Simply Stunning

"What a waste of space." Sukie sneered. If you have the nerve to ask for his help, let alone help with school work, you had better know something bad is in the cards. With the annoyance gone, he felt, well, bored. The courtyard had cleared after her outburst and the only thing to do was sit and wait for someone else to come around.

Sitting on a bench, he leaned her elbows on his knees, and his chin on his hands. All he had to do now was wait.

"Five of Spades." Murmured the cold voice; the said card came spinning out of the air, twirling about the skies elegantly before it flipped over and landed back into the deck cleanly, where an open palm held out a deck of cards. "Two of Hearts." Henric Lee said softly, flicking his thumb out and letting the second card fly out of the deck, spinning across the air and doing a little loop around Sukie, before returning to his deck of cards. "Ace." Turning his palm upside down, the deck of cards tumbled out in a heap, flying all about him in an intricate pattern before disappearing in little clouds of smoke, leaving only one card, flipping over and over, revealing the Ace upon it, before it sunk into the ground.

Raising his foot deliberately, Henric stepped past the card, crushing it into swirling smoke as he glanced up, black hair billowing over his facade of smiling features. "What's a waste of space?" The pale boy inquired, smiling appriopriately at this point.
