Life, the world, and the universe as many knew it, was not a realm of infinite possibilities. No, it was a world of rules, laws, and some undeniable truths that would be universally true up until the universe collapsed into a singularity and exploded outward to create a brand new universe. The claw was being his logical, self proclaimed wiz at the moment. That he didn't noticed he was headed to the abandoned classroom out of the blue. For moment he thought he was lost but he remember that there's a abandoned classroom somewhere in the classroom. A perfect place to just wander around, read a book or maybe have a chat with a stranger. Those were the things he wanted to do right now, but he couldn't afford any of those. Since he didn't brought a book nor was there any student to talk to, Yerik Rhys still decided to stay and enjoy emptiness of the room. In silent reverie and hopes to meditate as well, back in his trip in India with his family. A guru thought them how to meditate and just let all his thoughts disappear for a while but he didn't want to do that, knowing that if someone comes in he'll look like a fool sitting on the floor with his legs crossed. And he would let that happen. Ever. He stood still for a couple of minutes before leaning in a wall, he barely know if it's clean or not. For a guy who's got a problem with dirt, that took him a lot of ignoring things to do. Until he had enough and just found an old crappy wooden chair and sat on it.

Making sure if was clean and safe before even sitting, he tried to maintain his weight just in case the chair would break down into pieces. But he grew tired balancing himself and just stood once more, circling the classroom. It wasn't that bit and was that interesting but he definitely found in quiet. Sighing, he just watched his shadow and then others as some were passing through. Then after he looked at his newly wiped prefect badge, it looked so perfect on him in his mind. He just adored how it complimented his uniform and all, silver and blue his two favorite colors other than gray. By now he had wasted a few minutes inside the room, just wandering in the small room. Four corners surrounding the place, rigid and grimy. Slowly tracing his fingers on the wall as if reading a rune or something, but it was just some vandalize. Student have made, whenever they pass by. He read a few things and then turned his back, before ever realizing that someone was there with him. Yerik Rhys couldn't see the stranger, only a shadow appeared and nothing more. Somewhat a figure of a woman, a girl possibly. He just hoped it wasn't some first year, curious of what's inside the abandoned classroom. The fifth year prefect didn't want any confrontation or just a utterly ignorant chat, something that would make his time worth for a change.

Sitting at the Gryffindor table at the Great Hall one young Gryffindor girl was enjoying her breakfast, talking along with her friends, minding everyone else's business. She wondered to herself when the next edition of RHI would be out. There had been nothing since the last one before the year of the previous year and they were already into the third week of classes and still no RHI. She wondered if maybe the person or people behind it had graduated last year? She hoped not, or at least if they did they passed on the baton, so to speak, to someone else because it was just too juicy to not have anymore. Thankfully, she had never been in it or there would have been hell to pay for whomever the writers were. Sure her friends had been mentioned in it at the past and she was furious about it but she only made sure that her friends were alright afterwards and a plotted schemes about what they would do once the person or people behind it became known. Although it always blew over and to be perfectly honest LeAnn enjoyed the gossip too much to really care about who was mentioned, again, unless of course she was the one being talked about. While enjoying her breakfast she heard the familiar noise of owls flapping their wings and coming into the Great Hall, delivering all sorts of letter and goodies to the students of Hogwarts New Zealand. LeAnn had been expecting a letter from her mother or Andrew even with an update of how the wedding planning was going. She had enjoyed planning as much as she could before she had to come back to Hogwarts. Of course being the daughter of a supermodel and the soon-to-be step daughter of a famous Quidditch player, the wedding wasn't exactly going to be normal. Her mother and her baby sisters had spent a number of days trying on different styles of dresses, just so her mother could get an idea of what she wanted to wear on her big day. Of course any dress wouldn't do at all for the supermodel. Oh no! She had a number of big name fashion designers that wanted to make her dress for her and of course the dresses for her daughters so they all matched. Just before coming back to school the dresses had been finished and LeAnn instantly fell in love with hers, she looked so elegant in it. She was sixteen now so her figure had filled out nicely, tall and thin, just like her mother. As she was approaching the legal age of a witch and wizard she was start to feel a lot more mature and wearing her dress made her feel grown up, compared to her usual wardrobe which really hadn't change since she was like eleven, bar the size go up for obvious reasons.

