Personality:
Often a very Joyful fellow, Victor as all has his serious sides. He tends to respect Children and the way that they act, despite the fact that they are some times 'immature' & 'absent to the real world' according to Victor. Being the person that he is, no matter what the occupation he has, he shows a complete dedication, more then likely due to the amount of dedication Jobs in the passed have forced him to have. Being able to be a joker at times, Victor is you're stereo-typical kind old man thats always willing to hand out a helping hand. He is a wise wizard that has a great understanding of several aspects - He has been known to understand why Bad people do the things thats they do and why the good do what they do. He has a very large knowledge of every single studied Subject at Hogwarts and those that aren't studied there.
Special Talents/Abilities: Victor has been known to have a Photographic memory and an eye for anything that is even the slightest out of place.These are only small qualities to those in which he has learned through out his life-time:
Master Duelist:Victor was a master duelist, being able to hold his own against even the most powerful of Wizard.
Wandless Magic / Non-verbal Magic: Victor had the ability to cast wandless and Non-verbal magic, hence showing how skilled of a Wizard he was. He was not how-ever able to cast spells as powerful as he would armed with his wand though.
Healer: Victor also seems to have had a talent for healing. He is able to heal minor wounds, like cuts, no further then the skin. He has been known to be able to mend broken bones, though used a similar method to what a Nurse would at Hogwarts.
Potioneer: Victor is also proficient at Potions. He is able to create some of the more complex potions going around, though perhaps not in the same amount of time as an expert potioneer.
Charm's Master: He is known to be a master in Charms. He can use some of the most difficult charm's spell's with almost no effort, and charm spells being one of his strongest wandless form's of magic.
History:
Not much is known of the life of Victor before the age of 18. It is known that he attended the Durmstrang Academy and got his magical Knowledge from there. When leaving the School, Victor was sent to the Ministry of Magic New Zealand by his father Agamemnon Gorud. Being sent there was mainly because his father was always obsessed with being a Hit Wizard and failed, Hence his son should have the privilege of being one. Irritated by the choice his father made, Victor had always wanted to become a Professor or Teacher and his dreams were basically crumbled before his very eyes.
On Arrival to New Zealand, Victor was forced straight into training as a Hit Wizard, and flew through it. He was a skilled Duelist and had the Physical attributes that were required, if not more then the standard. His first assignment was to track down a very dangerous Death Eater named, Ark Delthor. The Death Eater had been responsible for several murders, and several attempts of murder upon Wizards and Witches all over New Zealand. When the tracking began the first three months were pointless, no one would speak out against Ark and no one knew where he was hiding out. It was in the fourth month that a trail was picked up, and Ark had come out of hiding. He had killed two more Wizard and luckily, Victor had been at the right place at the right time. Pursuing his target, Victor forced his target into a dead end at the top of a high cliff. After a long talk between the two Wizard, Ark attempted to fire the killing Curse at Victor, though being a Hit Wizard Victor was ready for the worst and Stupefied his target before giving him the chance to fire anything off. Ark fell from the top of the cliff to his death.
After the events' Victor was congratulated for his duties and asked to become an Auror but respectively declined. He had been happy in the position that he was in and becoming an Auror appeared to be far to dangerous and far to time consuming. Time went by and Victor got older, before marrying a beautiful woman named Parthia Meggumi. The two of them stayed together for a good five years before they divorced due to constant arguing. After the Divorce, Victor committed himself more then before to his job, to keep his mind off the divorce. He and his wife had to go through the courts due to the fact that she tried to take everything from him, and she almost succeeded before being found guilty for stealing from several Wizards. The Trial for stealing impacted on the trial involving the divorce, allowing the courts to rule to Victor's favor, allowing him to take 'everything'.
Several more years went on and Victor stayed committed to his job, though it had become far quieter then it was when he was younger. One case came up and several Hit Wizard were put on it, but the lead they had was lost and the target was never found. After the incident of loosing the lead, Victor decided to take some time off and go on a Holiday (two years). He returned some time later to find that things had picked up again and the Hit Wizard were needed again to pursue several linked murders. When they pursued the link, they found that the Murdering wizard was a relative of Ark Delthor - The Murder's name was Elizabeth Delthor. After some hectic investigation, The Hit Wizards were given the hide-out of Elizabeth, which they stormed and were confronted by thirty Death Eater. Luckily the Ministry had sent many Hit Wizard in and this ensured the numbers to be close to equal. A long battle between Death Eater and Ministry Officials was under way, until all of the Death Eater were eliminated and only three Ministry Officials were eliminated. Victor encountered Elizabeth when she was trying to escape the Hide out and managed to arrest her when she was later sentenced to Life in Azkaban.
Now Victor is much older and looking for a job that won't be so much as risky and Physically challenging. He is no longer as good of an athlete as he was when he was young. His persona stayed the same through his life as well as his interests in wanting to become a Professor, but thus far hasn't had the courage nor the time to take it up as a true profession.
