Sapphire was working hard but not on homework. She was working on the wordless narrative that she was going to send to Morgan. Every drawing had to be exactly as she remembered it. From the time she and her siblings had played together only to have Zeal ruin everything by crushing Ruby's fingers with the piano cover to the near homicidal break down that Jasper had not too long before William took him from the Manor to her own torture at the hands of Dympna before sending her out into the world. Sapphire's pencils where scattered all over a blanket she had set out in the sunlight so that the sun could touch her freckled cheeks.
The memories that she was reliving but the more she drew the freer she felt. She couldn't say or write a thing but her hands would tell her story. A new bravery was rising in the teenaged Hufflepuff that was more than she had every expected in herself. Sapphire put down her pens for a bit then layed back on the blanket to look at the sky. Life was wonderful when one didn't feel like they should be dead. Life was wonderful when one had something to look forward to. Sapphire felt like she could fly without a broom if she wanted to. All because she had been cast out. Being unwanted had never felt this this good.