Looking up at the mass of owls LeAnn looked out for her white owl, well her mothers but it was the one she would ever receive any mail from. As the owls dispersed around their owners and left again LeAnn was left with no letter. An anger that she had hadn't felt in sometime started to boil in her, she was so angry at her mother right now, and Andrew. She had already wrote them a number of letters and they hadn't gotten back to her, she could understand that they were both busy but how much could they be that they couldn't take five minutes to open a letter and write a response, just a quick hello and an update with how the wedding plans were going. Heck she was getting more information from the Wizarding Gossip magazine that she was subscribed too that seemed to be following her mother and Andrew through every process of their preparations. Excusing herself from the table, telling her friends that she would see them later, LeAnn left the Great Hall in a flurry. She was so upset with her mother she had intended to make her way up to the Owlery to write her mother yet another letter but as she made her way through the second floor corridor she remembered that there was an abandoned classroom somewhere along here. Making her way down the corridor she found the classroom, the door was slightly open but when she went inside it was dark, even the sunlight couldn't make it through the windows due to the dirt, so she couldn't see the boy that was at the other side of the classroom. Letting out a soft sigh she leaned against the wall, trying to decide if she wanted to scream or cry.

In the dark Yerik Rhys stayed, wondering why the h3ll did he went inside the room again. Looking for adventure, in the dark? It made him laugh a little, hoping that soon the room would be filled with light. He figured that a spell could brighten up the room or something, although he does like the dark. Bringing out his wand as a shadow entered the room, "Lumos." he whispered as the tip of his wand started to lighten a bit parts of the room. A girl. A actual girl inside the room, was there something about him that manage to catch the attention of girls? Since he's been having a few conversation with the said gender. Nevertheless, he felt please that someone's there with him now. Yerik Rhys noticed the sounds of the girl was making, in which she seems down. It was likely of him to help the others, he figured this to be an opportunity. "Having a rough day?" he asked her, his wand pointed towards the girl. A blonde, she looks so familiar but he couldn't remember her at all. Ah! They shared a few classes here and there, though he never had a chance to talk to her, at least now that is. The prefect didn't expect her to answer really, more like be ignored by her was his exception. Slowly, he looked at her more closely as she stood nearby a wall. A few steps separating the two, she wasn't bad nor does she looks that ugly to him. As a matter of fact for a blonde she does seems interesting, and Yerik Rhys dislikes blondes.

If they did shared a few classes, it only means that she cares about her studies like him. Leaning his back at the dusty wall, regretting just what he did. Yerik looked at the window, it wasn't that dark but he couldn't barely see a thing. Talked about being abandoned, maybe that's why it was abandoned because of the darkness it gave to the students in here. Now, this said classroom is perfect for any emotional problems you want to release. No one would dare to enter a abandoned classroom unless a couple would snog and hide away from some uptight Professors. With his thought entering his mind, he thought of the classroom to be the perfect place to hang-out during his free break after patrolling. Though it wouldn't work as a study room for him, if it would be this dark. Returning his attention to the girl, he wondered what house was she in, she couldn't remember. Since he didn't much payed attention to his classmates and now that's he's a prefect the only people he knew were prefects like him. Aside from the people he had met before, mostly they were fourth years. Still waiting for any response from the girl, Yerik Rhys decided to close his eyes for a moment. Not that it would change anything, he moved his wand away from the girl an towards the floor. The light bouncing to his pants and newly polished shoes, if the girl would not ignore him then there's a large possibility that he'll stay and talk to her and if not well that leaves him no choice but to leave her there.

