She likes her name. Dympha comes from Damhnait, which means "little fawn". This was given to her because she was born eight weeks prematurely and was very tiny when she was born, therefore. Other than that, her parents just liked the name Siobhan. ​

Style: Her style’s more sporty. When she’s not in Hogwarts’ robes, she’s usually in jeans or basketball shorts and a t-shirt.
Body: She has freckles and her skin tone is very tan as she’s out in the sun when she can be. She’s very athletically built from playing outside so much. With long legs and a healthy amount of muscle, Siobhan seems to fit in with the guys sometimes, more. Adjusting to getting a girl's body is kind of hard for her. She has a scar-looking birth mark in the shape of a triangle starting on her thumb and going over the back of her hand.

Personality​

Siobhan is a very easy going person for the most part; she loves meeting new people, except for adults. They make her nervous. If she gets under pressure, she cracks and will have panic attacks and try to seclude herself from everybody. She’s more into athletic activities than anything and likes to explore and be outside. With a little attention span or the ability to sit still, she usually tries to make everything she does outlandish and fun. Generally, she’s very happy, but has times when she’ll have major mood swings.

Academics have never been her strong point, but she strives hard for them, especially now that she’s in Hogwarts because she wants to impress her parents. She speaks Gaelic as her first language and was taught English when she was home-schooled by her mother. Sometimes she can be too full of herself. She's used to having her siblings following her around and her Quidditch friends. Her favorite food is Japanese sashimi.

Kathleen McGowan and Doran McGowan married October 6, 2011, after they found out, unexpectedly, that they were pregnant with Siobhan. They are both pure Irish, so they decided to stay close to family and live in Dublin. Kathleen’s family are pretty much considered “Blood Traitors” in Death Eaters’ terms because they helped fight against Lord Voldemort in the Second Wizarding War.

Kathleen Worth McGowan was born in 1992. She’s very frail, tall, skinny, has thin blond hair but a stern face. Siobhan gets her love of quidditch from her mother, who had played with other local magical people since she was young. This influence came from attending her first Quidditch World Cup in 1994. Kathleen is a pure-blooded witch and stays at home with the younger children. Five adjectives that describe Kathleen are hard-working, kind, very intelligent, handy, and giving.

Doran McGowan was born in 1990. Doran is a bigger, burly man who has a beard and ginger hair. He is a half blooded wizard who works as a Hit Wizard. He is very friendly and caring when it comes to his family and friends. Five adjectives that describe Doran mischievous, hard-working, comical, kind, and stubborn.

Flurry McGowan is Siobhan's seven year old little brother. He’s obnoxious, lazy, but very intelligent. His twin sister is Finola McGowan.
