Dear Vicky,

It took me longer than I'm proud of to realise you weren't here. I figured you were just hiding out in your common room or acting like a normal seventh year and studying. But when you were absent from the lineup for Hufflepuff's first game of the season I knew something was amiss. Where are you? Did you just say goodbye to mum and dad and then not get on the train?

At this point, I just want to know that you're okay, and doing something, I hope this isn't all elaborate sulking after what happened with your captain last year.

Its nice to know I was so easily overlooked by you. As you have correctly deducted, I never boarded the train.
What I didn't tell you is after the incident last year with Reuben I quit the team. I couldn't play under the kid anymore, and without Quidditch, I had nothing to go back to school for. I dropped out, and I'm in England trying to join a professional team. Do not tell mum and, they will figure it out in their own time.

I'll keep you updated on my search. It seems like the sisterly thing to do.
