[name] Tristane Zander Matthias
[etymology] The first name Tristane means knight and it would give out the impression of a handsome and honest man. The middle name Zander means a defender of mankind. It gives off the impression of an influential and highly intelligent man. The surname Matthias means gift of God. Putting the name together, and it makes up what Tristane is. He is a knight, he is everything good that is a knight and a defender of those that he cares about. Some have been known to say that he was a gift from the heavens.
[origin] The origin in the family name Matthias has a strong origin in Russian for being pure-blood and very prejudice about it. Several in the Matthias family were taken down for being Death Eaters back in the 1980s, arrested and brought to justice. Their family was then cleaned after the Dark Lord's fall, and went back to being secluded. The Matthias family are known for having boys that act arrogant, as the family seem to be full of themselves. Most of the feelings that they have are from how they always seem to produce handsome young men.
[nicknames] While Tristane does not have any nicknames, his family tends to give all the brothers a special name. His would be The Angel.
[alliance] Tristane's alliance rest within the side of good ultimately. He does not like anything that is bad or otherwise known as evil.
[birthdate] He was born on October 3rd, 2007. He was the second born, a twin of Tylien, in a local hospital. It was a normal birth, and it happened around four in the afternoon.
[age] He is currently twenty-nine-years-old.
[gender] Tristane is a male.
[sexual orientation] Heterosexual which means that Tristane is attracted only to the opposite sex, which is females. He does not have much of an interest in males and considers males as mates. When it comes down to choosing if he is more attracted to the looks or the personality would be personality. Tristane does not care for looks, and he admires an honest person, one that is also true to her heart.
[dialects] Tristane knows only two languages. His first language was Russian, but he learned English around the same time as well. He is fluent with both languages, though he prefers to speak English.
[hometown] Tristane was born and raised in Derbent, Republic of Dagestan, Russia. He had all of his childhood there, and when he was old enough to graduate, he left his home, to travel to New Zealand with a few of his other brothers to help his dad out.
[residency] Tristane currently lives in Gisborne, New Zealand, in a rather large house. Tristane currently lives with Terence Matthias, Tylien Matthias, Rephael Matthias, Troxa Matthias, Levent Matthias and Sethos Matthias when Sethos is released from his institutions.
[heritage] His parents are both Russian, thus making him completely Russian.
[blood status] He is a pure-blood, and he refuses to tell people what his status is.
[blood type] Tristane has blood type of O negative. There is a belief in Japan that a blood type would give someone good traits and bad. The good traits are agreeable, sociable, an optimist while the bad traits are vain, careless, ruthless, cruel. This really relates to his character.
[wand] The wand that chose Tristane is the Holly 14" Core of Chimera scale. The holly wood is considered to be protective, and bonds well to those that are in dangerous situations. The wood will react to whatever the core would be. In this case it would be paired with a Chimera scale which is difficult. The Chimera scale is magically powerful, and somewhat rare, so there is just a fragment in his wand. The wand is considered to be powerful, but in a protective sense. It can also backfire if someone other than the owner uses it.
[occupation] Tristane currently works as a music instructor at a school, teaching children how to play music with several different instruments.
[health status] Tristane is perfectly healthy.
[allergies] He has a mild allergy to latex, which will make him have a rash when he touches it. He also has an allergy to cats, which makes him sneeze when he is around them.
[pet] Tristane does not have any sort of pets, but other members of his family do.

[personality] Tristane is a great guy, the perfect guy that one would want to bring home to the parents. He is very kind, and he does not judge based on what others have told him. Tristane gives everyone a chance, and it is up to the other person if they want to continue with their chance. Tristane is a perfect gentleman. He is also very respectable, and will give people space if he wanted to. Tristane is nice, but he is not really a push-over when it comes down to certain things. Tristane can be somewhat of a complex person, because he does have a temper, but he does not show it like a normal person. Instead of yelling, he will react in a calm manner, but his voice would be cold. This is something that Durmstrang had taught him, and he rarely shows the side. Tristane for the most part is very bright, and intelligent. He adores everyone, and believes that everyone has a chance to be the best person that they can be. Tristane does not appreciate those that are negative in any way, and often he will give them blunt advice that would often get them back on the proper path.
[beliefs] Tristane believes that everyone deserves a chance to live life.
[boggart] His boggart is actually not a common one at all. It is Sethos, becoming a Death Eater and ruining his life for a cause that seems dead.
