Smile Like you Mean it Deary.....

Except being a father Patricia thought coldly to herself when Niccy commented on how Kalif was good at anything he did, but Patricia didn't let on. Except she just nodded her head and wanted to move of that topic again. Why did I bring it up on the first place? she thought to herself, it was never going to be an easy topic for the Hufflepuff. Patricia's mouth formed a small 'O', her eyes full of excitement, as Niccy said she could turn into an Animagus. "Oh my word! Really?' Patricia said excitedly. "That is so cool. I'm jealous. Major kudos for that! Was it hard to learn? What it's like? Transforming I mean. Oh what form do you take?' Patricia blabbered, question after question, she had to to stop herself, blushing slightly she give a tiny giggle and waited for Niccy to reply. "Hehe, sorry. I just want to be an Animagus sooo badly." she said.

Patricia rolled her eyes when Niccy as about boys. She once thought she liked Jude and maybe she did, but he was in Durmstrang, too far away, despite her feelings she knew it wouldn't work. "No!" she said simply. Her eyes shot down to Niccy hands, seeing no ring she looked up again with a smirk, "You?"

Nicolette's golden eyes widened greatly when she was bombarded with questions from the young Hufflepuff. Apparently this young girl was more into Transfiguration than she was give credit for. When Patricia had asked what her form looked like and what it felt like, Nicolette giggled softly. "It'll be a lot easier to show you than to tell you." She said softly before she wiggled her fingers and got into that mode of concentration that she always needed before she transformed into her Animagus form. Within seconds she had turned from her tall blonde human form to a small white house cat within seconds. Turning to face Patricia she looked up at her with her golden cat-like eyes before she newed softly. A second later Nicolette had transformed back into her normal human form and smiled down at Pat. "It took me so many years to learn how to do that." She would admit that it was hard work to learn this, but with a driven mind and a strong heart anything was possible.

"I used to also be a healer at St. Mungos for almost fourteen years." Healing was another one of Nicolette's strong points. She had learned it for an awful reason, but ended up putting it to a very good use though. Just recently she had even been thinking about returning there someday. Catching Pat's tone when she said no about boys she shook her head softly before she giggled. "You'll find yourself a nice boy someday don't worry. As for me, eh I haven't found the 'one' yet. But I'm still looking." She shrugged her shoulders.

Patricia's eyes widened with excitement as Niccy explained it would be easier for her to show rather than tell. Patricia stepped back slightly as Niccy prepared herself, her mind going into overdrive - trying to think about what form Niccy would take. Patricia kept her own brown eyes on Niccy gold ones all the time until the weren't there any more. Looking down at her feet Patricia squeed with excitement observing Niccy in her Animagus form. She looked so cute! Patricia wondered what form she would take if she ever were to become an animagus, seeing Niccy wanted her to be one even more.

After a short period of time passed Patricia watched Niccy transform back into her human self. "That was bloody amazing Niccy!" Patricia exclaimed, grimacing slightly as she informed her of how long it took her, no matter how long Patricia would become an animagus, or at least try. When Niccy mentioned she was also a healer Patricia let out a small, "Wow" Niccy's attributes never seemed to cease. "You're so lucky. I never thought about Healing before, but it must be a useful thing. I mean to even know a few simple healing spells would be great for everyday things." Patricia rambled.

Patricia shurgged her shoulders lightly, she really didn't care about boys at the moment, she was only 14 for crying out loud. Plus she had let herself fall to easily and to quickly for Jude, yes they liked each other but it couldn't be anything more than that - it was just difficult. "Thanks. I hope so." Patricia replied, she may not care about it now, but one day she would like to meet a boy. Patricia 'aww'ed lightly when Niccy said she was still looking. "Your day will come too." Patricia said encouragingly, there was someone out there for everyone and Patricia believed that. "Just need to look harder that's all." she said with a light laugh.

Patricia seemed really interested in both healing and becoming an Animagus, which was actually quite amusing to Nicolette. Many people around her age didn't really care much about school like that. Usually it was about boys, clothes, or other weird teenager stuff. This kid had more potential than she had thought. "Hmm Healing does come in handy, I could teach you some basic healing properties sometime if you'd like." She would offer to teach some transfiguration, but that was much harder to grasp onto then Healing usually was.

Patricia's eyes widened at Niccys proposal to teach her some basic healing properties. She felt like jumping and/or squeeling with joy, she loved how today started off another horrible day but had turned into one of the best days. She never knew one person could cheer her up so much. Hearing the big clock in Brightstone chiming she frowned. "Aw Niccy that would be amazing, but it's getting late and we have curfew back at the school." she said, her instints making her look back at the school. "Maybe I could write to you and we can meet up next Brightstone weekend?" she asked, hoping she wouldn't mind, Niccy was by far some of the best company she's had in a long time.
