Transfiguration 5:6

Professor Lyra Potter was sitting at her desk, a book in her hand. She was reading, knowing this would be a light week for her students. She had decorated the classroom with Christmas decorations in preparation for the upcoming Yule Ball and in an effort to keep her mind off of the anniversary of her mother's death. She was looking forward to going home for the holidays to spend time with Ezra and her children.

As the fifth years filed in, she looked up and shut her book. Rising, she smiled, ready to speak. "I am so glad to tell you this week will be a light one. I want you to review. You have your OWLS to sit soon, and I want you to be ready for them. You may review here, or on your own. I leave that up to you. If you wish to practice any of the spells that you might see on the OWL, my room is at your disposal. You are all old enough to be trusted to use your time wisely. Good luck and I will see you next year! If you need anything, my office is always open."

She smiled, and then sat back down, and began to read again.

Homework: Attendance post is all that is really needed. Bonus points if you create an outline to review with or practice spells. Good luck on OWL!

Kyousuke knew OWLs were a way away yet, but he also knew it was important to keep up to date with his studies. A faltering step could cost him his near perfect grades. Kyousuke settled into his seat and got out his things, looking over them. He spent the time going over his notes, and when class finished up, packed them away and went to go do more study elsewhere.

It was finally the last week of classes and Violet was very excited. She hoped that the last week would be full of the professors running out of things to teach them and simply just letting them go over old material. She packed her belongings into her backpack and headed to her next class. As she entered the Transfiguration classroom, she smirked as the professor was simply giving them time to study and review- for their OWL exams. Violet spent the lesson practicing the vanishing spell they had learnt. She was feeling confident with this one and was just glad that the professor focused on the one spell rather than multiple that she had to remember. As the class came to an end, Violet promptly headed to her next class.
