As Galileo laid in his bed he stared at the ceiling, thinking of his last encounter with Zazuka. He was still unsure how the thought had entered his head but when it did, it wouldn't leave. He ran through the conversation over and over again but still unsure as to why. After managing to convince himself that he was okay with what he had done, he'd drifted to sleep.

Almost immediately, he found himself in what he assumed to be the owlery. He scratched his head and looked around. It had taken a few seconds to realize that he was only dreaming but, for some reason, this felt different. "Why would I dream about being in the owlery? I've never even been here." he thought to himself. Another thing he found strange was that nothing seemed to be happening. He walked over to the door but wasn't able to open it. He pinched himself hoping he would wake up but that didn't work either. He was stuck. He walked over to a window, opened it, and peered out. Everything looked normal. He climbed over and straddled the window frame, letting one leg hang out and keeping his other leg in. He leaned his back against the side of the frame, "I guess I'm supposed to wait for something to happen." he sighed. As he sat there a familiar thought found it way back into his mind.

It wasn't odd for Zazuka to dream of home. When she did have normal dreams. Most of the time they where her dreams where really visions of what was to come. Those never left her feeling like she had gone to be at all. She hoped that this would be a reguler dream and not a prophetic one. The fact that she was flowting along on a cloud told her that she was very likely to see something about someone that she shouldn't know. For this she hoped that it would be good. She layed on her stomach, letting the cloud take her where it wanted to. Funny enough it took over to the Owlery. This was odd seeing as her dreams normally circuled around the North Tower instead of the Owley itself. She saw that there was someone half way out of the window which made Zazuka giggle softly.

"Don't know what your trying to do but it's much safer inside than out." She said her voice flowting as if Zazuka where little more than air. Then agian her entire peresence in dreams could be discribed that way as of late. Before Zazuka's dream self had been covered from head to toe in still open wounds now she looked like a figure out of a greek myth with only a scar on her right arm that looked as if a whip had wrapped around it and of course her ever present cross shaped burn on her back. She didn't know why she was seeing Galileo in her dreams but again she hoped it was because he had been the last thing he had been thinking about when she first went to sleep.

Galileo continued to sit and wait, deep in thought. He was puzzled. He never had a dream like this one before and didn't know what he should do. Suddenly, he heard a familiar voice. He looked up and saw Zazuka on a cloud. Surprised by what he saw, he almost forgot to reply. "Well if this is a dream, like I think it is, then I have nothing to worry about do I?" he said to her smiling. "So this is what I was supposed to wait for." he thought to himself. He could feel himself smiling in his sleep which amused him very much.

"Umm...you wanna come in?" he asked pulling his leg back in and standing inside the owlery to make room for her to fit through the window. Now that he was standing, he fixed his eyes on her and noticed something different. Rather than ask right away, he decided to wait. "I'd let you use the door but I was having some problems with it earlier." he added with a nervous chuckle.

Zazuka didn’t have to be asked twice. She turned on her cloud again and slipped into the tower through the glassless window. While she slipped in she looked down and saw a figure in black. She knew who it was but she wasn’t going to say anything about it except “The Queen of Wands is dressing in black.” Zazuka landed gently on the stone floor as she took a hold of Galileo’s arm. “So you know this is a dream.” She said with a bright smile. “That’s rare to find here.” She said again then slipped her arms around him in a warm hug.

Even though she was in the dreaming and could do litterly whatever she wanted Zazuka always felt lonely especially when she was having prophetic dreams. She didn’t know if that was what this was but she was happy that she wasn’t the only one here that knew that it was all in their heads. Zazuka backed away from Galileo and looked him over. “What called you here?” She asked as she tilted her head. Not even Andy who was connected to her in some strange way had ever shared a dream with her.

Galileo watched as Zazuka gracefully made her way through the window. He heard her say something before she was completely inside the room. "The Queen of Wands?" he thought to himself. Before he was able to ask anything, he felt her take his arm and began to focus his attention on her. "Well I wasn't completely sure at first but riding clouds isn't something people normally do so it must be." he replied as he wrapped his arms around her. Although he was very excited to see Zazuka again, he had to wonder if he was sharing this dream with her or if this was his own.

