he ever asked for. Clothes, toys, horses, baby brooms, everything. He had no sense at that age to understand the relation of his parents. Living in a very social environment with many wizarding friends who adored him, Victor grew to be an arrogant, evil and selfish child.

At the age of ten, Victor faced the first blow in his life, the death of his father, Frank. He was too young to understand why they moved from Australia leaving the riches and luxuries and giving the White Serpent Manor to his step sister, Mallory Malkin.

In another year, that is before Victor started schooling at Hogwarts England, his mother Runa remarried a rich Ministry Official who was ten years elder than her.
The man loved Runa and Victor very much and once again Victor had all that he needed without asking for it.

He begun his first year at Hogwarts England with a his first wand,…….Naturally, like his parents he was sorted into Slytherin, the house of cunning. From his very first step in Hogwarts, a great change of personality came over Victor. He knew his purpose at the school, gaining knowledge and he did it to the best of his abilities keeping all other priorities to follow.

Adolescent
Hitting adolescence was a different case for this teenager. He became even more sulky, arrogant and dominating. He had made several enemies at school, mostly from Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. One certain boy from Gryffindor, Kevin Witch was his greatest foe. Kevin and Victor competed mainly in Qudditch as they both played chasers. But at the age of fifteen, Victor discovered that a girl named Jennifer Bell from Ravenclaw fancied him.

As he dig up her story he came to know that she was a half-blood, muggle lover yet she liked him. She kept meeting his gaze in corridors and classes, as they were in the same year. It was later that he realized that Kevin yearned for Jennifer. He had paid not a single glance to Jennifer before but after learning that his foe was interested in the same girl, he was bound to make him jealous to death.

It was for this and only this reason that Victor ever built a relationship with the opposite gender. Asking her to the Yule ball, dates, gifts, making her blush were enough to make Kevin jealous. Victor could see dark circle under his eyes yet Victor wanted more. Kisses and Snogging followed, first in bushes and then in corridors. The stupid girl seemed to enjoy all the attention she got from Victor yet Victor was not interested in Jennifer but of course this teenager knew how to hide his true self.

Kevin was totally heart broken and left school during his sixth year and with this finished the relationship of Jennifer and Victor. She kept pleading him to tell her why they broke up, but in real sense, at least according to Victor, they were never a couple and so he never looked at her again.

Graduating from Hogwarts England at the age of eighteen with the best NEWTs and OWLs he did an advanced course on Potion making because that was the line that he was passionate about.

The Death of Runa

When Victor became twenty years old, his mother passed away. This was another blow for Victor, yet having learned to control himself he did not shed a tear on his mother grave.

Making his mind to take revenge from Mallory Malkin, his step sister because of who his mother had to face so many difficulties, Malkins because of who Runa never married Frank yet he had treated her as a wife. It had all been betrayal to Runa, from Frank and from the whole Malkin family, each contributing in their own way.

Current
Victor moved to New Zealand at the age of twenty. Joined the Death Eaters because they had always inspired him and then with the help of his house elf, Winter he took over the Three Broomsticks.

He lives in a two bed-room apartment in Brightstone Village as he wants to hide his wealth from the eyes of gossipers. Many female show interests in him now and then as Victor is handsome and has such a breath taking personality yet Victor never gives anyone a second glance.