Even when she was alone LeAnn didn’t like to show any sign of weakness. It was something she learned from her mother from a young age. Growing up as an only child and a mother that worked all the time and had a bit of a reputation as any single celebrity did, something LeAnn understood now that she was older. Due to Evette constantly being in the spotlight she had to deal with a lot of stick from the public and the press, muggle and magical so LeAnn was normally brought into it some way or another. Evette was used to it as it had been her life for well her whole life, starting off doing baby commercials and whatnot, so dealing with the press and whatnot was like a second nature to her. Evette taught LeAnn a lot when she was younger, which the sixteen year old was greatful for now that she was older and could appreciate what she had been taught. School was a tough place and LeAnn was determined to not let it get the best of her and for the past four years she had already, it was working for her. She had her two best friends that despite not ruling the school with an iron fist like they had hoped they had their own power in small areas that was working for them, with clubs and Quidditch and whatnot; she did well in her classes and she had a few admirers that she didn’t give the time of day. It wasn’t that LeAnn didn’t have time for a boyfriend or that she thought she they were all beneath her – well they were but that was beside the point; LeAnn didn’t want to be in a relationship because she was scared. She never wanted to admit it to anyone but she was afraid what people would think, if they thought that she was weak or something else. She knew she was being stupid because she looked at her mother and Andrew, they were so in love and didn’t care what the press were saying about them; and there was a lot. Her mother was never really a good role model to be honest because she had more partners when LeAnn was growing up than she could even remember let alone count. So by standards, LeAnn should have been on her fifth or sixth boyfriend at least by now but she was the opposite of her mother in that sense. Evette didn’t know but LeAnn saw how she was after her most recent boyfriend would leave her when she was younger and LeAnn never wanted to go through that. Like her mother she was a bit of a hopeless romantic and wanted to find love when she was sure it was love and not have her heart broken over and over again.

The young Gryffindor was taken out of her train of thought by the light coming from inside the room. Her head shot up, looking out for the source of the light, it wasn’t any artificial light, definitely not in this room so there had to be someone else here. Her blood began to boil slightly, not liking the idea of someone practically spying on her, probably wanting to pry and make fun of her; there would be hell to pay if she had anything to do about it. Letting her eye adjust to the light for a few moments she was starting to be able to make out the outline of the person that had cast the ‘lumos’ spell. Now she could see him, the face was familiar, from her classes. LeAnn made it a priority of hers to know at least everyone in her year, and the majority of others from outside of her year, by at least their first name, for no reason in particular, it was just something she thought necessary when she wanted to survive her school life. When he asked his question LeAnn was almost insulted, one; what right did he had talking to her and two; how dare he pry into her life, it was her life after all. “What business is it of yours?” she asked, the tone of her voice annoyed laced with the importance that came with her class of living.

Let's face it, Yerik Rhys wasn't good at at handling girls. Since the last conversation he had with a girl ended badly. First with a Gryffindor who's now a prefect and the other being a stranger he met on the Ferris wheel. He just never understood them, even though he has sisters, it wasn't easy. Asking Geni for tips and advice's would turned out bad, since she'll just laugh at the question. Thus, he never really got along with girl and still he tried his best to. Here he is again in the same position, seeing a girl who might hate him forever for disturbing her. But hey he was here first and there's no reason for the girl to get mad at him or something, maybe because of the wand pointing but that was all. As he lowered down his wand, he could sense something. Bad. Perhaps the girl hated his presence, if only he could see his face right now. Freshly combed and newly dresses, obviously he isn't ugly a t all. So why would think he's such a creep, one reason; the stupid gossip magazine. That was a false rumor of course, still some people though he was good looking, some people who aren't in his school. Ignoring his thoughts, he looked at the girl once more. She looked so lonesome, Yerik Rhys didn't want to interfere as she was interfering his space already. At first he nodded a few times and decided to leave but something pulled him, like a ghost wanting him to stay or something. He wasn't sure what it is but at the back of his head he didn't want to waste this opportunity, to meet a new student and hopefully be friends with her. Chances are she'll scream and shout, go leave me alone or just stare at him, waiting for him to leave. Screw that, he thought to himself as he faced the girl. His arms crossed to his chest, leaning on the nearest wall. As his eyes focused on the blonde, how odd it is to look at a blonde girl and kind of like her look. It was a seldom feeling to the prefect, since he never liked blondes. Never.