"I'm not sure what called me here." he answered as he really began to wonder what the reason was for having this dream. "What about you? What called you here?" he asked hoping her answer would help him better understand his own reason. "Why do I get the impression that you have more experience with things like this?" he added as more questions began to flood his mind. It seemed as though it would be impossible for Galileo to keep them all to himself. "Are we-" he stopped in the middle of his question. He took a deep breath before he decided to continue. "I'm sorry. I'm asking so many questions." he said, blushing a little from embarrassment. He did tend to ramble when he was excited about something and, to his surprise, dreams were no exception. "One last question. Are we sharing this dream or is it my own?" he asked hoping she would be able to answer all of his questions.

Zazuka placed the tipes of her fingers on her lips to laugh a little. "The cloud takes me where ever it wished to take me, more accuratly it takes me where ever it thinks that I should be. Your right though riding clouds is something that is only done on a broom." She said with a soft sigh. She started to wonder if she was really sharing a dream with someone or if it was just her lonley mind making a companion of the boy that had somehow made her weak in the knees. She listened to him and had to laugh again. She didn't know what it was but she found it so cute when a boy was confused.

Zazuka let Galileo finish then looked up thinking. "In order, I don't know what made the cloud bring me here though it clearly thought that there was something here that I'm meant to see. I very happy that it thought I was meant to see you." She said her smile sort of coy now. "I dream like this a lot of the time. The symbols and shapes here are more defined and there are times when I can tell what I am meant to See so I can take the message into the waking world. There are times that things get really scary in this place but most of the time I just ride the cloud over signs." She said shrugging. "I sure hope so." Zazuka said now looking down with her hands behind her back. "I would hate to call this just a wonderful delusion."

Galileo listened carefully as Zazuka answered his questions. He became more calm as she cleared things up. He smiled at her as she finished speaking. There was a part of him that wanted to continue asking more questions but he resisted the urge. As he thought about what he should say next something occurred to him which made him chuckle a bit. He wanted to believe that the girl standing in front of him was really Zazuka but there really was no way of finding out for sure. He decided to just go with it and see where this dream was going to take him.

"Well, I guess I should be flattered that you're dreaming of me." he said, laughing a bit. "It's not often that I can prove that I'm the man of a girls dreams." he added, laughing at his joke. The uncertainty of whether this was really Zazuka or not gave Galileo more confidence. Even though confidence wasn't a trait he lacked in real life, being in a dream allowed him to be a little more reckless with it. He wondered what they were supposed to do next, although being confined to the owlery with Zazuka didn't seem like a bad idea at this point.

Zazuka could almost see the wheels in his head working again and bit her lip. She was so used to knowing exactly what went on in this world that it was bit uncentering to have to wonder anything. This more than any told Zazuka that she was dreaming with someone this time. She was the next words that came out of Galileo's mouth made her think twice about telling him that they where dreaming together. Instead she closed the small gap that she had put between them while putting her arms around her neck.

"Well now why would you need to prove that?" Zazuka asked with an innocently impish smile on her face. "I'm sure that there are many girls that would dream of you." She said then giggled softly. She wouldn't tell him that she was dreaming along side him just yet. She wanted to know where this would take them both and if she was right in thinking that her weak knees where a sign that she had found someone that was for her and only her.

Galileo blushed a little as he chuckled. He could feel his heart begin to race with excitement. "Other girls can dream of me all they want. As long as you are dreaming of me, that's all that matters." he said as he winked at Zazuka. At that same moment, Galileo could not help but be surprised at himself. He wasn't normally like this and had no idea he could be. It was almost as though, for this short period of time, he became a different person.

In his excitement, he hadn't realized how close they were to each other. He looked into her eyes and smiled. After some debate with himself, he began to lean in. His heart began beating faster as his lips moved closer to hers. Only inches separated them and before he could kiss her, an owl swooped in through the open window. "Whoa!" he said, pulling his himself back to see what had startled him. "Wow! This dream just keeps getting more and more unpredictable!" he said with a chuckle.

