Elouise Possible was a person who liked to stay in the background and go through life with that simple ease. She had a few friends in her house, just really the roommates she has had over the years. A lot of friends leave not long after she befriends them, leading the girl to believe it to be her own fault. Though really she knows that isn't the case. The people she meets and befriends are usually not that different then her, quiet, she usually meets them when they are both alone which adds comfort to the conversation. However she never does much of the talking, the other person is usually so happy to have someone listening to them that thye talk up a storm till the time when one of them needs to leave.

Taking a path down the to Rosebush she was glad to see that she was alone, otherwise she would walk away and go wonder somewhere else. Leaning over to a bright red rose she breathed the scent in and smiled. The summer in New Zealand was typically hot and it was soon coming to an end, but she was glad to be back to the school. Not that she had very far to travel being from Aussieland right next door. A lot of other kids came from all around the world giving the school such a vibrant and unusual culture. It was such a culture shock when she first came to the school as a first year. Though over the six years she became used to the different people that came and went throughout the castle and enjoyed learning more about their cultures and customs. Straightening up, Elouise spotted a familar face in between the bushes, though she was unsure if she should call out to the boy.

<SIZE size="50">For the boy who had once had trouble speaking up when faced with people his own age a lot of things had changed, the least important of which being his physical appearance. Now quite tall, stand at just under 5ft 8, the Hufflepuff prefect was the kind of guy that stood out in a crowd. While most of the boy was still the same guy he'd been when he'd first arrived at the school, he was actually at this point pretty much ready to close the chapter on Hogwarts and move on with his entire life. He loved magic, he knew that it would come in handy a lot more than he would ever want to admit that it would he was also very aware that he was pretty much done with living in the magical world. It had never really been his dream, not really something he had ever wanted to do, and yet he'd done since it had at the time been the next option for him, now he was pretty much ready to pack up his belongings one last time, and move to a new and exciting place. Of course no one really knew of his plan. He hadn't told his teachers and he hadn't told any of his friends, the only person who had remotely known what he'd been considering was no longer at the school, and so he was left with no one to talk to about his plan. His mission of sorts. He spent almost all of his time during the first term writing. writing songs, with lyrics and melody and ones with either one or the other. He was trying to come up with a set. A list of songs he could play if he got the chance to. However, he often found it difficult to work in Hufflepuff dorm rooms.

It was why a few days after the return to term, Elijah found himself just sitting in the Rosebush area of the school without his guitar just staring up at the sky. Under his breath he was humming the melody to the song he'd spent most of december trying to work on and figure out. It was proving hard, he couldn't figure out where he was meant to go with it. And it was frustrating. He needed to be perfect, he knew that what he wanted to do with his life was a hugely competitive field, and even if he did manage to get signed he'd have to work twice as hard to keep himself known and so people would then like him. At times he hoped his Australian accent would help him in his plan, but he knew that was just wishful thinking on his part. As much as just making music would do him fine, he wanted people to hear it, he wanted to be the kind of person that people had heard of. Maybe never listened but at least somewhat known. he knew it was quite a lot to ask, but he'd be fine with it. Elijah looked up as he heard movement, and saw a familiar face. He smiled at her and waved her over. "Elouise!" Elijah had the same smile he always had on, his voice deeper than before, and the usual sparkle in his green eyes. "Come sit!"

Elouise was slightly suprised at herself being outside on a day that was slightly drowzy and enjoying nature when she should be studying in her room or the library. She was even more suprised that Elijah Tine was sitting nearby at the Rosebush. She waved back before moving over to where he was sitting. Carefully she placed herself on the ground next time smoothing out her skirt once she had. Elouise wasn't quite sure where she stood with the guy in front her, they were friends at one point but they never really seemed to meet up that much and talk so it seemed that they can barely pass as friends now.

Pushing her hair behind her ears she gazed over the grounds in front of them before turning towards Elijah. "So, um, how're you?" She asked her Austrialian accent matching his. Born and raised in a city on the ocean's edge, she was used to the climate of living on giant islands. Of course what made it nice was that the holidays here were warm and summery. During the so called summer break which was actually winter here they could travel up north, way north and east or west. The Australian outback was something she had in common with Elijah though she had really noticed before.
