WHAT'S IN A NAME Tabitha was named after her mother's childhood best friend. The two have since had a falling out causing Tabitha to have never met, or even heard about her namesake.

HAIR Tabitha has very short brown hair. On its own it is wavy, but if she brushes it while its wet it dries straight. Tabitha usually wears her hair with a few clips in it to keep it out of her eyes. Shes always wondered what it would look like longer, but doesn't have the patience to take care of it.

BIOLOGICAL MOTHER
Olivier Katherine Theirin(Kendrick)/Muggle/2004- - Olivier works as a waitress at a cafe near the apartment she lives in with her daughter. Olivier had Tabitha at 20 years old shortly after her wedding to Tabitha's father, Kit. Olivier's parents resented the fact that she chose to run off with a boy she had only known for a few months, and kept his child. They cut her off for a while, but accepted her back into the family after Kit's death. He died before he could tell her he was a wizard. Olivier did her best to raise her daughter properly with as much help as she could get from her mother, and father. They don't have the most money which she knows bothers Tabitha, but she knows spending time together is more important. She already lost her husband, and she wants to spend as much time as she can with her daughter. When she found out about Tabitha being a witch she was shocked, and scared. After working so hard to keep her family together her daughter was being taken away from her at age 11. She still hasn't come to terms with it.
BIOLOGICAL FATHER
Kit Benjamin Theirin/Half-Blood/2000-2025 - Kit was a half blooded wizard who was sorted into Gryffindor at his time at Hogwarts. After he graduated Kit decided to travel, and a few years later ended up in Australia where he met Olivier Kendrick. She was 16 at the time, and somehow always made it to the shows he would play at the local coffee shop. Eventually the two started talking, and started dating. They had to keep it a secret because she was only 16 at the time. They dated for four years, and at 20 Olivier told Kit she was pregnant. Wanting to do better for his child then a crumby little apartment in Australia Kit went back to the wizarding world, and started training to be an Auror. Kit and Olivier got married quickly, which her parents didn't approve of. They felt their daughter could do better for herself. In 2025 Kit was assisting with the apprehension of a dark arts user. In a last ditch attempt the wizard took an idea from Sirius Black, and blew up the entire street including himself. Kit did not survive the explosion. The muggles, including Olivier was told that a car had exploded.
SIBLINGS Tabitha does not have any siblings. Although Olivier has gone on a few dates here and there, she never found the same love she had with Kit.
PETS
Tabitha always wanted a pet growing up, but they weren't allowed in her apartment building. Finally Tabitha convinced her mother to let her get a pet right before going to Hogwarts. Tabitha had wanted an owl, but her mom convinced her a rat would be easier to hide. Tabitha named her new rat Henry, and quickly grew to love him.
BIRTHPLACE Tabitha was born in Sydney Australia. She had lived their in the same apartment since her birth. The first time she had left the city was to go to Hogwarts New Zealand.

He had not yet told Olivier that he was a wizard, and instead told her he got an office job. The small family managed to get a two bedroom apartment in a less then ideal location in Sydney Australia. Despite the stress that a new baby put on their marriage the two were still happy, and in love. On February 24th, 2025 Kit was helping chase down an evil wizard. They had him cornered, but deciding to pull a Sirius Black the wizard blew up the entire alley they were in. There were no survivors. The muggles of the area was told a car had caught on fire, and exploded. Olivier never found out her husband was a wizard.
Olivier raised Tabitha the best she could as a young single mother. Thank-fully her parents let her back into their lives after her husband died, and helped her as much as she would let them. Tabitha grew up going to muggle school, making muggle friends, reading muggle books, and watching muggle tv. Sometimes unexplained things happened when she got overly emotional, but she had a very normal upbringing. One summer a strange person appeared in front of her house. This person it turns out was a teacher from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry: New Zealand Branch. At first Tabitha was sure this was all some big joke her friends were pulling on her, but then the professor turned one of their mugs into a rat, and back again. Tabitha was ecstatic. Growing up she had read Matilda over and over again, and wished for powers just like hers. Olivier was hesitant though. She was just finding out that magic actually existed, there was a secret world full of it, and she was expected to just send her daughter off to it without her. After a very long discussion with the professor, she relented. Tabitha has just begun her first year at Hogwarts, and has been sorted into Gryffindor house.