Zazuka could feel Galileo’s heart beating along side her’s. She laughed as he laughed knowing that they were both feeling the same thing. It was conforting knowing that while in the dreaming she could tell a lot more things than in the real world. She still couldn’t make heads or tails of what he was thinking but again that was part of the fun. Zazuka too would not normally be this bold unless she knew that the boy was intrested in her and even then she was more careful than this. Something about knowing that she was sharing a dream with someone made her want to be closer to him.

“I’m glad.” Was all she said as they grew closer still. For a moment Zazuka thought that she was going to get her first dream kiss when an owl came fluttering in. She squeeked and sperated from Galileo. She looked at the black bird with a kind smile. Athina had been fully colored in life but when she came to her in dreams she was fully black. It saddened Zazuka a little bit but she knew that this was the color that she had chosen to take. “What news to do have for me oh wise one.” She said as she took the black owl in her hands by the wings and set it on her lap as she sat on the window still.

Zazuka turned back to Galileo and gestured him to come to her if he wanted to. “This is Athina. She’s been dead for about a while now but she come to me from time to time.” She said as she petted the dead animal. In her hand rested a peace of parchement now. She opened it and sighed. The dark mark was drawn on it. “I hate it when news like this comes to me.” She said then let the paper flutter out the window.

Regaining his composure, Galileo was surprised to see that Zazuka seemed to know the owl. He watched as she took the black owl, sat on the window sill, and set it on her lap. Although Galileo did had never seen the bird before he couldn't help but be annoyed by it for ruining his moment. There was a part of him that wished Zazuka would send it on it's way so they could finish what they started but could tell the owl was important to her.

He decided to move closer to her and the owl when Zazuka gestured him to. He listened as she explained how she knew the owl. Galileo found it a bit unsettling to be looking at a dead animal, even if it was in a dream.

"What does it mean?" he asked regarding the piece of parchment she let fly out the window. It was at this moment that Galileo wondered what it was like to see things through Zazuka's eyes. It was interesting to him that everything she saw seemed to reveal something to her. He put the thought behind him before he got lost in it and waited for her to answer his question.

Zazuka kissed the bird's head and sent on it's way. "Thank you." She said as if flew off. She looked at Galileo and smiled wide. "Dead animals need love too." She said jokingly. "In life Athena knew that her life was coming to it's end so she flew off leaving her owner he wouldn't see her final days. When that last day came she was still flying, She dropped from the sky in grace and honer." She said hoping to ease his discomfort with the bird. "Here in the dreaming she's a messenger again but for those that know how to listen to her." She finished then got up.

Galileo's curiosity was refreshing to Zazuka though she didn't know what to tell him. She decided on some the truth encrypted. "Someone close to the hearts of many will find the darkness. Though the person has lived in it before they now spread there arms wide for it taking in, around and back out into the flow of the universe. The change with surprise many making them take notice." She finished then placed a hand on the base of Galileo's neck.

"Don't think on it." Zazuka said hoping that they could regain what they had been working on before as she pulled herself up as far as she could to his height.

Galileo observed Zazuka's interaction with the owl which made him smile. He continued to watch as she thanked it and sent it on its way. It was still a bit strange for him to think that the animal was dead and nevertheless, laughed at Zazuka's joke. He continued to listen to her as she described how the owl was when it was alive. After she had finished, he realized that he'd gotten over his discomfort, mostly because the animal was gone. As Zazuka explained what role the bird played in her dreams, Galileo listened very carefully making sure he understood everything she was saying. This was one of the things about her that he was most interested in.

As she began answering Galileo's question, he continued to listen carefully. He was somewhat surprised that he understood what she was saying and was able to make the connection between what was on the paper and what it meant. A part of him could not help but be a little disappointed. He had half expected her not to bother explaining anything to him because it would be too complicated. However, he didn't show his disappointment at all for fear of looking as though he didn't care. It seemed to be an important event to Zazuka and appearing as though he wasn't interested in it was the last thing he wanted.