"Nothing really, is it bad if I'm concerned?" he asked. Not really looking at the girl this time, his eyes focused on the door. Thinking if he made a wonderful choice to stay, another thing he hated. Regrets. The utter darkness was slowly eating the two alive, he couldn't mumble a word. Obviously the girl didn't want a company or anyone to talk to her, so kept his mouth shut. Looking the other way and just imagining things freely. Slowly his mind started to drift away, searching for some birds then to his family. A lot of things really, setting aside the stressful things. "On the second though, don't answer that. Just ignore that I'm here." Yerik Rhys couldn't help correcting himself. He knew he needed to say this, before the girl would mumble or rant something to him. He wasn't good at confrontation, sharing secrets and the like. Yerik Rhys being a private person, he never attempted to share his deepest secrets, desires and thoughts to anyone. It was only Geni, his sister and his best friend who understood him. He stood there, his thought scattered inside his mind. Question surrounded his head like, Why am I even here? What's up with this blonde? Why am I talking to a blonde? All of them had answers that he didn't liked to hear, once again he took a glance at the girl. A few inches separating them, then immediately looked at the ceiling for a new distraction. In the darkness, his prefect badge shines, mostly he just really likes to flaunt it. A feeling of frenzy started to build up in his mind when he got his badge, something new to him. He liked new feelings, something new to work with. Just like a puzzle waiting to be finished, to place the missing pieces in it. Just like feelings, he liked meeting new people, interesting ones.

Having been in Gryffindor now for her 5th year she had a lot of time to ponder over why she believed the hat had placed her in the house. She had always believed that she belonged in Slytherin with Krystin, and Aphrodite, but things just didn't work that way and for the longest time she disagreed with the hat but knowing the decision couldn't be voided after it was made she didn't reveal her disappointments to anyothers than Krystin and Aphrodite because if she was to rule like she wanted she mustn't show any weaknesses to anyone that could stint her success. Although it was times like this that she knew she was exactly where she belonged, she was hot headed and man could she hold a grudge and her temper - well her temper was something her own mother was afraid of most times. She put this down to why she got whatever she wanted when she was younger and when she didn't get put in Slytherin it was the first thing she wanted that she couldn't get a and while she enjoyed Gryffindor and accepted that she belonged there now she still held a slight grudge that she couldn't get into the house she wanted. Although it wasn't just this, during her previous four years she started to see a lot of the Gryffindor characteristics in herself that was in the common ones of that of a Gryffindor; she was adventurious and not many things scared her. Although when she thought on that she knew she wasn't all that brave, heck she didn't show any sort of personal emotions most of the time because she was afraid to let people into her life most of the time because she was afraid that they would leave her and she would be left alone in the world, seeing her mother go through man after man when she was younger she saw how it effected her mother and she didn't want to be like that. Although she did want to be the way she was now with Andrew, he may of been a celebrity but this is why LeAnn figured the two worked, they both understood the re-precautions of a public relationship and neither was with the other for any selfish reasons like most people Evette had been with. They had only been with her to get their 15 minutes of fame of so it was and none of them even acknowledged LeAnn if they could because she was at home or with friends if they ever came over - LeAnn could only smile now as they saw how Evette was getting on and that none of what they did effected her and that she was better than she ever was now than she ever was with them. Despite being hot headed she knew she had to see this rationally so with a deep breath she figured she would just send a short, but sweet, letter home, querying how things were, she understood that times were crazy at home right now she she figured that she should not try and add anymore stress than she probably was at this point in time.

