Taking a Dare

[Wendy Chaos]

Wendy had been walking all around Obsidian Harbor and Brightstone Village and she'd been eying Bleak Street for a while now. She had to admit she was scared but she mustered up her courage and decided to take a visit. She walked slowly, hoping not to run into anyone she didn't know, or worse, anything. It was a lot darker than she had anticipated but she didn't want to show any fear.

James was wandering around bleak street when he seen Wendy that he had only talked to once. He walked over to her and said. " Hey, what are you doing down here."

Wendy jumped at the sound of someone else. She turned around and saw James, a boy she only talked to once. "Oh!" she said quietly, glad it was someone she knew and not a scary stranger. She shrugged when he asked what she was doing down here and just said, "I felt like testing my courage," while sticking out her tongue.

Shaylah always loved Bleak Street. She was the kind of person who liked to hide and in light places that was hard to do. She turned corner and saw two people slightly older than her. She carried on walking knowing she could hide in the shadows again once she was past them.