[fears] Tristane has a small list of fears other than his family turning and killing one another, and one dying. Tristane is afraid that someone will take advantage of him and take everything that he has. He also has a fear of losing the ones that he loves and cares about. He fears being betrayed and hurt. He also has a strong fear of heights, and he tends to fear fire when it gets too close to him. He also fears strong storms, and lightning bolts.
[likes] Tristane is a lover of many things, and he enjoys the small things in life, which would include anything that would require travel to see the wonders of the world. He loves to do things adventurous as long as they don't conflict with anything that he fears. He enjoys helping people out, in several different ways. Tristane does like to read, and he loves anything to do with music. He teaches it, and he enjoys playing it, though he is not very experienced on instruments, he can teach others how to play them. He also seems to love kissing.
[dislikes] There actually is not that much that he dislikes, but they are more or less common sense things. He does not like cheaters, and he does not like it when people excessively drink. He hates it when people treat him badly when he has not done anything to deserve it. He does not like it when women throw themselves at him based on appearance only. For the most part, he does not like Death Eaters or stuck up snobs. He also tends to dislike those that are blood prejudice, whichever way it does. He also just does not like it when people just treat others like crap either way.
[goals] His goals are to help anyone that needs help at all.
[good habits] He tends to not judge anything that comes around him.
[bad habits] Tristane will pick lint off of other people's clothing.
[strengths] One of Tristane's greatest strengths would be his heart, and his ability to accept those for who they are, no matter what they believe in so long as they don't bring harm to those around him. He is very caring, and it is one of his greatest strengths. He is also very smart, and he will do whatever it takes to help someone. He can also be rather stubborn, with if he wanted to do something, but someone else did not, he would do it anyway just so he could help them out. When it comes to physical strength, he is muscular but it is something that is not that impressive if not common. When it comes down to magic, his best spells are those that are defensive, even his shields are hard to break through. His charms are impressive as well, and he is also very good at Transfiguration. He can often produce a strong patronus. Tristane is a strong person, like a rock and a shield, though he will battle people only if it comes necessary.
[weaknesses] Where one has strengths, there must be weaknesses. Tristane's love and caring for all, can definitely be used against him as a weakness. People can easily take advantage of his hospitality. Tristane also would not notice at all until someone points it out, or they tell him. Tristane has a weakness to those that act nice and all. Tristane also will not use violence or any sort of physical fighting, even when he is attacked first unless he was really hurt. Tristane can also say the wrong thing when he is mad, and can ruin relationships like that. He can be rather naive as well, and will not get certain things unless someone explains them to him. Tristane tends to collapse under pressure, and he has a weakness to judging others as soon as they hurt him. When it comes to magic, he is weak to curses or anything would need ill intent to cast. He also isn't very good at wandless magic either.
[loyalties] His loyalties rest with his family.
[magical talents] The most notable things that Tristane can do magical wise would be the defence spells that he can cast. He can cast a Patronus with the animal form. He can heal others with his magic, and he can perform nonverbal magic as well as wandless magic though the simplest spells. He can brew potions that would heal or do something good. He happens to be talented at Transfiguration as well.
[other talents] Tristane has a rather long range of talents that do not concern magic at all. Tristane can help keep things in tune, and he can teach children, often do to with his talents and knowledge of music. He can name most genres of music, and much from the classical area. He can also keep himself active, and he can play most sports. He is really talented at juggling, and also at cooking and playing the piano. Tristane can play most instruments to an extent.
[patronus form] Tristane's patronus form is a buffalo.
[annoyances] Tristane does not get annoyed, like often at all. But he can get annoyed if someone keeps interrupting him, and he also dislikes it when people are always yelling at him. Another thing that he tends to get on his nerves would be his brothers acting like asses when they don't need to be acting at all like that.

[natural hair] Tristane has dark brown hair that is long and wavy. He also keeps nothing in it, and it seems like it is soft and fun to play with. He normally has it styled in a relaxed way, so it is not too easy to mess up at all. When it shines in the sun, it looks like it could be a hint of gold to match his eyes. The texture of his hair would be very soft and fine, though he does have a lot of hair so it does not appear thin at all.
[eyes] Tristane's eye color is unique which is amber, though it is a dominant gene in his family. While they look almost gold, they are not, they have a little more of an orange hue to it. He inherited it from his father's side of the family. When one looks into his eyes, they will see his emotions, and then the kind feel of warmth like a soft fire, and how nice and kind he truly is. The meaning of the color amber is a powerful force, symbolizing energy and fire. The symbolism also stands for life, as the heat of fire brings forth life, energy, and assists in making the world the way it is. Those with amber eyes are normally very vibrant, very energetic, and often ruled by their emotions.
