🌹 Rose Giving Shot And Chaser

While Audrey couldn't say she knew Jonah personally, she knew who he was. He was on the Hufflepuff quidditch team, and she could honestly say he was a pretty good chaser. Probably helped by the rest of the chasers being useless (and she could say that about Oz, he'd probably say it first anyway), but even so he played well. As the self appointed star of the Ravenclaw team, she figured she had the right to appoint him as the star of the Hufflepuff team. But she wasn't here to talk Quidditch, she was here to deliver a rose, and a red one at that. "Jooooonaaaah," she said in a sing song voice, spotting the boy heading down the corridor. "Delivery for you! Catch." With a grin and a wave of her wand, she hovered the rose towards him in what was actually a fairly forgiving 'throw'. She wasn't really going to throw a rose at him. The rose might get damaged, which would spoil both of their days.

Jonah had a basket of his own roses for delivery on his arm as he walked with Lumos, trying to find the people on his list—and Lumos’—one after the other. People have honestly blurred at this point and he was barely sure of how many more he needed to find (because his roses have also ended up in the basket, so he always has to double-check now). He was quite surprised though when someone was calling his name while he was lost in thought beside his boyfriend and turned to find Audrey from the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team. He barely had time to react before he was catching the red rose she was hovering above him. “W-we’ve been looking for you!” because he was pretty sure she was on his? Lumos’? their? Delivery list too.​

"Yes we have!" He said, looking through his basket to find a rose for Audrey, he knew she was on his list somewhere. "Here, I have a pink rose for you. I hope you're expecting it and it's not a terrible shock." He'd seen those happen, and he didn't think it would do well to have a shock on Valentine's Day.​
