Willow was with her guitar again. She had a few friends now but still she felt if she gave up her guitar she was giving up a part of herself. "Did somebody take your tongue? In worries of the words that you couldn't say if they could've saved them from But I don't want to sleep without so I bid to you goodnight Tonight, sleep tight, my love." She sang out into the forest from the higher most branches of one of the taller trees. If a creature was attracted here by her voice she was save on the up here.

Her skill with the strings was undeniable though she her voice was not what she called good. She looked up though the canopy of leaves and for once there was a true smile on the corners of her mouth. The forest seemed to be making her happy despite it darkness. Maybe this was where she belonged. That couldn't be though. She had made Gryffendor for a reason. No she was where she belonged she just needed something to spark her again.

Spike was heading back towards the tribe, when he heard someone start to sing, he slowly made his way over there, running at about half speed. He looked around but yet he could see no one. Until he looked up into the tree and he could see someone, it was a girl. " May I ask you what you are doing up there, Human Girl?" He called out trying to get her attention. His body almost full raised up as he done so. It had been a while since he had talked to someone, it had been almost a week in fact, and it was getting lonely out here, seeing as the other Centaurs where either extremely rude or just didn't talk at all.

Willow looked down though all that could be seen of her face was her left eye from the angle he was standing. She always made her bangs cover the right side of her face and the rest of her hair always seemed to hang around her making a shadow over her face. "I'm singing. I like to sing when I'm alone. I'm also playing my guitar." She said showing him the cherry red enchanted instrument. "Why haven't you tried to shoot me down yet?" Willow asked bluntly. "Most of your kind don't like my kind. That's why I chose to be up here. It's kind of hard to get an arrow up here." She said though her voice held no malice to it. She was just stating a fact.

" Most of my kind don't like people, What a joke, most Of my kind love humans, we envy them. We only attack the ones who try destroy the forest. There are a few who don't like humans and attack humans, but they are a minority." Spike said with a smile on his face. He extended his arms out showing her he didn't have a bow and arrow either and even if he did, he wouldn't want to cause a human harm. " You have a really good voice, why not come down here and sing?"

The shadows over Willow's face seemed to move then she dropped her guitar. She tied the guitar to the branch underneath her then went down on it herself. Like this she made her way down. "No one has really asked me to sing for them before. We start talking about it but they don't continue. My birthday was fun though. I got to play the sound track for a fight." She said. The sound of laughter came from within the shadows but like her voice it sounded distant and alone.

Spike smiled it sounded stupid making a soundtrack for a fight. Fights needed something completely different to what you could do with a guitar. " Yeah I suppose that would have been fun, I don't really know my birth date, I just tell by the Stars. It will be in a few months that's all I know." Spike often wished he could climb a tree, but then began to think about how hurt he could get if he fell out of one.

Willow looked up. The curten of hair lifted from all but her right eye. "I've always wondered how you read the stars. I mean I know where all the constellations are but I could never understand how you can tell time with them." She said. Her face was that of a latina but it was pail from the lack of sun. There where other things that sort of took away from the beauty that could have been Willow. She just didn't care anymore.

"It is a talent that we are given at birth, it is our birthright. I have only met one Centaur that has not been able to read the stars, it was a sad day when he met his fate." Spike said referring to when the equine flu traveled through the area and wiped out nearly all of the Centaurs, seeing as they where half Horse. " All we have to do is look up, and we can see them."

Willow sniffed. "Sounds about right. I was told once that it was in my blood that I could make music. I know that's true now." She said then looked at Spike. "You asked for a song right, let me just think of what I'm going to sing." She said putting her head down and sticking random cords. As usual the cords turned into a song that could be recognized after a moment.
"I can feel it in the way your blood and heart beats
My body's cold and it thinks that I'm already gone
Or is it in the way your body moves
I'd like to tell you
But I think that you already know
The words I drag out from your mouth speak
So listen up world, listen up world
In her vision I have given company
They see no evil in leading their bodies from home

Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all
No but I don't buy it
Like anything you do, as anyone you are
Ten Speed, if I must... then I must

Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all
No but I don't buy it
Like anything you do, as anyone you are

If written wrote me even chance
And the choice to save you
I wouldn't answer if it even had to ask
In her figure I've instilled a taste of my own
So listen up world, listen up world
To make it easier to take what life I'm owed
As the curse has returned from the hell of your
Heart and your soul

Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all
No but I don't buy it
Like anything you do, as anyone you are
Ten Speed, if I must... then I must

Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all
No but I don't buy it
Like anything you do, as anyone you are

