Jacob woke up this morning with a great feeling. He put on his bath robe and went downstairs to see his mum and the rest of his family in the kitchen. Jacob saw that his mom was cooking a great breakfast which added to his amazing feeling. " Good morning everyone!" He said as he sat at the table. " Today feels like a really amazing day!" He stretched out his arms and legs. " How are we all doing?" He asked looking around the table, he could see that his brother and sister weren't there. That was odd, they were usually there for breakfast. Jacob glanced at the clock and it said nine o'clock. " Where are Melody and Robert?" He asked his mum.

Daniela smiled as she saw her son walk down the stairs. She quickly got out a plate ready to put the food onto once it was done. Daniela and Robert sort of planned something today for Jacob. " Good morning love!" The blonde said to her son. " It is a great day indeed!" She nodded while turning over the eggs, quickly glancing at her husband. " I'm doing great, such a nice day outside." She looked out her window and saw her other children relaxing in the backyard. " Oh, they're out back sweets." She said handing the plate out to her son who quickly got it.

Robert had planned something amazing for his oldest son today. Robert called his old friend Seamus to see how he was doing, and eventually got on the topic of one of his daughters. This daughter was close to age of Jacob, but had recently gone through a rough patch in her life. But today she was going around town to a book store to do some shopping. Robert took it upon himself.. er well Seamus too, to make Jacob go. The families used to get together alot when they were younger. But since everything became hectic on both sides when the children went to school; they didn't have much time to do that. " Son, today your going to meet an amazing girl." He laughed as he sipped his coffee. " She's going to be around town." He nodded.

" Dad, do I know this girl?" Jacob asked as he took a bite of his toast. " It's going to be so weird if we just randomly see eachother, but either way I'm extremely confused." He said shaking his head as he sipped his orange juice.

Robert laughed again. " Of course you know her son." Robert looked at his wife. " If you remember the Finnigans, then you sure know this girl." He said sipping his coffee. " If I remember correctly... and with the help of your mother.. you were interested in this girl." He winked at him. " Don't worry, she's going to be around the book area and coffee shop, you'll know her when you see her." He laughed. " Caysi, remember?" He winked and walked out through the backyard, followed by his wife. Now they could come up with posibilities of how it went, and all of tha jazz.

Jacob nearly spit out his food when he heard Finnigan. He remembered them so directly. He shook his head, this has to be unreal. He was going to meet Caysi Finnigan again. Of course he wanted too, hopefully she would still be the same, and his feelings for her would still be the same. Jacob nodded at this dad. " Alright, I'll leave in a bit to see her." He nodded. " Thanks dad." He said before his dad went outside with his mother. Jacob sighed, put his plate away and went upstairs. Today was going to be a good day.

Caysi never liked waking up in the morning, one of her most hated things. She dragged herself out of bed, back in her old house with her father. Once her and Jason were on a rough patch she moved back there. Caysi didn't think that Jason and her would get back together and be like they used to be, mostly because of everything that led up to this point, the cheating and the lying that went through. Caysi and Jason were both tired of it, or so she thought that they were. She shrugged, she didn't know what was going to happen. Caysi threw on a sweater and made her way downstairs to see what her father was up to. " Hey dad." She said while coming down the stairs, he was just relaxing in the kitchen with a cup of coffee.

Seamus was sitting down while he saw his daughter come down the stairs. " Hey sweetie." He said handing her a cup of coffee. " It's a great day outside." He nodded. He couldn't believe that his old friend had called him up with a plan on how their children could meet yet again. Seamus thought that it was a seemingly good plan, but Caysi wouldn't know at all. " I'm glad that your going out today." He nodded looking at his daughter. Seamus did like Jason, but a lot had happen, maybe she should experiment with a few things here an there, who knows what would work with his daughter.