Although her slight moment of calm and serenity was ruined when she was rudely interrupted. Honestly, didn't people have common curiosity these days where they could let a person let out their emotions on their own without having to pry in on what was wrong and probably sell the story to the gossip column of the Daily Prophet, Merlin knows it wouldn't be the first time someone told the gossip column about things LeAnn did, a temper tantrum in a mall or even the smallest thing that could show her in a bad light or would make her an object of scorn or malice laughter. She could clearly see that this wasn't the case, she knew this boy - something she realised as her eyes became fully adjusted to the light shining from the tip of boys wand - he was from some of her classes and he was generally a quiet boy, a Ravenclaw if she could remember correctly and really didn't do anything. Granted this could be the kind of person that would sell your soul in a heartbeat if he got the right price but she could normally sense something wrong with someone but she didn't with this boy. This wasn't to say that she was going to let him off easily, no she was going to make damn well sure that this didn't happen again. She scoffed as he replied again before she could answer but regardless of him saying to not to answer she wasn't going to take any commands from a Ravenclaw. "It is as a matter of fact! Have you never heard of personal space or keep your nose out of what isn't your business.? she said, placing one hand on her hip, popping it out slightly to the right and giving the boy an unpleasant stare. "Anyway I wouldn't be able to do that seeing as your still here and you like to make your presence known to others around you. Why are you here anyway, a bit from the Ravenclaw tower are you not? Is't it just like ne big empty classroom where you all sit an read and do work all day or something?" she said with a harsh tone in her voice, she knew that Ravenclaws were just all smart, think their better than other, people and she didn't really hold much opinion on them - other than that of course, but everyone had their own sort of idea what the other Common Rooms were like, seeing as you were only aware of what your wn common rooms were like unless someone told you. She knew what the Slytherin ones were like from Krystin and she figured that in the Hufflepuff one that they all just sat around with smiles and drew rainbows all day or something.

It could have been worse, meeting a girl who'd despise him for no reason. There was no reason to talk to him that way, as far as he could remember Yerik Rhys didn't invade her privacy at all. It was a matter of fact the other way around, and yet he didn't complained about it. For a few more minutes he looked at her, wondering what to do. Should he stay or go? In his mind, something inside of him is urging to stay and bear with the girl for a few more minutes. He isn't the type of boy who'll give on anything, taking everything as a challenge. What would his sister think of this? Forcing himself to a blonde girl who's obviously not a pureblood, she'll definitely disapprove of this. Yerik Rhys wanted to try new things, he was aware that to gain friends he needed to set aside their blood status, he needed to accept them as they are. Which was easy of course, since they're only his friends but when it comes to something more, the complicated part comes in. He remained silent for the past minutes, trying to shut his mouth and focus on other things, thinking of his plan b. In which involves a lot more bird watching and studying, nerd stuff to be honest. Growing tired of scanning the dark room with his bold blue eyes, Yerik Rhys let out a heavy sigh. Truth to be told, he could have been a mix between Slytherin, Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. Through the years, he got tired of being apathetic, mean and selfish. Yerik Rhys wanted to be recognize not just another smart Ravenclaw but a friend who could be there, he was done with his years of being a wallflower and he wanted to prove that to the rest of the school. One question is, how? It wasn't easy but he's ready for the risk, and mostly especially to take control of his own life.

Still, he was getting annoyed by the rudeness of the girl. Have you heard of personal space? Yerik Rhys returned her question. How dare she tell him that when in the first place, he was the first one to enter the abandoned classroom, it made him have a good laugh for a bit. He showed it to her, chuckling at her words. It was obvious she isn't that bright to begin with, such a pity. "Now.. Now look who's being nosy." he responded sarcastically, shaking his head in disbelief. For started she sure is pathetic to argue with, he thought in his mind, but that matter was still not a hundred percent sure. As much as possible Yerik Rhys tried to push away his judgement and just focus on what's happening. To turn up the volume in the room, the prefect clapped his hands in amazement, still chuckling at the girl. Either she could hate him or well hate him a lot more? It sure is fun to watch a girl, being bitter about some lame personal space, about her own personal space. Blondes, always made him laugh at some point though. He couldn't help it, there was something about the scenario that wanted him to roll on the floor and laugh, but of course he isn't like that of a person. When he was done laughing and pointing out his case, Yerik Rhys decided to stay a few more minutes just to see her reaction. She wouldn't dare to cast a curse on him or something, or she could just burst out her rage to him. The Ravenclaw didn't want to expect at all, he just stood there with a slight smirk on his face.
