Closed Sleepover Fun

[Marley Owens-Lee]

Marley had lived in New Zealand for a couple of years now and she had enjoyed it a lot. She had made a few friends, but not many. Her cousins had made their way to Hogwarts, which Marley was very curious about, and it wasn't long until it was her turn to go. Marley had asked her dad if she could invite one of her friends over for a sleepover, which her dad had said yes to. The girl was beaming with excitement that Amodeus was able to come over for a sleepover. She had been running around the house all day, cleaning up the house and her room as best as she could. She had been busy fixing last-minute things in her room when she heard a knock. "He's here!" Marley says with a cheer as she practically ran to the door excitedly.

 

[Amodeus Jones]

Amodeus was thrilled when he got the invitation to go over to Marley's house for a sleepover. His bag was practically overflowing, it was stuffed so full of things. He walked up to her front door, knocking and folding his hands behind him as he waited for her to answer the door. He smiled at her as soon as it opened. "Hi Marley!" He greeted her with a bright smile.

 

[Killian Owens-Lee]

Killian was always happy to see Marley happy, and had agreed easily to let her friend stay the night. He leaned in one of the doorways as Marley rushed to let the boy in. He smiled softly, crossing his arms over his chest. "Hi there. Marley, wanna introduce me to your little buddy?" He asked his daughter with a smile.

Marley opened the door excitedly as well as having a big smile plastered on her face as her friend greeted her, immediately hugging her friend excitedly. "Hi, Amodeus!" Marley says with a big smile. She whipped around when she had heard her dad speak. "Oh! This is Amodeus! And Amodeus this is my dad!" Marley says with a giggle as she introduced both of them to each other. She had been calling Killian 'dad' for a while now, and she still wasn't used to it herself. But she was always happy to call Killian her dad because it was true. "Now come on! Let's have some fun! What did you wanna do?" Marley says excitedly with a giggle.

 

[Amodeus Jones]

Amodeus smiled, hugging her back immediately. He looked over and smiled at the big guy that she called her dad, waving to him. He waved back. The man chuckled and walked back through the doorway and Amodeus turned his attention to Marley. "Let's go to your room!" He replied with a bright smile.

Marley giggled as she watched the interaction. She gasped excitedly as Amodeus had mentioned going to her room. "Yeah! Let's go! Follow me!" Marley says excitedly and jumped up and down, before making her way up to her room, as she gestured to her friend to follow her.

When she had arrived at her room, she opened the door and entered, as she waited for her friend to come in. "This right here is my room! It's nothing special, but it's fun and cozy!" Marley says as she explains about her room cheerfully. It wasn't anything too big, but she liked it. There were many toys and art supplies around, as well as a few board games stacked on her desk. Both magical and muggle board games.

 

[Amodeus Jones]

Amodeus smiled, following after Marley easily. His eyes lit up as he took in her room, turning in a circle as he took it all in. "Wow! Your room is really cool, Marley!" He told her, turning back to her with a smile. "It's like- a star room or something!" He told her, completely forgetting the word observatory in that moment. Though to be honest, it was a bit too big for his vocabulary anyway. He looked over at her board games. "Ooh, you have games! Which one is your favorite?" He asked her with a wide smile.