Caysi took the coffee cup and smiled. " Yeah, I'm pretty excited about going out, new books and coffee, well more coffee." Caysi laughed at her dad. " I'm happy to be back in Ireland, maybe I'll get my own place around here soon." She said nudging her dad. She was joking but maybe she did need her own space, but she was already gone for so long that it didn't matter anyways. Caysi finished her coffee and looked at her dad. " I'm going to get ready dad." She nodded looking at him.

Jacob went upstairs to the bathroom to quickly take a shower. Once done, he made his way to his room going into the closet to find something to wear. He pulled out everything that he had that would look good. In the end he finally decided to wear his t-shirt, jacket and jeans . He put on some black and white sneakers to match. Jacob decided that he wanted to spike up his look. Once he was finished, he went down the stairs to see his family. " What do you think?" He asked all four of them.

Melody smiled. " Well well, this actually looks good." The black haired girl said while she stood up. Melody made her way to her brother. " Good job Tom, tell her I say hey." She said with a pat and wink to her brother.

Colin laughed at his sister. " Looks good bro, have a good time." He nodded before turning his attention to his book. " I say hey too by the way." He smiled.

" You look good sweetie!" Daniel smiled over at her son. He was all grown up. " My gosh, you look so handsome in that jacket, right choice for Melody to buy it for you." She nodded. " Have fun." She patted her son before she made her way to the garden.

" Son, you look great." Robert nodded. " Just remember to be yourself and be funny." He laughed, but could see the tense look at his sons face. " Alright, go get her!" He said pushing his son out the door.

Jacob laughed at his dad as he got him through the door. Jacob silently and quickly apparated out from his house to the quiant downtown Dublin area. Jacob made his way to the only bookstore in site, what was mostly there was pubs, so this is where Caysi would be at.

Caysi smiled as she walked up the stairs. Today would be a great day filled with books and coffee, she was so excited thinking about it. Caysi hopped into the showering, humming away. As soon as she got out she put her radio on to dance out to the music. Caysi put on her skinny jeans, jacket and white heels. She was finally excited to wear her heels again. Caysi grabbed her brown bag from her chair as she left her room, finished from doing her make-up. Caysi made her way downstairs hearing her heels clacking against the wooden stair. She couldn't see her father in sight, maybe he went to work. Caysi shrugged and got in her car. She put the key in the engine and made her way downtown. She parked near a pub that was familiar to her family. Grabbing her purse from the passenger seat, she made her way to the book shop. Caysi appeared to be running, but she was extremely excited to see the new books.

Jacob's mind was blown when he walked in and the bookstore was actually bigger than it seemed on the outside. He scratched his head and looked around. She could probably be anywhere in this place. Jacob looked around, but a thought came to his head, most girls like to look at romance. Jacob stoped and nodded, that seemed correct enough to him. The dark haired boy made his way to the romance section. There weren't too many people at the store to begin with so he'd have a pretty good chance of finding Caysi. Jacob took a look at some books near the window even though he had no interest in finding a book.

Caysi smiled as she entered the book shop. She loved the smell of new books and paper. The blonde looked at the different sections, there were many to choose from, but she didn't know which one to go into first. She glanced around to help her decision; but in the end she decided that she would go to the romance section first and make her way around. " A guy in the romance section?" She asked herself, that was quite odd, but still it could happen. Caysi shook her head and continued to look at the books.

Jacob took a look at some of the books, they were all based on some hero going after a princess; or some betrayal. He shook his head and got ahold of another book. This one seemed interesting, it was about fantasy, tragic hero finding love with many women, but can't find the one. Jacob laughed, he was turning into a woman, but none the less he would take that book and he would most definetley read it. Jacob kept on looking at the section to see if Caysi would come soon. With his luck he saw a blonde wondering around, " Finally.." He smiled to himself. Now the only hard part was to get her to notice him. Jacob looked around, and finally got it. He walked along, and got to Caysi, and fell on the ground but he made it look like a trip. " OOFF!" He said as he fell to the ground. It was a bit cheesy, but it would work.

