The History of the Black family

The wind tore across the lawn of the dark manor, sweeping in the the cool autum air. The leaves around the house had began to change and fall and the grass began to die. The manor itself layed unchanged for the magic that surrounded its walls kept the house ageless and unchanged. Yet in its beauty there was still something that set it apart from the rest of the homes in the area. It may have been the occupants that reside in the house for there was a secret and a history that only few knew. A secret that layed in the power of numbers.

The Black family was an all american family that had lived in ipswich, massachutes around the tiem of the salem witch-hunt. Up until this time the Black Family was a completely muggle family but all that would change in time. During the witch hunt one of the Black men married a squib wife with out ever realizing it. This was the stone that disrupt the lake.

Jacob Black married Sarah Corey the daughter of an accused witch who lived in ipswich at the time. However the wedding had taken place before the arrest of Martha Corey who was married to a reknown blacksmith. After the wedding of jacob and Sarah they decided to move out west and try to start a new. The fresh start is what was need because a year later the Blacks gave birth to the first wizard in the family.

This is the history of the black family but not all of it . George Black the offspring of Jacob and Sarah would later come into hsi powers but not with out guidance from his mothers three sisters who every summer trained the boy on his visits home. He flourished under there tutlage and became powerful wizard indeed. HE used his magic to heal people by day and teach other magical childern at night.

Once he amassed enough money he would go onto buy a private property where he would start a coven and a safe harbor for all other magical people in his area. With the Witch hunt over then the wizarding communtiy could relax. For years the Black Covenant helped wizarding families in need of guidance a safe harbor and the legacy continued.

The leader of the Covenant had always been the son of the last leader and was handed down from father to son and sometime daughters. The Covenant still remains with the current leader James black. However when it is his time to step down then he must choose a son to lead.All want to lead but none wants to lead over another. So a leader must be choosen for Jameswill becoming into his retirement soon and the council needs a new leader and this is where are story begins...

Trials of the Choosen

Corvin was the first to arrive out of him and his brothers. He had recieved his letter and left as soon as he could. His father was going to retire soon and one of his sons would be choosen to help lead the Covenant. The Black Covenant was now a company in the muggle world that sold Medical supplies and equipment to hospitals for muggles. All profits from this company was then put into a banl account and used to provide for the small gate wizarding community in which the Black family was based. They community help provide for each other by providing a small private school and medical facilities for it people. They ahd gotten the okay form the Magical body that goverend the American Wizards and Witches and was watched carefully.

Corvin was raised in The Oaks, the gated community, and had loved being able to enjoy the privacy and freedoms that not all childern had. He attend school which taught both magical and muggle education. This was to better the Muggle and Wizard positive relationship and help foster tolerance for other non magical beings. Corvin had one day wanted to be just like his father and now was the chance.

Corvin walked over to where the trials took place. The trails was held in a wooded area with in the community and was observed by the council and judgee. The one who the council deemed fit would lead the council and intern run the business. Corvin had not truely want to run the business but he wanted to return to New zealand and continue his own work with the childern there. But he obeyed his father and the council orders and must try his best to succeed.

He now waited for the others to get here.

 

[William Black]

Second Youngest

William stepped on to the cold wet blacktop in front of his childhood home. He still remembered his rather exciting and fun childhood at the Oaks with his brothers. All of them got along and went on amazing adventure and got into some amazing troubles when they were young.

Corvin, the youngest of the four, was the kind hearted one. He always took a fascination in the world of people and had a huge heart. Everyday he would bring in a new pet which our fathered allowed. Corvin was also very protective and believed heavly in the rights of muggle and wizarding people alike. That is why caretaker for HNZ was the best job oppurtunity that he could ever recieved. Also he was just a big kid inside and would fit right in.

Next in line was William, the thinker. William viewed himself as the deep thingker and was often the master mind behind most of the adventures that they would get in two. William was smart and charming, but never fooled he could always tell when one of his brothers were lying and when they told the truth. He also found the power of the mind fascinating and wonderful. This is why william became an Oblivator. He was honest and never told lies because why lie when the truth taste so sweet.

Raziel was the fighterof the family. He worked out day in and day out and was often time the muscle of the boys. He was fast, strong ,and intemidating. He walked into a room and commanded respect. He was very competive, which was tiring since he turned everything in to a competition especially with Sebastin. Raziel was the one with the gift of sight. He was a Seer , which often result in him knowing the outcome of thing before they happened both a curse and a blessing. He was suited for anything so he never stayed in one position to long. But now he was in training to be an Auror which seemed to fit.

The last but not least was the fearless leader, Sebastin the oldest of the black sons. He was smart and was a natural with a wand. He was the mentor and teacher of the family who both held compassion but was firm. He was protective of the boys and always kept them from danger. He is now a Healer at st. mungos.

William smiled as he walked upto his home. He was sadden at the fact that like the rest he too recieved a letter. He did not really want to lead the council and run the business. He wanted to return to New zealand and continue with his work. Yet he knew he could not since there was no argueing with his family. The descision was made and he would have to listen to his father and the council.

William walked back to where the trials where held and found that he was not the first and that it was Corvin who arrived before him. William nodded to his younger brother and went and stood beside him siliently waiting for the rest.

 

[Raziel Black]

Second Oldest

Raziel slammed down on the spot outside of the family community. He was a rather busy man these days with aurortest and charm devolopment, Yet he still had to attend the trials. His father was a rather stern man and Raziel refused to get on his bad side. Raziel pun and headed up the path and saw that the younger boys where here already and that Sebastien was late as always.

The night was wet, cold and foggy but the elements did not face him much. The surrounding area was well wooded and away from the other familys that stayed at the oaks. There was no sign of the council but that was notout of the ordinary since they were not ment to be seen. The only person who saw the council was the leader and that was it.

The trials would consist of a test of skill, cunning and smarts. The boys would have to go throuhg the test and the one who score the best was the leader. Raziel had decided that he did not want to become the leader, and so he would at least give an effort but he would in the end loose. He ahd to much going on for him at home that he did not want to give upl.

Sebastien was in a rush at the hospital and had to leav so he left everything in the cabable hands o f the the staff. He then turned on the spot and headed toward the oaks. As he touched down he knew he was the last one to show up but he could not wory to much about it the family would wait for him for as long as he needed.Since he got is job at the hopistal he had been quite busy with his life. as a healer.

He was still trying to find the elf that had terrorized his hospital twice now since he had been working. but he kept coming up empty handed every time. Now he wass in a sprint upthe trails toward the trials. WHen he arrived he saw that his brother wer waiting and he rushed over and awaited the test.

As all four stood there waiting for a sin to start, a dark black owl flutter by and dropped a letter in front of the noys. William reached down and looked at the others as they came closer and opened the letter.

Boys I have called you here today because I wanted to tell you all that I am not retiring. You all have amazing life in New zealand and there is no point in making you miserable by bring you home. I do wish to ask you however one favor.

A child was left in our care and will be staying with us until he graduates. He saty in new zealand with a friend who no longer can provide for the boy. I want you all to take care of him and bring him up right. His name is Makato Scry, We have adopted him into the family and he will be stay at the Black manison in New zealand. Sebastien and Raziel you will retrieve him and his belonging and he will be returning to school in the Fall.
