Although they had never directly spoken, Sofi knew of the Hufflepuff in the year below her on her list to deliver a rose to. She had been keeping an eye out for her all day in the common room, outside and around the castle. It was on her way into the Great Hall when she finally clocked her at the Hufflepuff table. "Eurydice Nightray!" Sofi called as she made her way over, a bright smile on her face. "I have a rose for you!"

@Eurydice Nightray

Eurydice had somehow found herself with so many roses, most of them made her happy and one particular rose stood out in the group. Her brother had also somehow made it his mission to stick close today, especially after… no, don’t think about it. A call of her name made her flinch, mostly because it sounded too close to how… no don’t think about her. Eurydice looked around and saw the older Hufflepuff and relax minutely, Jonah’s teammate if memory serves, yet she was worried about another rose delivery. “Oh, thank you,” she told the older Hufflepuff warily.

"You're welcome!" She said, handing over the pink rose, "It didn't come with a note but pink means it came from a secret admirer." Sofi wasn't sure that she needed to explain that to her, but she felt it needed something without a note. "Happy Valentine's Day!"

Eurydice looked at the pink rose warily but took it after another moment. She wasn't sure she entirely believed it was a secret admirer, especially since she'd gotten a red rose from Morrie of all people. She would like to think that the pink rose really was meant to be nice though. "Thank you," she told the older girl with a small unsure smile but could say more without being insincere. While the girl was nice, she looked a little too alike with Morrie for comfort.
