[Ryan Moon]

Ryan walked towards the cliffs.It was a place he had not been to yet.It was bitterly cold and Ryan wrapped his coat tightly around him.It was very windy but that wasn't going to stop Ryan's exploration.He walked up the incline to the cliffs.It was quite a lonely but peaceful place here and that was exactly what Ryan was aiming for.He wanted some him time so much had been going on in his life he just wanted to get away from it all.He still worried about his sister Kate even though she was recovering but she was still sick looking and he doubted she was mentally recovering.Sighing he got to the top of the cliffs.It was even more windy up here but strangely it was quite a nice feeling to have the wind go through his hair and go against his skin.He stood there for a few seconds before retreating back towards a big tree.He sat at the more sheltered side and closed his eyes.

Adriana was exploring the cliffs as she often did on days like this. The cold air, she found, helped her clear both her mind and her thoughts. It was just a nice day on top of that. Usually she hated the cold weather but this was a different situation, she supposed. School had changed her a lot. Though she was a slytherin there wasn't much left of the spoiled girl that once was. Adriana had gotten smarter, kinder, even wiser if you wanted to push the envelope enough. As for friends there wasn't much in that department. Sometimes she didn't want to deal with people and they would take it the long way. And even if it didn't seem that way at the time, she could sense emotions fairly well. As she walked around, she saw a boy. He looked vaguely familiar, possibly from her house she was sure. But he looked a tad troubled.. The girl walked to him and looked down, frowning. "Um... Are you okay?" Why was she even asking him about it?

Ryan looked up when he heard a voice.he thoughthe had seen this girl somewhere before.In his classes maybe?He wasn't sure.Only one way of finding out. "I'm grand"He said.He had obviously looked troubled before so he changed his expression and smiled at her. "I'm Ryan by the way"He said smiling patting the space beside him so she would know she was welcome to sit if she wanted

Adriana wasn't exactly used to the kindness, especially from a slytherin. She sat down and smiled softly at him, "Well then it's good that you're grand. I'm Adriana." The girl held out her hand for a shake. It was always a custom for her. Why? Well that was just the polite thing to do when you introduced yourself to someone. Though at the same time, this guy looked like he could be a good friend if things got off on the right foot.