Caysi searched around for books while glancing around at the guy that was near her. He was pretty cute, she'd have to admit. Caysi found a few books that seemed to be her taste and put them under her arm. She sighed as she walked back and forth but un able to find really anything. She turned around when she saw the guy trip and fall flat on his face. " Are you ok?" She asked as she bent down to help him sit up. " I'm terribly sorry." She said helping him keep balance. " Woah, I'm going to have to admit he's really hot." She said to herself.

Jacob smiled, he knew that his plan had worked. Jacob took the help that Caysi gave him. " No no, it was my fault.." He said rubbing his head. " I tripped over my own clumsy feet." He said looking at her. Jacob had to look away from her piercing green eyes. " Never seen eyes like that before.. well I have actually." He laughed and rubbed his eyes. " I'm Jacob Thomas, and your Caysi Finnigan, or so I hope.." He said getting up. " Cause if your not, then I just made a fool out of myself for nothing." He laughed. " But I'm pretty sure that you are, still looking gorgeous as always, you haven't changed much." Jacob said as he looked at her. " Romance section of course, you always loved romantic books." He said scratching his brown hair. " Do you remember me?" He asked giving her a crooked smile.

Caysi was shocked. " I.." She scratched her head as she got up back onto her feet. She blushed when he talked about her eyes, " I remember you..." She said looking at him. How could she forget him? They only grew up together, and got to know each other before he went off to Durmstrang two years before her. " No, you got it right, I am Caysi Finnigan." She smiled and nodded. " Of course I remember you Jakey." She winked at his nick name, she gave that to him when they were four years old. " I haven't changed too much." She said looking around. " What brings you here?" The blonde asked him. " Yeah, romance novels we're always the best, of course you'd know." Her hand pointed to the book in his arm, which brought a smile and laugh to her face.

Jacob smiled. " Good, I'm glad that you do, only spent all of our lives growing up together." Jacob bent down to pick up his book. " I knew it was you, the blonde hair, green eyes, high fashion.. yup Caysi Finnigan." His brown eye winked. " Well, I was here to pick up a book, you know romance can be good for the soul sometimes." He said looking down at her. " I never really had a nickname for you, did I?" He asked looking at her. " How about this, we find a few more of these books, then we go out to coffee?" Jake asked as he brushed his hair back.

Caysi nodded. " Fifteen years together, quite a long time." She laughed. " How many times did we see eachother through the years? Once or twice after I started school right?" She asked Jake. Caysi have a side smile, " You can always tell that it's me." She laughed. " Never had one.. all these years and no nickname.." She shrugged her shoulders. " Pretty sad.." The blonde said jokingly. " Alright, but I'm done here, unless you want to find a book about princess' and paupers." Caysi asked Jake slyly.

Jacob looked at her. " Yeah, that would be about right." He nodded. " I'm just going to have to come up with one won't I?" Jacob asked her with a sly smile. " I think that I'm done here.." He said following her as she led them to the front of the store to pay for the books. Once done he held the door open for her as they walked out onto the street. " I think that's a good place." Jacob said pointing to a shoppe close to them. Upon arrival he held the door open for Caysi to go through.

Caysi laughed while she walked to the cashier. " Thank you." She said as they walked into the shoppe. " I know this place, well mostly all around here..." She said smiling looking around. " Let's sit here." The blonde made her way to the last spot, in a booth near the window. Caysi plonked herself onto the seat. " So tell me, what really brought you here today.." She said giving him a laughable stern look.

Jacob followed Caysi to where she wanted to sit. It was nice, and peaceful so he didn't have anything against it. He sat down across from Caysi. Should he really tell her why he came today? Of course he would have to tell the truth with her, he couldn't lie. " Well.. my dad talked to your dad last night, your dad said that you would be in town today, and my dad said that it would be cool to go surprise you." Jacob gave Caysi a smile. " See, I'm hoping that your liking my surprise." Jacob laughed at Caysi. " So Finnigan, what shall I get you to drink?" Jacob asked her as he got up from his seat.