Galileo peered around her and out the window, wondering if he would be able to see the owl one last time but was caught by surprise when he felt Zazuka's hand on him as soon as she had finished speaking. He looked away from the window, to her face, and his eyes immediately caught hers. Knowing what might happen next, his heart began beating rapidly. Taking Zazuka's advice, he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her body in as close to his as possible. "Don't think." he thought, before leaning in and touching his lips to hers.

As she had talked Zazuka had noticed that Galileo had taken everything in and actually understood. Zazuka could have cried with happiness. There where few that understood her and even fewer who where willing to listen to her in order to understand. The feeling of total and complete happiness only got stronger when Galileo took her advice let everything go. He leaned in and kissed her as she thought all girls where deserved to be kissed by one that their hearts went out to. Zazuka returned Galileo's kiss while wrapping her arms around his neck.

The whip scar that wrapped around right arm seemed to glow and unravel from her skin. With a flash of light Zazuka woke several thousand miles away from Hogwarts. It took Zazuka a bit to remember where she was as it usually did but this time she remembered every detail of what had been going on while she was asleep. This was rare for her seeing as her dreams where usually not something that she remembered.

She walked herself over to the bathroom in her tent and patted water on her neck because she was feeling quite warm after her dream. She remembered the feelings that had been going through her while she had been in the dreaming on oh how she wanted them back. She liked Galileo a lot and was getting to know him quite well she believed. Given there was a lot about him she didn't know but it would be all the more fun to find out.

As the water dripped down in the opening of Zazuka's night gown she heard more water outside her tent, it was raining. Zazuka quickly dropped her rag and started ran out her tent as if she had somewhere to be. There was an energy coursing through her body that she couldn't explain but she knew it had something to do with the one that she hoped to soon call her boyfriend Galileo.

Galileo felt Zazuka's arms around his neck as he kissed her passionately. As he continued to kiss her, time seemed to slow down and Galileo had hoped that the moment would continue forever. He stopped kissing her and before he could open his eyes, she was gone. He was shocked at what had happened before he remembered he was only dreaming. Only a couple of seconds had passed before he too had woken up.

When he opened his eyes he was filled with disappointment. A part of him wanted to try to go back to sleep in hopes of continuing his dream but he knew it would be pointless. Not sure what else to do, he continued to lay in bed and stare at the ceiling. As he stared into nothing, deep in thought, a question popped into his head. "Had they actually shared that dream?" he thought. The thought of it being true frightened him a bit. Everything that happened in his dream was what he wanted but a part of him couldn't help but feel like maybe he was moving too quickly with her. Before he could finish his thoughts, he was interrupted by his stomach. He checked the time, got dressed, and headed for the Great Hall for some breakfast. Zazuka was on his mind for the rest of the day.

Zazuka was dreaming of the tower again. Somehow it seemed like the dream she had before with Galileo. She hoped so but then agian one could never tell when it came to dreams. She was again humming with her legs tucked under her on the stone floor. She would never do this in real life seeing as the Owlery held some of the dirtyest floors in Hogwarts but in the dreams they where sparkaling clean. She was also playing with a crystal butterfly that she had brought with her. It looked to be compleatly inanimate but every so often it's wings sending flashes of colored light all over.

Zazuka had fallen asleep after day of studying hard for her finals which had the added bonus of being almost all in French. The girls that didn't like her much must had complained that the Hogwarts studetns would get an unfair advantage if they got the test in English. How fair it was going to be now was something that she really didn't want to think about. She wondered a bit on why they where meeting in dreams inside a tower because usually when she dreamed of a tower it meant that something bad was going to happen. Something that was going to change for the worse. Again she didn't want to think about that.

What Zazuka did think about what the time she spent with Galileo in the waking world. Galileo had been so kind to her and Zazuka felt that at the paice that they where going no one would be able to say that Zazuka had moved on too soon. She had started developing feelings for him almost right after braking up offically with Brian but she thought that social traditions dictated there had to be a cool off time before she developed feelings for someone else. Then agian Zazuka had rarely done anything normally. Her thoughts took her way as she let the light hit her crystal butterfly.
