It had taken the tour and some figuring out but the student lounge was their mid-point. His mid-point to where Hamish was. Sure the library was also an option but the library was stuffy and boring and this place, here they could actually talk about things and spend time together properly. So, this was where Seamus spent most of his time. He always came here after meals, he always spent right up to curfew here in the last few weeks since he'd known about it. Seamus was waiting for Hamish, knowing the other boy would arrive there soon and there was a lot that he wanted to discuss with him. So he was waiting, knowing Hamish would be there soon.

Hamish felt worn out. Between Quidditch practices and the constant stairs, combined with how little he slept, he felt drained. Still, nothing was going to stop him from seeing his brother. He trudged down the stairs, walking into the student lounge. He spotted Hamish easily. Smiling, he walked over and fell into the seat beside Seamus. He sighed, shutting his eyes and leaning his head back. "Hi," he greeted, biting back a yawn.

Seamus frowned immediately upon seeing his brother, "You seem tired," he told him bluntly, he could see him holding back a yawn, Seamus didn't want his brother to be that tired. That was just no good for him. It didn't matter that Seamus was tired too, he wasn't much of a sleeper anyway and though he was sleeping less, he wasn't doing as much as Hamish was. "If they're pushing you too hard in quidditch tell me I'll get it to stop," he said.

Hamish chuckled, shaking his head. "You look the same," he teased. He stretched a moment, relaxing into the couch. He shook his head again at Seamus' statement. "The captain wouldn't let the beaters aim for me during practice, it's fine," he told his twin. He looked over at his brother. "How are you?" He asked.

Seamus rolled his eyes at him, and then was a little reassured, the captain was smart, if only because he knew he'd probably not handle Hamish being hit with bludgers well. "Good," he said before shrugging, "Fine, slytherin's not that bad, lacks you, but it's not bad, the people are fine. It's impossible to sleep though," It wasn't really the fault of the house though. Seamus knew no matter the house he wouldn't have ever been able to sleep.

Hamish nodded. "Same. Ravenclaw is kinda okay. I haven't slept much," he sighed, kicking off his shoes. "Why don't we pull out some blankets and take a nap?" He asked, looking over at his brother. "I think we could both use the rest." He smiled, biting back another yawn.

Seamus gave a little shrug, he wasn't sure how settled he'd get in this room. People could come and go and only the presence of Hamish would be the soothing factor but even then, he knew it wasn't too different. He glanced around them then and since Hamish was yawning, found some blankets, throwing one at his brother and then sitting down next to him. "Nap," he said, he was going to wait to see how Hamish lay down before he did.

Hamish blinked as his brother walked around to gather some blankets. He held still a moment as Seamus came back, considering it before standing and moving to the back of the room. He slid a couch over, before taking a few blankets and building a little fort. He soon crawled inside, gathering a few pillows and laying them out. He slipped off his shoes, setting them by his head and taking off his glasses. He settled down, not pulling the blanket up yet as he looked to the entrance of his makeshift fort. "Do you need an invitation?" He asked, with a slight smirk.

Seamys hadn't been much of a home maker, so it was no surprise that after he had gotten a few blankets, that Hamish made it into something, a nice pillow fort. He nodded, he was just staring at it for a moment until he was invited in. He rolled his eyes and then went inside. "right, now we sleep," he said with a little gruff tone, but he was lying down and looking to make himself comfortable enough to sleep. He knew it wouldn't take too long.

Hamish smirked, not needing his glasses to toss a blanket over the two of them. He settled back down, sighing. He felt leagues better with Seamus there with him. He shut his eyes, relaxing on his stomach. He wrapped one arm around his pillow, the other hand reaching out a bit for Seamus. Hamish wasn't sure what he got a hold of- a bit of shirt or just some blanket. He fell asleep quickly, and by the time he opened his eyes again it was dark. He sat up, groaning and rubbing his eyes. "Seamus," he grumbled, falling back down and rolling closer to his brother. "Seamus, it's dark," he sighed, relaxing again.

Seamus frowned lightly as he was woken up from his nap, it was the soundest he'd slept since getting to the school and really the company of his brother had helped him a lot. The slytherin sat up and glanced a little out of their fort. "We should go back to the dorms..it's probably past curfew or at curfew," he knew he'd slept probably enough that disjointed sleep in the dorm would be enough to make sure he was well rest, but glancing back at Hamish he wasn't so sure he could say the same about his brother.

Hamish groaned, protesting at the thought of getting up. "Let's not," He grumbled, rolling to hide in the pillows and pulling the blanket tighter around him. "If we're caught we can say it was an accident, we passed out earlier and never woke up. Let's just stay here." He peeked at his brother a moment but gave up almost immediately. "Let's just go back to sleep," he yawned.

Seamus frowned a little, he would've always thought he'd be the one to suggest them breaking the rules but it seemed he wasn't. He lay back down and in moments just fell back asleep. Not caring if they did end up in trouble.
