Neiko had keep himself busy this summer what with Isabella being here but now she was off to school an it was just he and Antonio again. He really missed Tawny, he really wanted to start his own dance studio but without Tawny he was sure it would be pointless, someone would have to show the girls what to do, and she truly was his perfect fit when it came to dance. So until that day came, if ever he had been trying to save up some money by working with Tony. They did virtually anything if someone paid them but it worked well. People were impressed when they did something like fix there house five times faster because they used magic, not that their clients knew that. But word traveled fast and friends of friends of past coustomers called wanting work done.

But today was one of the days that Neiko hated, he had nothing to do, no where to be and no one to do anything with. He had been so used to having work or his sister to keep him busy having nothing to do was much duller than it had been in the past. He had already done a little laundry and sweep the house the muggle way just to pass the time. Neiko finally decided to write a letter to Bella and ask her how school was going. He had let her stay at school over winter break to get more adjusted to the school being a first year, and he had missed seeing her. He was half way through the letter when he heard a rasp at the door.

Tawny was back once more. She had had a promising job offer over in her home country, that fell through as soon as they saw her size. They laughed in her face, and told her that there was no way that she could be a dancer. They wouldn't even let her show them her moves. She told her family about it, trying not to tear up as she talked. She never hated her height more than she did now. She should have stayed in New Zealand with Neiko; he was at least forgiving and didn't care about her height. She sighed, at least she had that to look forward to.

Tawny got dressed, and put on a pair of tennis shoes. She wanted to get some physical exercise before going over to talk to Neiko. She didn't want to seem to eager to see him, especially after their last encounter.

Her family was unaware of the amount that Tawny was in love with Neiko, he had broken her heart many times. 'left, right, left, right.' He had first told her about being gay, trusting her with something that was okay in her book, or would have been had he not been her first crush. Then, Tawny remembered how stupid she was, putting a love potion in his drink to try and make him like her. 'left, right, left, right.' Then she left, with no rhyme or reason, coming back only long enough to tell him. 'Stop.' Tawny stopped on his door step, she had barely run a mile when her brain had told her to go there. It was as if her body had a mind of it's own. She knocked on the door, and waited, nearly holding her breath.

Had he missed her? Would he have company? Did he change his mind? Questions that would remain unanswered, for Tawny was too shy to ask.

Neiko was really curious to who could have been at the door. All of Tony's friends new he was working and Bella was at school. when he opened the door he was a bit surprised at first because he didn't see anyone until he thought to look down and there she was. He hadn't seen her in a while and he couldn't have been happier to see her. "Tawny?" He knew she had to be there he wasn't one to hallucinate. He stepped back and opened the door a bit as to let her in. Neiko didn't know where to start, he had so much he wanted to ask her. 'How was she? Where had she been? Was she leaving again soon?' All this stuff crossed his mind in a instant but he couldn't think of the right thing to say. After all this time all the things he'd thought he'd say if he saw her again and now he was speechless. He found himself looking at the sky outside. It was orange and reminded him of home all the days he ran to the hills to be out of the house at night when his father got home. Orange had always been one of his favorite colors and it calmed his thoughts to see it now. "Come on in." He smiled at his best friend putting all there past behind him and letting her in with an open mind.