Nobody knows but you
Nobody knows but you
'Cause I don't want to ride tonight...
No I don't want to go
I don't want to ride tonight...
Or maybe I don't want to go

"But are you going to kill her off?"
"It's not your decision. I love the character, she stays."
"Yeah, well the only thing love's done is put you in this position; I say kill her off!"
"Yeah, but you say a lot of things... and how does that work? You're a bicycle"

Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all
No but I don't buy it
Like anything you do, as anyone you are
Ten Speed, if I must... then I must

Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all
No but I don't buy it
Like anything you do, as anyone you are

Cause I'm...
Ten Speed, of God's Blood & Burial
Ten Speed, of God's Blood"

The forest seemed to catch her voice, making it seem as if it where more than only her singing. She kept her hair down over her face so that it would sway as she sang. This also made the shadows play on her face. She finished then looked at Spike though the curten of hair over her face. "Well what do you think?" She asked tilting her head.

" That is great, I really like it." Spike said as he smiled up at her. She was very talented musician and she knew she was which was a good thing. The voice in her song was kind of strange but it still was really good, it suited the song she sang. " So what other talents do you have?" He asked wondering if she had any other talents.

Willow again let a true smile touch the corners of her mouth. "I have an acid mouth and a switchblade tongue of that counts as a talent." She said as a joke. It was true though. More than one person who had dared call her something other than her name had been brought to their knees by her burning words. She nearly made one girl cry. Not a crowning moment for her but still she was kind of proud of it. "Other than that no. What about you, is there anything about yourself that your proud of?" She asked. There was a slight note of curiosity in her voice now.

" Well I'm a near perfect shot with a bow and Arrow I can shoot a flying bird through the eyes, if I try, even though I only do when I need to." Spike said as he laid down before her on the ground, so that when her feet touch the ground she would be at his height. "... and as you probably know, Centaurs can read the stars with out the use of that fancy equipment you have in the school."

Willow let out a sniffing laugh. "Would kinda like to see that but knowing me I would only want to learn so I could use it against the people that annoy me or something." She said with a sigh. Lately she had been feeling like she was split in two. Her Gryffendor heart and her Slytherin tendencies. "I have a thing for poisons so it wouldn't surprise me one bit." She said looking down at her battered shoes. She jumped down from one of the lower branches that she had been sitting on. She noticed that he had to be laying down for her to be as tall as him. This made her feel a little small.

Spike Cringed, she liked using poisons, what for? what would a girl that seems so nice need poisons for? From first impressions she seemed like a good girl who just liked time away, but on second thought maybe she was a deranged lunatic who liked to kill people, but no one knew about it yet. " Well poison's are good, but you can't eat anything you poisones otherwise you get the same fate."

Willow's sharp eyes caught the cringe. "I wanted to be an auror when I finished schooling so I wanted to learn everything I could about everything. Then... things happened and I lost that dream for a bit but I noticed that one of the must difficult to crimes to solve even for the wizarding world are the ones that use poison. I've been told that my thing for noticing what others don't meant that I would try my hand at Divination but I think it would be of more use for solving things like that. Crimes that none else can solve." She said but after a bit it seemed like she was talking to herself more than to Spike. It was as if she was trying to resone out why she liked poisons as she did. Surly her heart was not as dark as that of her one thousand times damed aunt.

Spike smiled at her saying that she wanted to be an Auror, he wanted to be a Auror when he was younger but couldn't seeing as if he left the forest he would be banished and never allowed to return again. " I used to want to be a Auror when I was younger, but that was a waste of time."

Willow shook her head. "That would have been a sight. Someone is committing a crime then suddenly a centaur come bursting though the door." She said as a sniffing laugh came from her again. Then realized that this was not the way things where done in the Wizarding world. She could believe she still remembered the cheesy show that her mother used to watch with her. They had both been big CSI fans even though it was a completely muggle thing. "Then again it would get the point across more effectively if they where to have a hoof in their chests." She said a joking smile reaching the corners of her mouth.

" Or it could just crush there sternum and penetrate their heat killing them instantly." Spike said remembering how he killed one of the men that where trying to destroy the forest on that dreaded day, and he had killed the three of them with just his hooves, one of the men's face's was unable to be recognized along with his teeth. He didn't like what he had done but he had to deal with it everyday for the rest of his life.

"A fair trade if you have caught them torturing someone you care about deeply within an inch of their lives only to let go and do it again and again until all the person has to look forward to is the final moment." Willow said. The grip on her guitar had turned her knuckles white while where eyes where squeezed shut. She was forcing away her mother's last moments. The screams still haunted her from time to time though the memories where not fresh in her mind anymore.