Caysi smiled when Jacob started talking. She knew that there was another reason why Jacob had come to the bookstore today. " Of course my dad was in this." She laughed. " No I really like your surprise, it's been a while." The blonde nodded. " How about a mocha lattee." She said to him; she could really go for one right now.

Jacob nodded as he heard what Caysi wanted. He retuned back to the booth with her lattee and his cappuccino. Jacob took a good look at Caysi, she looked the same and acted the same.. so why did he stop liking her when he went to Durmstrang? Possibly because he was only 12 but young love does grow fonder over the years. " So.. tell me everything that's happened with your life over the years, I need to hear." He laughed looking at her, was he falling for her again?

Caysi smiled, " Thank you, Jake." She reached over and took a sip of her drink. " There's sooo much to tell you." She said while placing her drink down. " I went to Hogwarts in New Zealand, moved around a lot, had to leave school a few times due to that." She sighed. " But, I got engaged a while ago to a really good guy." The blonde rested her head on her hand. " Well, someone told me on our wedding day that he slept with her and that he was the father of her children, me being also pregnant at the time, I called off the wedding and went away." Caysi nodded. " I came back to have my twins, but they died a little while ago and I went away again, I just recently came back and now I live with my dad near you." She laughed. " And that's my story, how about you?" Caysi asked Jake before she took a sip of her drink.

Jacob listened to Caysi, so much had happened in her life. If he was there for her, none of that would've happened. He would've been married to her now if he came back. He was all to blame for not being there for her. " I'm really really sorry to hear that Caysi." He said assuring her. " If I was there, none of this would've happened." He said rubbing her shoulder. " My story.. well nothing too special." He laughed. " I went to Durmstrang, so did Mel and Coll, we finished our years now, we're all living at home." The brown haired boy answered. " I had a serious relationship with a girl, but she ran off with some other guy." He waved his hand. " Doesn't matter anymore really.." Jake laughed. " Listen, how about you come over with your dad to hang out with my family tomorrow, we can have a barbeque and just relax, how does that sound?" Jake asked her, hoping that she would agree.

Caysi laughed at Jake " Who knows what would've happened if you were around." She smiled at him. " I'm sorry to hear that, a person leaving you must be utterly stupid." Caysi laughed at him. " I think that would be a really good idea, we could go swimming and relax in the backyard, I'll see your sister and your brother again." Caysi nodded, it sounded really good to her. " Sounds really good." The blonde nodded. " I'm coming." She said.

Jacob was relieved to hear that Caysi was going to come. " I'm glad to hear that." He said to her. " Of course we're going to swim, what kind of a party would it be if there was no swimming?" He asked laughing at her. " You remember where I live right?" He asked her. What Jacob really wanted to do was to get to know Caysi better without anyone being there, of course he could feel it. He was falling for Caysi, but was she going to fall for him?

Caysi smiled at Jacob. " Good, it'll be fun." She took a sip of her warm drink. " Yes, you live only twenty minutes away from me." She laughed. " I don't think that I'm going to get lost." The blonde laughed. In such a short time she was getting closer and closer to Jake, could this mean anything?

Jacob smiled, it was true that she only lived twenty minutes away. " I hope that you don't get lost." He laughed at her. Jake stood up, " I think that it's time that we get going." He said. " It's around seven, and you need a good rest if your going to be with me tomorrow." Jake said as he stood by Caysi.

Caysi looked at her watch, it was so late already. Caysi got up and walked out with Jake at her side. " It was a really good day with you." She said smiling up at him. " I'll be at your house around 1 tomorrow." The blonde said smiling walking to her car with Jake. Before she stepped onto the street to get into her car, she quickly looked up at Jake and gave him a kiss on the cheek. " Good night Jake." She said as she walked to her car.

Jake felt great. " That sounds really good." He smiled at her. " I'll see you then." He said as she kissed him on the cheek. Jake watched her drive off. He could tell this was going to be a really good year. Jake apparated back to his house in Ireland where tomorrow he would see Caysi again.
